The epoxy pen cannot be used outdoor in direct sunlight. For outdoor use, work in a cool shaded area or indoor in a well-ventilated area. Do not expose the UV light
into the liquid welder tube or tip. This may cause the liquid welder material to become bonded inside the tube. Always replace the cap after applying the liquid welder.

BONDING TIME
The UV light will bond liquid material approximately the size of a pea within 5 seconds. For larger application, allow longer exposure to the UV light, to ensure better bonding.

The UV light should be held within 3-5mm from the application area.
The center or "eye" of the UV light should be focused on the desired
application area. Distance of the light, clarity of the UV lens,
thickness of the liquid welder, and other factors will greatly influence
bonding time.
Depending on required thickness, apply UV Epoxy Adhesive in several layers. Each layer approx. 1mm-2mm thick can be bonded per the directions above. Repeat application and UV light bonding for each layer, ensuring each layer is completely bonded.
The bond is obviously stronger to areas that can be easily accessed by the UV light. Bonding through clear, semi-clear, or translucent materials works well. If using solid materials, bonding in thinner layers is highly suggested. Liquid welder that is not accessible to the UV light will not bond, but should cure over a 24-hour period.
SAFETY INFORMATION
Wear safety glasses and rubber gloves.
Never look directly into the UV light. It can cause eye damage.
DO NOT use UV light for more than 10 seconds each use.
LED Belongs to Risk Group 1 - Blue Light.
Dispose of liquid material safely. DO NOT discharge into sewer or waterways.
Uncured material can be cleaned with organic solvents, or baby wipes.
DO NOT use solvents to clean product from skin or eyes.
DO NOT clean tip of the UV Epoxy Adhesive Pen - Quick Cure pen with liquid
cleansers, or expose the tip to other liquids.
DO NOT allow clothing wet with material to stay in contact with skin.
DO NOT eat, drink or smoke, while handling.
DO NOT allow wash water from cleaning or process equipment to enter drains.

First aid in case of eye contact, flush with water for 15 mins.
If Skin Contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water, if irritation persists call
a physician.
In case of inhalation, move to fresh area immediately.
For oral contact, do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water.

PRODUCT TIPS & TRICKS.
IMPORTANT: UV Epoxy Adhesive Pen may ship with a rubber stopper over the tip. This is to prevent leakage during shipping. Please remove this stopper before first use. It may be a good idea to save it and re-use if you intend to store the product for a prolonged period of time.
IMPORTANT: UV Epoxy Adhesive Pen - Quick Cure may ship with a plastic tab in the battery compartment of the LED light. This is to prevent battery drain during shipping. Please remove the LED light from the product by pulling the blue LED housing away from the tool. Then locate and remove the clear plastic tab at the rear of the housing. Pull the clear tab away from the housing and safely discard. Your LED is now ready to use.
