Die HYPE Seawind ist in geschäumter Bauweise aufgebaut. Dabei kommt der besonders leichte und haltbare
Werkstoff HypoDur® zum Einsatz. Das mehrfarbige Dekor ist bereits auf Rumpf, Tragäche und Leitwerk
aufgebracht. Der Brushless-Direktantrieb wird von einem 3s-LiPo-Akku versorgt und verleiht dem Modell ein
kraftvolles Flugbild. Der Motor wird durch einen Skywalker 40A Regler made by Hobbywing geregelt. Damit
setzt sich das Modell auch bei windiger Wetterlage eindrucksvoll in Szene und verfügt über eine vorbildgetreue
Flugperformance. Über die abnehmbare Kabinenhaube, erfolgt der schnelle Wechsel des Antriebsakkus.
Das Modell ist ausgelegt für Start und Landung auf dem Wasser. Der Rumpfunterboden verfügt über eine
spezielle Gleitstufe, die Randbögen der Tragäche sind als Stützschwimmer ausgelegt. Alternativ kann das
Modell aus der Hand gestartet und auf Rasen gelandet werden.
The HYPE Seawind is a lightweight foam construction. Fuselage, main wing and tail are made from the
lightweight and strong material HypoDur
The brushless direct drive is powered by a 3s LiPo battery and gives the model a powerful ight performance.
Even under windy weather conditions the model is easy to y. The motor is controlled by a Skywalker 40A
ESC, made by Hobbywing. Via the removable canopy, the LiPo battery can be changed easily, when you
are out on the aireld. The model is designed for take off and landing on water. The hull underbody has a
special shape that works as a oat. The wing tips are designed as a support oats as well. Alternatively, the
model can be launched by hand and land on grass.
Il modello in scala ridotta del Seawind è costruito in HypoDur®, un innovativo materiale espanso leggero e
nello stesso tempo robusto. Le decalcomanie a più colori sono già state applicate in fabbrica su fusoliera,
ala e coda. La motorizzazione diretta brushless è alimentata da una batteria LIPO a 3 celle e conferisce al
modello molta potenza. Il motore viene regolato dal regolatore di giri elettronico Skywalker 40A made by
Hobbywing. Il modello si distingue per un fantastico comportamento in volo anche con vento, l’aspetto in
volo è molto fedele all’originale. Aprendo la cabina di pilotaggio, si può cambiare facilmente e velocemente la
batteria di bordo. Il modello HYPE è adatto per la partenza sia sull’acqua che da terra. La parte inferiore della
fusoliera è dotata di un “gradino di scivolata”, i bordi dell’ala sono realizzati come galleggianti di sostegno. In
alternativa potete far partire Seawind 300C anche lanciandolo a mano e atterrando sull’erba.

2. Die Montage des Modells / The Assembly /
L'assemblaggio
Nehmen Sie Tragäche und die beiden Randbögen zur
Hand. Klebeächen an den Randbögen und der Tragä-
che ganz leicht aufrauhen. Abschließend die Randbögen
mit Styropor-Sekundenkleber oder 5-Minuten Epoxydharz
ankleben. / Take the main wing and the wingtips at hands.
Slightly sandpaper the glueing of the wingtips and the
main wing. Finally glue the wingtips with Styropor-Cyanoacrylat or 5 minute Epoxy to the main wing. / Prendere l'ala
e i due bordi alari e cartavetrare le superci che devono
essere successivamente incollate. Ora incollare i bordi
alari sul'ala con della colla ciano per polistirolo oppure
resina epossidica 5 minuti.
Setzen Sie die Tragäche in den Rumpfausschnitt und
führen Sie die Kabel der Querruderservos nach vorn in
den Rumpf. / Put the main wing into its seat and lead the
wires for the aileron servos into the fuselage. / Inserire
l'ala nella sua sede nella fusoliera e fare passare le prolunghe dei servocomandi degli alettoni nella fusoliera.
Nehmen Sie den Rumpf zur Hand und ziehen Sie die
Kabinenhaube vorsichtig ab. / Take the fuselage at hand
and remove the canopy. / Prendere la fusoliera e tirare
delicatamente via la cabina di pilotaggio.
Schieben Sie die Tragäche vollständig in den Sitz und
sichern Sie sie mit den drei beiliegenden M4 Schrauben.
/ Put the wing into the seat of the fuselage and tighten it
with 3 pcs. of M4 screws. / Ora inlare l'ala interamente
nella sua sede nella fusoliera e ssarla con le tre viti M4
che sono incluse.

