C. Gire su mano hacía la izquierda o derecha para retirar el aplicador de la
base. No retire el aplicador en vertical. (Imagen 3).
D. Elige la velocidad con la que quiere trabajar y pulse el
botón correspondiente – LOW o HIGH – en la parte
superior del aparato (Imagen 4 – “Bild 4”). El aparato
trabaja según la velocidad elegida – 240 Rpm o 280
Rpm (Rpm=Revoluciones por minuto). Para apagar el
aparato pulse el botón OFF (Imagen 4):
E. Después de limpiarlo, devuelva el aplicador (que aún se
encuentra conectado con el aparato) a su sitio correspondiente
en la base. Pulsando el botón EJECT (Imagen 5), se
desengancha el aplicador del aparato.
F. Repita los paso A hasta F, para otros procedimientos de
limpieza o el cambio del aplicador.
G. Después de la limpieza y el cuidado de los zapatos, depo site
el aparato en su sitio correspondiente en la base. Fíjese que
enclave.
Desconexión automática
El aparato se apaga automáticamente después de aprox. 10 minutos de uso
Para seguir con su uso vuelva a encender el aparato.
6. Limpiado y almacenaje
Limpiado:
Para limpiar desconecte siempre el enchufe de la red de distribución y espere
hasta que el aparato se haya enfriado. Li mpie la base y el aparato con un trapo
suave y húmedo. No use artículos agresivos de limpieza.
Almacenaje:
Guarde la estación de limpieza de zapatos en un sitio estable cómo por ejemplo
al lado de la estantería de zapatos o vuelve a introducir la estación en su caja y
guárdelo en un sitio fresco y seco.

gemacht. Ihre Hände bleiben dabei sauber.
Die handliche, leicht bedienbare Schuhpflegestation mit seinen fü nf aufsteckbaren
Reinigungs- und Pflegeaufsätzen, ist sowohl für helle als auch dunkle Schuhe
geeignet.

anderen Anwendern zugänglich. Bei Weitergabe des Gerä tes übergeben Sie auch
die Anweisung.
Zur Vermeidung von elektrischen Schlägen und um das Risiko von
Verbrennungen, Feuer oder Verletzungen zu verringern, beachten Sie folgende
Hinweise:
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die auf dem Typenschild ang egebene elektrische
Spannung mit der Ihres Stromnetzes übereinstimmt, bevor Sie das Netzteil
an die Stromversorgung anschließen.
• Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt oder es gerei nigt
wird.
• Betreiben Sie dieses Gerät nicht, wenn Kabel oder Stecker besch ädigt sind,
wenn es nicht korrekt funktioniert, nachdem es fallen gelassen oder
beschädigt wurde. Senden Sie das Gerät an die Hydas Service-Adresse zur
Untersuchung und Reparatur zurück.
• Das elektrische Kabel dieses Produkts kann nicht ausgetauscht werden.
Wenn es beschädigt wird, müssen Sie sofort den Betrieb des Geräts
einstellen und das Gerät an die Hydas Service Adresse einsenden.

5. Utilización
Cargar la batería
La batería puede ser cargada con el voltaje indicado en la placa de identificación.
El tiempo de carga es de aprox. 3 horas. La carga completa del aparato pr oporciona
un tiempo de uso de aprox. 25 minutos.
1. Desenrolle el cable de la base (Imagen 1) .
2. Conecte el enchufe de 240 voltios a la red de distrubución.
3. Fijese de que el aparato este bien apoyado en la base.
Durante el proceso de carga, el indicador luminoso de
carga – LED parpadea en color rojo. Cuando el aparato
este cargado completamente, el indicador luminoso de
carga – LED cambia a color verde.
4. Después de cargar por completo el aparato, retire el
enchufe de la red de distribución. Vuelva a enrollar el
cable. Para enrollar gire la manivela situada en la parte
inferior de la base en dirección de las agujas de reloj

completo. Fijen el enchufe en el soporte.
Fijese que el aparato „Polish Star“ este apagado al conectar el enchufe de
240 Voltios de la base a la red de distribución. Conecte la base con la red
de distribución, únicamente con la necesidad de cargar el aparato.
Tres pasos para la limpieza y el cuidado de sus zapatos.
1er paso: Elimine la suciedad suelta con el cepillo de limpieza – STEP 1
2º paso: Aplique el betún con los aplicadores correspondientes – STEP 2

