CARE AND USE INSTRUCTIONS
Your new liner is custom molded to fit your vehicle. Upon removal from the box your liner will not completely
unroll and lay flat. This is normal and only temporary. Just place the liner on the floor or in the back of your vehicle
with a weight in each corner (a book works well). After about 15 minutes, your liner will remain flat. In colder
climates this “relaxing” may take longer; moving the liner inside will speed up the process.
Your liner is manufactured using an engineering resin that is lightweight and extremely tough and durable. The
easiest way to clean your liner is with a damp cloth or sponge. If using a cleaner, 409® or Glass Plus® work well.
Use of Armor All®, Son-of-a-Gun® or similar items is discouraged as these products make the liner slick.

CARGO LINER PART #2040 IS DESIGNED TO FIT OVER THE FOLDED THIRD SEAT IN YOUR DODGE
DURANGO. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CARGO LINER FOR BEHIND THE RAISED THIRD SEAT, YOU
NEED HUSKY LINER PART #2045. INSTALLATION PHOTOS AND FURTHER INFORMATION
REGARDING THIS PART ARE INCLUDED ON THE BACK OF THIS SHEET.

2004 DODGE DURANGO WITH THIRD SEAT FOLDED DOWN (SHOWN WITH PART
#2040 INSTALLED). THIS PICTURE SHOWS THAT THE CARGO EXTENSION PANELS
IN THE 2004 DURANGO DO NOT FOLD FLAT AND ALLOW THE CARGO LINER TO
EXTEND TO THE BACK OF THE SECOND SEAT. INSTEAD, THEY REST AT AN ANGLE
AGAINST THE SECOND SEAT. CARGO LINER #2040 EXTENDS FORWARD TO MATCH
AGAINST THESE “FOLDED FORWARD” PANELS. THE EXTENSION PANELS WILL
FOLD FLAT, BUT ONLY IF THE SECOND SEATS ARE FOLDED FLAT ALSO.