Nehmen Sie den Rumpf und das Höhenleitwerk zur Hand
und rauhen Sie die Klebeächen ganz leicht auf. Schieben
Sie nun das Höhenleitwerk in den Rumpf und richten Sie
es exakt(!) gerade aus, wie dargestellt. / Take the fuselage
and the horizontal stabilizer at hands and sander slightly
the glueing areas. Slide the stabilizer into the fuselage and
center it correctly! / Cartavetrare le superci da incollare
della fusoliera e del piano di quota. Inlare ora il piano di
quota nella fusoliera e posizionarlo perfettamente (!) diritto, come mostrato in foto.
Abschließend das Höhenleitwerk mit Styropor-Sekundenkleber oder 5-Minuten Epoxydharz ankleben. / Finally glue
the horizontal stabilizer with Styropor-Cyanoacrylat or 5
minute Epoxy to the fuselage. / Inne incollare il piano di
quota nella fusoliera con della colla ciano per polistirolo
oppure con della resina epossidica 5 minuti.
Klebestelle gut aushärten lassen! Anschließend die Anlenkung für das Höhenruder einhängen, wie dargestellt. / Let
the glue harden before you continue! Afterthat connect the
linkage of the elevator to the horn. / Fare asciugare bene
gli incollaggi, poi agganciare il comando del piano di quota
nella squadretta come mostrato in foto!

Nehmen Sie die Luftschraube mit dem Klemmkonus zur
Hand und schieben Sie sie vollständig auf die Motorwelle
auf. Anschließend die Mutter gut(!) festziehen. / Take the
propeller with the propeller joint and put it on the motor
shaft. Afterthat tighten the nut securely! / Inlare l'elica e il
cono di serraggio no in fondo sull'albero motore; serrare
fortemente (!) il dado.
Schließen Sie die Servos am Empfänger an und verlegen
Sie anschließend die Empfängerantenne(n). Beachten
Sie hierzu auch die Herstelleranweisungen der RCAnlage! / Connect the servos to the receiver and install
the antenna(s) in the model. Please note the manual from
the radio manufacturer accordingly. / Collegare i servi alla
ricevente e poi stendere l'antenna(e) della ricevente. Fate
riferimento alle istruzioni del produttore della radio.
Setzen Sie nun den Antriebsakku (3s LiPo 11,1V /
2.500mAh) in das Akkufach ein. Akku jetzt noch nicht am
Regler anschließen! / Install the battery (3s LiPo 11,1V /
2.500mAh) in the lower front area of the fuselage. Do not
connect the battery with the speed controller now! / Ora
inserire la batteria (3s LiPo 11,1V / 2.500mAh) nella parte
anteriore in basso alla fusoliera, ma non collegarla ancora
con il regolatore!
Setzen Sie den Spinner auf die Propellernabe auf und
sichern Sie ihn mit der beiligenden Schraube. / Take the
spinner and put it on the propeller base. Finally tighten
the screw securely. / Inlare l'ogiva sul mozzo dell'elica e
ssarla con la vite inclusa, che dovrete serrare bene.
Akku mit Klettband sicher im Modell befestigen. Die endgültige Position des Akkus ergibt sich bei der Justierung
des Schwerpunktes. / Use some velcro tape in order to
secure the battery safely. The nal position of the battery
will be found when checking the CG. / Fissare la batteria
bene con del nastro velcro: la posizione nale della batteria sarà determinata successivamente quando andrete a
controllare il baricentro.

Prüfen Sie nun, ob sich alle Ruder korrekt bewegen.
Zuerst(!) den Sender einschalten, danach den geladenen Antriebsakku im Modell anschließen. Betätigen Sie
der Reihe nach alle Funktionen am Sender. Vorsicht im
Umgang mit dem drehenden Impeller! / Check the func-
tion of all rudders. Switch on the transmitter rst(!) and
connect then the LiPo-Battery to the speed controller in
the model. Move all rudders one by one. Attention! Be
careful with the rotating impeller! / Vericate ora che tutte
le parti mobili si muovano correttamente: accendere la
trasmittente e collegare la batteria caricata nel modello.
Ora provare tutte le funzioni radio. Attenzione a non ferirvi
con l'impeller in rotazione!
Beim Ausschalten stets zuerst das Modell und dann den
Sender ausschalten. / Always switch off the model rst,
then switch off the transmitter. / Per spegnere spegnete
sempre prima il modello e poi la trasmittente!
Stellen Sie die maximalen Ruderausschläge gemäß der
nachfolgenden Werte ein. / Adjust the maximum travel of
the control aps according to the sketch below. / regolare

Die Werte werden an der Hinterkante der Ruder gemessen. Geben Sie auf alle Funktionen 35% ExponentialAnteil. / The values are measured at the rear edge of the
aps. Set 35% Exponential on all functions. / Si misura al
bordo posteriore delle parti mobili. Date 35 % di esponenziale su entrambi funzioni.
Setzen Sie abschließend die Kabinenhaube auf den
Rumpf auf. / As the last step put the canopy on the fuselage. / Ora mettere la cabina sulla fusoliera.