Uso de los aplicadores
A. Retire el aparato de la base y diríjase con él hacia el
aplicador que desea usar. (Imagen 2).
B. Conecte el aparato con el aplicador a través de la
clavija en el aparato. Fíjese en que enclave. Imagen

• Halten Sie das Gerät und das Kabel von heißen Oberflächen, Hitze,

La estación de limpieza de zapatos – “Polish Star” les facilita l a limpieza de sus
zapatos, sin ensuciar sus manos.
La estación es fácil de manejar y usar y con sus cinco aplicadores de limpieza y
cuidado cambiables, se puede usar tanto con modelos claros cómo oscuros.

Avisos de seguridad
¡Lea atentamente las instrucciones para el uso!
Guarde bien las instrucciones para el uso y fíjese que los otros usuarios tengan
también acceso a estas instrucciones para el manejo. En caso que Ud. entregue el
aparato a otra persona, debe añadir también las instrucciones para el uso.
Para evitar electrochoques y para reducir el riesgo de quemaduras, incendios o
lesiones, debe tener en cuenta las siguientes indicaciones:
• Antes de conectar el bloque de alime ntación a la caja de enchufe, fíjese que
la tensión eléctrica indicada sobre la placa indicadora coincida con la
tensión de su red eléctrica.
• Saque el enchufe de la caj a d e enchufe cua ndo no esté util izan do el apar ato
o cuando lo esté limpiando.
• No utilice este apar ato si el cable o el enchufe están dañados, si no funciona
correctamente, si ha caído al suelo o ha sido dañado. Envíe el aparato a la
dirección del servicio postventa de Hydas para que sea examinado y
reparado.

5. Anwendung
Akku laden
Der Akku kann mit der auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Spannung geladen
werden.
Die Ladezeit beträgt ca. 3 Stunden. Die volle Ladung des Gerätes reicht für eine
Anwendungszeit von 25 Minuten.
1. Ziehen Sie das Kabel aus der Ladestation (Bild 1).
2. Schließen Sie den 240 Volt Stecker an das Stromnetz
an.
3. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Handgerät
ordnungsgemäß und sicher in der Ladestation sitzt.
Während des Ladevorganges blinkt die LEDLadeanzeige rot auf. Wenn das Gerät vollständig
geladen ist, wechselt die LED-Ladeanzeige in grün.
4. Nach dem vollständigen Laden ziehen Sie den

Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. Das Kabel bringen Sie
im Kabelfach unter. Drehen Sie dazu den Drehgriff an der Unterseite der
Ladestation im Uhrzeigersinn (Bild 1) bis das Kabel vollständig eingezogen
ist. Den Stecker fixieren Sie in der Halterung.
Achten Sie darauf, dass das „Polish Star“ Handgerät ausgeschaltet ist,
bevor Sie den 240 Volt Stecker ans Netz anschließen.
Die Ladestation nur an das Stromnetz anschliessen, wenn das Gerät
aufgeladen werden muss.
Drei Schritte zur Reinigung und Pflege Ihrer Schuhe
Schritt 1: Entfernen Sie losen Schmutz mit der Reinigungsbürste – STEP 1
Schritt 2: Tragen Sie die Schuhcreme mit den Bürstenaufsätzen auf – STEP 2
Achten Sie dabei auf die richtige Wahl des Aufsatzes:
STEP 2 schwarz - für schwarze Schuhe
STEP 2 braun - für helle Schuhe
Schritt 3: Polieren Sie die Schuhe mit den Polieraufsätzen – STEP 3
Achten Sie dabei auf die richtige Wahl des Aufsatzes:

Anwendung der Aufsätze
A. Nehmen Sie das Handgerät aus der Ladestation und
führen Sie es zu dem Aufsatz, den Sie benutzen
möchten (Bild 2).

