Safety and Care Advice
Important - Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly
• Check you have all the components and tools listed on the following pages.
• Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups.
• Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed.
• Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting.
Care and maintenance
• Only clean using a damp cloth and mild detergent, do no use bleach or abrasive cleaners.
• From time to time check that there are no loose screws on this unit.
• During assembly do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage.
• Assemble the item as close to its final position (in the same room) as possible.
• Assemble on a soft level surface to avoid damaging the unit or your floor.
• Parts of the assembly will be easier with 2 people.
• Do not stand on the product.
• Always lift the product when moving it around. Never drag.
• This product should not be discarded with household
• We do not recommend the use of power drill/drivers for
inserting screws, as this could damage the unit. Only use hand screwdrivers.
• Unit weight: 22. kgs.

Handy Hints
• Assemble all parts and bolts loosely during assembly, only once the product is complete should you fully tighten the bolts.
• Regularly check and ensure that all bolts and fittings are tightened properly.

Step 1
Place the top panel mid panel and bottom panel on a flat

a: Attaching cam bolts
Insert cam bolts into holes on the top panel and mid panel as shown.
b: Attaching wood
dowels
Insert wood dowels into holes on the top panel , mid panel and bottom panel as shown.

Assembling top panel
a: Insert cam locks
into holes on the short side panel as shown.

b: Attach the top panel
to short side panel by aligning the cam bolts and dowels into holes as shown. Make sure the arrow on the cam locks are pointing towards the cam bolts to be able to properly assemble the panels.

c: Use a crosshead
screwdriver to turn the cam locks clockwise to lock.

d: Attach the top panel
to long side panel by inserting the dowel into hole as shown. Then fix through holes using

bolts and tighten with a crosshead screwdriver.

Assembling mid panel
a: Insert cam locks
into holes on the medium side panels as shown.

b: Attach the mid panel
to medium side panels by aligning the cam bolts and dowels into holes as shown. Make sure the arrow on the cam locks are pointing towards the cam bolts to be able to properly assemble the panels.

Assembling bottom panel

Attach the bottom panel to medium side panels by inserting the dowels into hole as shown. Then fix through holes using bolts and tighten with a crosshead screwdriver.
