Set suction and spray switch to “I”. Activate valve handle.
The cleaning agent solution is sprayed
and simultaneously sucked in.
To clean dirty carpets spray cleaning solution and use
suction immediately. Using suction again shortens the
drying time. When the carpet is very dirty, firstly spray
cleaning solution. Wait around 10 - 15 minutes and use
suction to remove cleaning solution.
To obtain better result rinse the cleaned surface with clear
water. Remains of the cleaning agent and loosened dirt are
then rinsed out.

IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS, DO NOT CONTINUE,
CONTACT YOUR LOCAL HSS HIRE FOR ADVICE.
CLEANING TIPS
The more sensitive the carpet, use a smaller amount
of cleaning agent.
Carpets with jute backings can shrink and the colours
can bleed if the treatment is too wet.
High pile carpets should be brushed off first.
Cleaning with warm water (up to max. 50°C) is more
effective.
To remove dirty water tank switch
off spray and suction switch.
Remove the cover and then
remove dirty-water tank and
empty it, or empty using a drain
hose.
If practicable, keep an eye on the
waste tank water level and empty
when about three quarters full.