B. Stecken Sie den Stift des Handgerätes in die Öffnung

des Aufsatzes. Achten Sie auf das Einrasten (Bild 2).
C. Drehen Sie Ihre Hand nach links oder rechts um den
Aufsatz aus der Station zu ziehen. Ziehen Sie nicht
senkrecht nach oben raus (Bild 3).
D. Wählen Sie die Geschwindigkeit mit der Sie arbeiten möchten
und drücken Sie die entsprechende Taste – LOW oder HIGH –
Bild 4
auf dem Gerätekopf (Bild 4). Das Gerät arbeitet dann mit der
gewählten Geschwindigkeit – 240Upm oder 280Upm (Upm =
Umdrehung pro Minute). Um das Gerät auszuschalten,
drücken Sie die OFF – Taste (Bild 4).
E. Nach der Reinigung stecken Sie den Aufsatz (der sich noch
am Gerät befindet) an den entsprechenden Platz in der
Ladestation. In dem Sie den EJECT Knopf drücken (Bild 5).
löst sich der Aufsatz vom Gerät.

F. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte A. bis F. für weitere
Reinigungsvorgänge oder wechseln des Aufsatzes.
G. Nach der Schuhreinigung und –pflege stecken Sie das Handgerät an seinen
Platz in der Ladestation. Achten Sie darauf das es hörbar einrastet.
Automatische Abschaltung
Das Gerät schaltet nach ca. 10 Minuten Betrieb automatisch ab.
Für weitere Anwendung Gerät erneut einschalten.
6. Reinigung und Aufbewahrung
Reinigen:
Ziehen Sie vor der Reinigung immer den Net zstecker und warten Sie bis das Gerät
abgekühlt ist. Reinigen Sie die Ladestation und das Gerät mit einem weichen,
feuchten Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine scharfen, ätzenden Reinigungsmittel.
Aufbewahrung:
Die Schuhreinigungsstation an einem festen Platz, z.B. neben Ihrem Schuhregal
stehen lassen oder nach der Benutzung wieder in der Verpackung verstauen und
an einem kühlen, trockenen Platz aufbewahren.

G. Dopo la pulizia e la cura delle scarpe infilate l'apparecchio al suo posto nella

Spegnimento automatico
L'apparecchio si spegne automaticamente dopo circa 10 minuti di

Pulizia:

5. Utilizzo
Caricare la batteria
La batteria può essere caricata con la tensione riportata sulla targhetta.
Il tempo di carica è di circa 3 ore. La carica completa dell'apparecchio è sufficiente
per un tempo di applicazione di 25 minuti.
1. Tirate il cavo dalla stazione di ricarica (Foto 1).
2. Collegate la spina da 240 Volt alla rete.
3. Assicuratevi che l'apparecchio portatile sia posto in
modo regolamentare e sicuro nella stazione di ricarica.
Durante il processo di ricarica il Led di indicazione
lampeggia rosso. Quando l'apparecchio è
completamente carico il Led di indicazione cambia in
verde.
4. Dopo la ricarica completa staccate la spina dalla presa.

Sistemate il cavo nell'apposito vano. Per far questo
girate in senso orario la manopola nella parte inferiore della stazione di
ricarica (Foto 1) finché il cavo non è stato completamente ritirato. Fissate la
spina nel supporto.
Assicuratevi che l'apparecchio portatile "Polish Star" sia spento,
prima di collegare la spina da 240 Volt alla rete.
Collegate la stazione di ricarica alla rete se l'apparecchio deve essere
caricato.

5. Application
Charge Battery
The rechargeable battery can be loaded by plugging into a power supply that
corresponds to what is listed on the unit..
Charge the battery for three hours; a full charge will last for 25 minutes o f constant
use.
1. Pull the cord from base (Picture 1).
2. Plug into a 240 volt outlet.
3. Ensure that the hand unit is secure and in its proper
position in the base. While charging the LED indicator
light will blink red, once fully charged indicator will
change to green.
4. Once fully charged unplug the cord. Turn base over
and turn knob clockwise to retract the cord into its
compartment located on the under side of the base unit

Use of the attachments
A. Remove the hand unit from the charging station and
select the attachment you wish to use (picture 2).
B. Place the stem of the hand unit firmly on the
attachment and press down. (Picture 2).
C. Turn your hand to the left or right to remove the
attachment from the base. Do not pull straight up as the
hand held unit will simply pull off of the attachment
(Picture 3).

