Description
The Human Care Altair overhead lift is a lightweight portable lift with a discreet and modern design. Its portability ensures that asset investment is
greatly reduced as the same lift easily can be used in multiple rooms. The Altair features an advanced technology platform that allows tracking of lift
usage and visualization of collected data. Altair features a unique telescoping hanger bar that offers different widths in one product to fit any patient and
resulting in a comfortable sitting position. The lift is available in three weight capacities, 150kg, 220kg and 300kg, and can be used with either a 2, 3 or

Place the lift on a suitable surface. Feed out enough of the belt by pulling gently
on the hook on the lift belt (2) while at the same time keeping the Down button on
the hand control or on the control panel of the lift pressed in.
Hook onto the hook on the distance strap hanging from the rail roller diagonally
from above (see fig) Switch on at the mains and the lift is ready for use.
The telescopic hanger bar
The hooks on the telescopic bar have three adjustable positions (40, 50 and 60 cm). To change position, turn the hooks
1/4 turn while pushing or pulling the hooks to the desired position. The hooks will automatically fall into place in the position, and so it is necessary to repeat the turn (1/4 turn) when passing the middle position (position 2) (See fig).
o
Important! Do not hold on
to the telescopic bar or the
hooks when performing a lift.
