CAUTION:
Before installing, make sure you are compliant with area classications, failure to do so may result in bodily injury, death and property damage. Do not attempt installation until you are familiar with the following procedures. All installation must comply with the applicable Electrical Code.
Make sure that the circuit is de-energized before starting installation or maintenance.
Verify that the installation is grounded. Failure to ground will create electrical shock hazards, which can cause serious injury and or death.

NOTE: Disconnect the supply circuit before starting installation.
1. DIRECTIONS FOR INSTALLATION
1. Loosen the locking screw ‘A’ on the globe ring.
2. Unscrew the globe support assembly and remove it from the ballast tank.
3. Lightly lubricate the threaded area of the new globe support assembly with “LUBT” lubricant.
4. Thread the globe support assembly into the ballast tank rmly and tighten the locking screw
‘A’.
CAUTION: This is an explosion proof globe,
handle carefully. Protect globe from impact and scratches. Damaged globes must be replaced with a new globe assembly. Do not disassemble the globe assembly.
NOTE: Join or “lap” marks may form during the pouring of molten glass in the globe manufacturing process. It is not unusual for these marks to become visible. This is a common and normal occurrence for explosion proof globes and does not affect performance.
