To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or personal injury, basic
precautions mentioned below should be followed.
Never attempt to use this charger with any other attachment or unit.
Also, do not attempt to charge the flashlight with any other charger.
Unpack and remove all packing materials from the box.
Do not keep your flashlight with its face against any surface while in
operation. The heat build-up can cause a fire.
Never carry charger by cord or pull it to disconnect the charger.
Avoid the use of an extension cord. Connect the charger directly into
an electrical outlet.
Remove the flashlight from power source prior to attempting any
routine cleaning or maintenance.
Do not try to repair the unit or charger yourself. Take it to a qualified
Flashlight service facility.
Constant contact with sunlight, water, chemical gases etc may cause
colour fading and may eventually damage the protective finish on the
external case components.
Never attempt to touch the lamp before a two minutes cooling time.
Do not look directly into the LED light for more than a few seconds.
Do not allow children to use LED light unless under the supervision
of an adult.

This flashlight has been designed to operate in low beam and high
beam to maximise the battery usage time.
This flashlight uses one button for all its operation.
The first time you press, it shall operate in low beam which on a
continuous usage base shall light upto 60 hours.
Pressing again will switch the flashlight to high beam which on a
continuous usage base shall light upto 5 hours.
On next press, the flashlight will goto ‘Off’ mode.
Repeat the above steps to light again.
If there is a decrease in light from as usual, please recharge the
battery completely. Once you have started recharging, please do not
stop or break in between. It should only be disconnected if the battery
is fully recharged.

Unscrew and remove the end cap.
Remove the old battery and insert
it into the charging unit in correct
polarity.
Both green and red LED on the charging unit will light on and the
green LED starts to flash indicating the battery is charging.
The battery is fully charged when the green LED stops to Flash. Do
not discontinue charging until the battery has been fully charged.
This will ensure good life for your battery.
Unscrew and remove the end cap. (Figure 1)
Remove the old battery and insert new battery (3.6V 2.0AH Ni-MH
battery), positive end of battery first. Then replace the end cap.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
This warranty covers five years limited warranty for the unit based
on manufacturer defectives and the below stated criteria.
This flashlight is free from defects in parts and workmanship. The
warranty does not cover any damage caused due to physical abuse of the
product by misuse or use other than as intended and described in the
instruction manual. The warranty is voided if connected to any voltage
or specifications other than prescribed on the product. Also, if the unit is
opened for self repair, the warranty will be void for any further repair or
problem analysis. The warranty is also void if any other charger other than
that provided is used. The bulb is made to last over 100,000 hours. This
warranty does not cover bulb replacement after 6 six months. The battery
pack and adaptor is not covered under warranty. Hyvox Inc. reserves the
right to refuse any warranty claim without any valid reasons.
What Will We Do
Should you detect any malfunction, please return the damaged product along
with the purchase receipt with a brief explanation of the problem, either directly
to a distributor of Hyvox products near you or to the shop you had purchased
from. We will repair any defects in materials or workmanship if within the
limited warranty period. If the defective is found un-repairable within the limited
warranty period, Hyvox with its discretion will replace it for a new unit. However,
Hyvox reserves complete rights in decision making in regards to processing
the warranty, rejecting any claim without any valid reason or arranging a
replacement.
