This product must be installed in accordance with applicable installation code(s), by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.*
Caution: Do not exceed maximum wattage noted on fixture. Use only recommended bulbs with fixture.
Please Note: This fixture is designed to be mounted on a standard wall surface and may not be suitable for all applications. If installing in a non-wood frame application, we recommend consulting a qualified builder or electrician.
To Install Fixture (Figure 1)

A Bulb Shield E Crossbar B Bulb (included) F Ground Screw C Knurl Ball (2) G Threaded Stud (2) D Fixture Back H Socket
Caution: Be sure power is off at the main breaker box prior to installation.
1. Carefully unpack the fixture from the carton.
2. Using two machine screws (not provided) attach
crossbar (E) to the electric box using inside oval holes to orient fixture. Verify crossbar orientation is correct before attaching
new electric box comes with screws. When replacing a fixture, retain the screws for use with the new fixture.
3. Thread studs (G) into the appropriate holes in
the crossbar (E). Adjust the studs (G) to proper length to ensure the fixture will fit snugly to the wall.
4. Using suitable wire connectors (not provided),
connect the fixture wires to the supply wires, (white to white, black to black, bare copper or green to bare copper or green). If the fixture is wired with twin lead lamp cord, connect the ribbed side to white, and the smooth side to black. Ground the crossbar (E) using the green ground screw (F) to secure a pigtail leads to the crossbar.

5. Carefully tuck all wires behind the fixture back (D), place fixture back (D) firmly against the wall and fasten with
knurled balls (C).
6. Install light bulb (B). Be careful not to touch bulb with bare hands; oil from your hands will reduce bulb life.
7. Install the light bulb shield (A) by carefully threading it onto the socket (H).
8. Restore electricity at main breaker.

To Install Glass (Figures 2 & 3)
Component Parts
I Fixture Front Panel J Nylon Screw K Glass L Angled Retaining Cup M Panel Leg N Bracket Clip O Ball Screw
1. Insert glass (K) into fixture front panel (I). The glass sits into the
angled retaining cup (L) inside the curved portion of the panel. Secure glass in position by tightening ball screw (J) against glass. Do not over tighten. Please note that several colors of glass have been included and may change as desired.
2. Attach fixture front panel (I) to back of fixture by inserting panel
legs (M) into bracket clips (N).
3. Secure by threading ball screw (O) up into hole in the socket
bracket.
