WARNINGS: READ CAREFULLY
IMPORTANT! Failure to adhere to warnings can lead to serious injury or death. Read and understand all warnings prior to using this product.
DO NOT leave your walker
unaended. Anyme the walker has been out of view (eg. placed in vehicle, etc.) inspect the walker completely for any signs of damage before use.
DO NOT put anything on your folded walker as this will cause damage to the frame, plasc parts, etc.
CAUTION! This product must always be inspected prior to use for any signs of wear or damage. DO NOT use this product if it is missing any components or is damaged in any way.
DO NOT use as a wheelchair/ transport
chair. The walker has not been designed for this purpose.
If the walker has been stored in any
type of transportaon, such as a plane, train, boat, bus, car, etc. you run the
risk of damage to the walker and to any of its components. Please inspect very carefully before usage.
Be sure brake is locked before sing on seat.
DO NOT squeeze brake connu­ously while walking as this will cause premature wear to the brake pad and re.

DO NOT lean on one side of the walker when sing down. Distribute weight evenly to prevent the walker from pping ove r.
DO NOT rest anything on backstrap as damage may occur.
DO NOT use on stairs or escalators. Only use this product on even surfaces clear of obstrucons.
Touch the back of your legs to seat before sing.
DO NOT use brake handles when sing and standing. Use upper handgrip only to stabilize your body.
