Special Functions Refrigerant Leak Detection
With this new technology, if the outdoor unit detects refrigerant leakage the display area will show code EC”, the indication lamps continue flashing until the problem is resolved.
Louver Angle Memory Function
Within the scope of safety, the unit will memorize the open angle of the horizontal louver. If it exceeds it, the unit will return to the standard angle by pressing the manual switch, or removing power to the unit. We strongly suggest that the open angle of the horizontal louver should not be set too small, condensed water could form and drip from the horizontal louver.
Anti-mildew function
When the unit is turned off in Cool, Dry, or Auto (Cool) mode, the air conditioner will continue operating for about 7-10 minutes at low fan speed. If it turns off in HEAT mode, the unit will continue operating for about 30 seconds at LOW fan speed. This will help dry the condensed water inside the evaporator, and prevent the growing of mildew. Under Anti-mildew operation, do not restart the air conditioner until the unit is completely off.
Vertical swing function
After the AC starts up, users can control the vertical louver swing by using the remote controllers swing direct button.
