available 2.0-liter engine draws its responsive
power from Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI)
and Dual Continuously Variable Valve
Timing. GDI atomizes fuel directly into
each cylinder’s combustion chamber for
added power and greater fuel efficiency with
cleaner emissions.
ACTIVE ECO SYSTEM
At the press of
a button on the dashboard, Elantra’s Active
ECO System modifies engine and automatic
transmission controls to smooth out shift
