Instructions For:
Connects inline before system. Boosts pressure to 65 psi for optimum flow rate. For low pressure (below 40 psi) situations or those wanting higjer flow rates.
With 3/8" QC fittings, high pressure switch and low voltage transformer
Pressure Booster Pump
1
Start by cutting the white 3/8” inlet line on
your Stealth-RO unit. Push the two ends of
the cut tubing into the quick connect fittings
on the pump. Make sure the arrow on the
end of the pump is pointing in the direction
of the water flow. The arrow should be
pointed towards the RO unit.
2
Next, cut the blue 1/4” purified water line
near the unit and install the pressure switch
by pushing in the two ends of the tube into
the quick connect fittings. The pressure
switch should be installed before the
included shut off ball valve or the optional
float valve. There is no arrow indicating
direction of the pressure switch. It can be
installed either way.
*optional pump protector available (HL#29040)
- see website for more info
Note: The Stealth RO operates at 40-80
PSI. There is an adjustable allen screw on
the front if the pump to dial in the pressure if
needed. Ideal PSI is 70. You’ll need a 1.5
millimeter allen wrench.
3
Then connect the transformer to one of the
pressure switch’s connections and the pump
to the other connection. Plug in the transformer to a standard 115V wall receptacle
and you are ready to go. When either the
included is turned off or the optional float
valve is activated, the pressure on the blue
RO line will increase and trigger the
pressure switch to shut the pump off.
