We, Huf Hülsbeck & Fürst GmbH & Co. KG, hereby confirm that we do not issue an instruction
manual for our product TSSRE4Ue. This product is a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
wheel sensor for vehicles, and will be installed by the tire manufacturer as original equipment.

Compliance Statement according RSS-210, 5.11 respectively FCC rules 15.19(a):
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with RSS-210 of Industry Canada.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference
that may cause undesired operation.

Le présent appareil est conforme aux CNR d'Industrie Canada applicables aux appareils radio
exempts de licence. L'exploitation est autorisée aux deux conditions suivantes: (1) l'appareil ne
doit pas produire de brouillage, et (2) l'utilisateur de l'appareil doit accepter tout brouillage
radioélectrique subi, même si le brouillage est susceptible d'en compromettre le
fonctionnement.

Fürst GmbH & Co. KG could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

Radiofrequency radiation exposure information:
The radiated output power of the device is below the FCC radio frequency exposure limits.
Nevertheless, the device shall be used in such manner that potential for human contact during
normal operation is minimized.

Because the device is too small to place above compliance statement on it and because we do

not issue any user’s manual, we hereby confirm that we will inform the tire manufacturer that the

compliance statement must be included in their user’s manual.
