Setting Up Your Phone

Your phone comes with the SIM card pre-installed.

Step 1. Remove the Back Cover

Insert your ﬁngernail in the notch at the bottom of the phone and lift the cover off.

Optional: Insert the microSD Card

Inser t the microSD™ card into the slot with t he gold contacts facing d own.

NOTE: The microSD card is sold separately.

Step 2. Insert the Battery

Insert the battery, making sure to align the gold contacts. Press down gently to secure the battery.

Step 3. Replace the Back Cover

Starting from the top, press the back cover against the back panel of the phone. Continue pressing the sides of the back cover until it is firmly in place and there are no gaps.

Step 4. Charge Your Phone

Before turning on your phone, charge it fully.

Inser t the small end of th e USB cable into the USB/Char ger Port an d the other e nd into the powe r adapter. Plug the powe r adapter int o an electrical ou tlet.

WARNING! Please use only an approved charging accessory to charge your phone. Improper handling of the charging port, as well as the use of an incompatible charger, may cause damage to your phone and void the warranty.

Turning Your Phone On/Off

To turn your phone on, press and hold the Power/Lock button until the phone vibrates.

To turn your phone off, press and hold the

Power/Lock button for a few seconds, and

then tap Power off.

Locking and Unlocking the Screen

To turn on your screen, press the

Power/Lock button. Then swipe

the Lock icon up to unlock it.

To turn off your screen and prevent accidental key presses, press the

Power/Lock button. The phone also

automatically locks after it has been idle for some time.

Home Screen

After setting up your phone, you’ll see the Home screen.