D. Select the speed you desire, either LOW (240 RPM) or HIGH
(280 RPM). To stop the unit from turning, press the OFF
button on the hand held unit (Picture 4).
E. After cleaning the shoes, place the attachment in the
appropriate slot in the base and press the EJECT button on
the hand held unit in order to release (Picture 5).
F. Repeat steps A through F to clean additional shoes, or change
the attachment.
G. When done, replace the attachments in their respective slots.
Listen for a telltale click that indicates the attachment is in its appropriate
position in the base.
Automatic shut-off
After 10 minutes of constant use, the hand held unit will automatically shut
off. To continue cleaning, the hand held unit must be turned on again.

6. Cleaning and Storage
Cleaning:
Before cleaning the “Polish Star” pull the power cord from the wall socket and allow
to cool. Clean with a soft cloth and do not use harsh cleaning solutions.
Storage:
Store the shoe cleaning station in a secure location, for example in a clos et next
to your shoes. Alternatively it can be repackaged in its box and stored in a cool
dry location.

opzetstuk los van het apparaat.

5. Toepassing
Accu laden
De accu kan met de op het typeplaatje aangegeven spanning worden opgeladen.
De oplaadtijd bedraagt ca. 3 uur. Volledige oplading van het apparaat is voldo ende
voor een gebruikstijd van 25 minuten.
1. Trek het snoer uit de oplaadset (foto 1).
2. Sluit de 240 Volt stekker aan op het elektriciteitsnet.
3. Let erop, dat het handapparaat naar behoren en veilig
in de oplaadset zit. Tijdens het opladen knippert de
LED-laadstandaanduiding rood. Als het apparaat
volledig opgeladen is, verandert de LEDlaadstandaanduiding in groen.
4. Na het volledig opladen trekt u de netstekker uit de
contactdoos. Het snoer brengt u onder in het snoervak.

Draai daarvoor de draaiende handgreep aan de
onderkant van de laadset met de klokwijzers mee (foto 1) tot het snoer
volledig ingetrokken is. De stekker zet u vast in de houder.
Let erop, dat het „Polish Star“ handapparaat uitgeschakeld is, voor u de
240 Volt stekker op het net aansluit.
De oplaadset aansluiten op het elektriciteitsnet, als het apparaat
moet worden opgeladen.

utilisateurs puissent y avoir accès. Si l'appareil change de propriétaire, veuillez
également lui remettre la notice d'utilisation.
Pour éviter le risque de vous électrocuter, brûler, de mettre le feu ou vous blesser,
veuillez tenir compte des consignes suivantes:
• Avant de brancher le bloc d'alimentat ion dans une prise de courant, veillez à
ce que la tension spécifiée sur la plaq ue signalétique concorde avec celle
débitée par votre secteur électrique.
• Si l'appareil doit rester sans servir ou s'il faut le nettoyer, débranchez
préalablement la fiche mâle de la prise de courant.
• Ne faites pas marcher l' appareil si le cordon ou la fiche sont endommagés,
s'il ne fonctionne pas correctement, s'il a chuté ou a été endommagé.
Renvoyez l'appareil à l'adresse du SAV Hydas, pour examen et réparation.

Gebruik van de opzetstukken
A. Haal het handapparaat uit de oplaadset en breng het
naar het opzetstuk dat u wilt gebruiken (foto 2).

• Le cordon électrique de ce produit n'est pas remplaçable. S'il a été
endommagé, cessez immédiatement d'utiliser l'appareil et renvoyez-le à
l'adresse du SAV Hydas.
• Éloignez l'ap pareil et son cordon des surfaces très chaudes, de la chaleur,
de l'humidité et des liquides. Ne saisissez jamais la fiche mâle avec les
mains mouillées ou humides, ou si vous vous trouvez vous-même dans
l'eau.
• Si la fiche mâle est branchée, ne saisissez jamais l'appareil tombé dans
l'eau. Débranchez toujours, en premier, la fiche mâle de la prise de courant.
• Ne tenez, portez et soulevez pas l'appareil par son cordon d'alimentation,
n'utilisez pas le cordon comme poignée ou pour suspendre l'appareil.
• Évitez que l'ap pareil n'entre en contact avec des objets pointus ou acérés.
• Ne laissez pas l'appareil sans surveillance pendant qu'il se trouve sous
tension, si des enfants, handicapés ou personnes ne jouissant pas de toute
leur motricité s'en servent ou se trouvent à proximité.
• Ne permettez pas aux enf ants de jouer ave c les feu illes d' emballage : risque
d'asphyxie !
• N'utilisez cet appareil que dans le but prévu, tel que décrit dans c ette notice
d'utilisation.
N´utilisez le polish star que dans des piéces fermées.
N´utilisez pas le polish star dans les pièces humides comme la salle de
bain ou sous la douche.
Conformité d'utilisation
Le cire chaussure „Polish Star“ – est destiné exclusivement au nettoyage et au soi n
des chaussures en cuir et en simili cuir.
L´appareil est utilisable que dans les foyers privés mais pas dans les
entreprises ni dans les lieux publics

