installation instructions. Carefully
unpack and inspect the Wall/
Island Joint Kit, making sure there
is no
breakage or damage. Be
sure factory-
installed nut retainers
and alignment pins are in place.

Apply Gaskets

as shown in Figure 1.
• Remove paper backing as
gasket is applied.
• Lap gaskets at lower corners.
• Check that there are no gaps
between gasket and merchandis
er.
• Do not stretch gasket,
especially around corners.
• Do not butt gaskets; always
overlap joints.
A. Remove Honeycomb at
end to be joined by lifting up
atbottom and pullingforward.
B. Lift out Rear Panel.
C. Remove Front Panel.

Review the chart and illustrations in Figures 6 and 7.
Begin installing the Trims by
centering them over the case
joints.

Fasten the
Nosing Joint Trims — 10
and Joint Trim s— 11, using
Screws — 9 at the
locations shown in Figure 7.

Install Plastic Rails. Make
sure to offset Joints from case
joints, (see Figure 8).

Reverse Step 1- A, B and C
and rinstall the Front Panel ,
Rear Panels and Honeycomb.