• Het apparaat en de kabel uit de buurt van hete oppervl akken, hitte, vocht en
vloeistoffen houden. De stekker niet vastpakken met natte of vochtige
handen of als u in het water staat.
• Pak geen apparaat vast dat in het water is gevallen. De stekker onmiddellijk
uit het stopcontact trekken.
• Het apparaat niet aan de voedingskab el vasthouden, dra gen of opbeuren en
gebruik de kabels niet als handgreep of voor het ophangen van het
apparaat.
• Het apparaat niet met puntige of scherpe voorwerpen in aanraking brengen.
• Het apparaat niet zonder toezicht laten, terwijl het is ingeschakeld of als het
apparaat door of in de buurt van kinderen, (lichamelijk) gehandicapten wordt
gebruikt.
• Kinderen niet met verpakkingsfolies laten spelen: gevaar voor verstikking!
• Gebruik dit apparaat uitsluitend waarvoor het bedoeld is en zoals in deze
gebruiksaanwijzingen is beschreven.
Gebruik de „Polish Star“ – schoenonderhoudsset alleen in gesloten
vertrekken.
Gebruik de „Polish Star“ – schoenonderhoudsset niet in vochtige
ruimten (b.v. in badkamer of douche).
Gebruik volgens de voorschriften
De „Polish Star“ – schoenonderhoudsset is uitsluitend bedoeld voor reiniging en
onderhoud van leren en kunstleren schoenen.
Het apparaat is alleen bedoeld voor gebruik thuis en niet voor
bedrijfsmatige doeleinden.

1. Inleiding
Hartelijk dank, dat u heeft gekozen voor de „Polish Star“ – schoenonderhoudsset.
Met de „Polish Star“ – schoenonderhoudsset wordt het schoenonderhoud u
gemakkelijk gemaakt. Uw handen blijven daarbij schoon.
De handige, gemakkelijk te bedienen schoenonderhoudss et met zijn vijf opzetbare
reinigings- en onderhoudsopzetstukken, is zowel voor lichtgekleurde als donkere
schoenen geschikt.
Reinigen – schoencrème opbrengen – poetsen
Het resultaat is schitterend !

VEILIGHEIDSAANWIJZINGEN
Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig!
Bewaar de gebruiksaanwijzing goed en maak dez e ook voor anderen toeg ankelijk.
Geeft u het apparaat aan een ander, vergeet dan de gebruiksaanwijzing niet.
U dient ter voorkoming van elektrische shocks en om het risico van verbrand ingen,
brand of lichamelijk letsel zo klein mogelijk te houden de volgend e aanwijzingen in
acht te nemen:
• Let erop dat de op het typeplaatje aangegeven elektrische spanning
overeenkomt met die van uw elektriciteitsnet, voordat u de netvoeding op de
elektriciteitsvoorziening aansluit.
• Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact, als het ap paraat niet wordt gebruikt of
gereinigd.
• Dit apparaat niet gebruiken, als kabels of stekker beschadigd zijn, als het
niet correct functioneert, nadat het gevallen is of beschad igd werd. Zend het
apparaat aan het Hydas service-adres voor onderzoek en reparatie terug.
• De elektrische kabel van dit product ka n niet worden vervangen. Wanneer
deze wordt beschadigd, het apparaat onmiddellijk uitschakelen en het a an
de Hydas service-adres sturen.

5. Utilisation
Recharger l´accumulateur
L´accumulateur peut être rechargé sur secteur ayant la même tension indiquée sur l
étiquette.
Le temps de recharge est d´environ 3 heures. La recharge pleine suffit pour une
durée d´utilisation de 25 minutes.
1. Tirez le câble de la station de recharge (image 1).
2. branchez la prise de courant sur secteur 240 Volt.
3. Faites attention à ce que l´appareil portatif soit bien
encastré dans la station de recharge. Pendant le temps
de recharge le voyant rouge LED clignote. Quand
l´appareil est bien rechargé, la lampe LED clignote
vert.
4. Vous retirez le câble du secteur après avoir rempli la
recharge. Vous enroulez le câbel sous la station. Il vous

suffit de tourner dans le sens des aiguilles d´une montre
l´appareil pour enrouler le film, voir (photo 1) et vous tournez jusqu´à ce que
le câble soit complétement enroulé. Vous fixez la prise dans le crochet.
Faites attention à ce que l´appareil portatif soit éteint avant de brancher le
„Polish Star“ sur secteur. Ne branchez l´appareil sur secteur uniquement
pendant son temps de recharge.
Trois phases pour le nettoyage et le soin des chaussures
Phase 1: Enlevez les salissures de la brosse de nettoyage – STEP 1
Phase 2: Cirez à l´aide la brosse – STEP 2
Faites attention au choix de la brosse que vous aurez au préalable enduit
de cirage:
Phase 2 (STEP 2) noir - pour chaussures noires
Phase 2 (STEP 2) incolore - pour chaussures claires
Pase3: lustrez vos chaussures avec la brosse de polissage – STEP 3
Faites attention au bon choix de la brosse:
Phase 3 (STEP 3) noir – pour chaussures noires
Phase 3 (STEP 3) incolore – pour chaussures claires
Utilisation des brosses
A. Prenez l´appareil portatif de la cireuse et encastrez la
goupille dans la brosse souhaitée (Image 2).

B. Emboitez la goupille de l´appareil portatif sur la
brosse souhaitée.Faites attention au fait que celle ci
soit bien encastrée (Image 2).

C. Tournez votre main vers la droite ou vers la gauche pour venir encastrer et
retirer la brosse au choix. Ne tirez pas en diagonale vers vous mais bie n au
dessus (Image 3).
D. Choisissez la vitesse avec la quelle vous souhaitez
lustrer vos chaussures et appuyez sur le bouton
correspondant – LOW ou HIGH – sur la tête de
l´appareil (Image 4). L´appareil tourne avec la vitesse
souhaitée – 240 ump ou 280 ump tours minutes (Upm
= signifie tour par minutes). Pour arrêter l´appareil,
appuyer sur le boutonOFF – (Image 4).
E. Après le nettoyage, encastrez la brosse (qui se trouve sur
l´appareil) à la place correspondante sur la station cireuse.
Vous appuyez sur le bouton EJECT (image 5). et la brosse se
remet à sa place initiale.
F. Vous recommencez l´opération des phases A. jusque F. Pour
effectuer les phases de nettoyage, de lustrage, vous
intervenez en interchangeant les differentes brosses à l´aide
du bouton eject et de l´encastrement de la goupille.
G. Aprés le nettoyage des chaussures et le soin, encastrez
l´appareil portatif sur sa place d´origine. Prêtez attention au fait que vous
entendiez le clique de l´encastrement.
Arrêt automatique
L´appareil s´arrête automatiquement aprés 10 minutes de fonctionnement.
Pour d´autres utlisations veuillez le réactiver en appuyant à nouveau sur le
bouton.
6. Nettoyage et rangement
Nettoyage:
Retirez la prise avant de nettoyer les chaussures et attendez que l´appareil soit
rechargé et refroidis. Nettoyez votre station polish star à l´aide d´un chiffon humide.
N´utilisez aucun produit abrasif ou détergent..
Rangement:
Déposez votre cireuse Polish star sur une surface plane par exemple près de
votre armoire à chaussures oubien aprés son utilisation remettez la
cireuse dans son emballage d´origine et rangez la dans un endroit sec et frais à
l´abrit du soleil.

consommateur doit retourner le produit usager aux points de collecte
prévus à cet effet. Il peut aussi le remettre à un revendeur. En permettant
ennfin le recyclage des produits, le consommateur contrbuera à la protection de
