Installation

 This instruction manual should be kept in a safe place
for future reference. If the washing machine is sold,
given away or moved, please ensure the manual is kept
with the machine, so that the new owner may benefit
from the advice contained within it.
 Read these instructions carefully: they contain vital
information relating to the safe installation and operation
of the appliance.
 Inside the pack containing this manual, you will also
find the guarantee and all the details necessary for
installation.

Unpacking and levelling

Unpacking

1. Once you have removed all the packaging from the
washing machine, make sure it has not been damaged
during transportation.
If it has been damaged, contact the retailer and do not
proceed any further with the installation process.

2. Remove the 4
protective screws (used
during transportation) and
the corresponding spacer,
located on the rear part of
the appliance (see figure).

 If the appliance is levelled correctly, it will be more
stable and much less likely to cause vibrations and noise
while it is operating, particularly during the spin cycle.
 If it is placed on carpet or a rug, adjust the feet in such
a way as to allow a sufficient ventilation space
underneath the washing machine.

Connecting the electricity and water
supplies

Connecting the water inlet hose

 Before connecting the inlet hose to the water supply,
run the water until it is perfectly clear.

1. Connect the inlet hose
to the machine by
screwing it onto the cold
water inlet of the
appliance, which is
situated on the top right­hand side of the rear part
of the appliance (see
figure).

2. Connect the inlet hose
by screwing it to a cold
water tab using a 3/4 gas
threaded connection (see
figure).

3. Close off the holes using the plastic plugs supplied in
the pack.

4. Keep all the parts in a safe place; they will be needed
again if the washing machine is moved to another
location, to prevent the inside of the appliance being
damaged.
 Packaging materials should not be used as toys for
children.

Levelling

1. Place the washing machine on a flat sturdy floor,
without resting it up against walls or cabinets.

2. If the floor is uneven,
the front feet of the
machine may be adjusted
until it reaches a horizontal
position (the angle of
inclination must not
exceed 2 degrees).

3. Make sure that the hose is not folded over or bent.

 The water pressure at the tap must fall within the
values indicated in the Technical data table (see next

page).

 If the inlet hose is not long enough, contact a
specialised shop or an authorised technician.

 Never use second-hand or old inlet hoses; use the
products supplied with the machine.

Connecting the drain hose

 The cable should not be bent or compressed.

 The power supply cable and plug must only be

replaced by authorised technicians.

Warning! The company shall not be held responsible in
the event that these regulations are not respected.

 We advise against the use of hose extensions; if it is
absolutely necessary, the extension must have the same
diameter as the original hose and must not exceed 150
cm in length.

Electrical connections

Before plugging the appliance into the electricity socket,
make sure that:

 the socket is earthed and complies with all applicable

laws;

 the socket is able to withstand the maximum power

load of the appliance as indicated in the Technical
data table (see opposite);

 the power supply voltage falls within the values

indicated in the Technical data table (see opposite);

 the socket is compatible with the plug of the

appliance. If this is not the case, have the socket or
the plug replaced.

 The machine must not be installed outdoors, even in
covered areas. It is extremely dangerous to leave the
appliance exposed to rain, storms and other weather
conditions.

 The mains socket must remain within easy reach after
the washing machine has been installed.

saving regulations, is fitted with an automatic standby
system which is enabled after about 30 minutes if no
activity is detected. Press the ON-OFF
and wait for the machine to start up again.

Button with  ON/OFF indicator light: press this briefly
to switch the machine on or off. The green indicator light
indicates that the machine is switched on. To switch off
the washing machine during the wash cycle, press and
hold the button for approximately 3 seconds; if the
button is pressed briefly or accidentally the machine will
not switch off. If the machine is switched off during a
wash cycle, this wash cycle will be cancelled.

WASH CYCLE SELECTOR knob: may be turned in
either direction. To select the most suitable wash cycle,
please refer to the Table of wash cycles.
The knob will not move during the wash cycle.

button: press to modify or exclude
the temperature setting; the value will be identified by

green indicator light flashes slowly, press the button to
start a wash cycle. Once the cycle has begun the
indicator light will remain lit in a fixed manner. To pause
the wash cycle, press the button again; the indicator
light will flash in an orange colour. If the Door locked

indicator light is switched off, the door may be
opened. To start the wash cycle from the point at which
it was interrupted, press the button again.

DOOR LOCKED

CONTROL PANEL LOCK

from being modified accidentally, especially where there

seconds; when the machine is switched off the
estimated energy saving will be around the 80% mark.

Running a wash cycle

WARNING: before you use the washing machine for

the first time, run a wash cycle with detergent and no
laundry, using the 90° cottons cycle without pre-wash.

1. SWITCH THE MACHINE ON. Press the

2. LOAD THE LAUNDRY. Open the porthole door.
Load the laundry, making sure you do not exceed the
maximum load value indicated in the table of wash
cycles on the following page.

3. MEASURE OUT THE DETERGENT. Pull out the
detergent dispenser drawer and pour the detergent
into the relevant compartments as described in

Description of the machine.

4. CLOSE THE PORTHOLE DOOR.

5. SELECT THE PROGRAMME. Turn the WASH
CYCLE SELECTOR KNOB right or left, until you have
selected the desired wash cycle. A temperature and
spin speed is set for each wash cycle; these may be
adjusted.

6. CUSTOMISE THE WASH CYCLE. Use the
relevant buttons on the control panel:

Modify the temperature and/or spin

speed.

The machine automatically displays the maximum
temperature and spin speed values set for the
selected cycle, or the most recently-used settings if
they are compatible with the selected cycle. The
temperature can be decreased by pressing the
button, until the cold wash ( ) setting is reached. The
spin speed may be progressively reduced by pressing
the

button, until it is completely excluded ( ). If
these buttons are pressed again, the maximum
values are restored.

the temperature can be increased up to a value of
90°C.

Set a delayed start.

To set the "delayed start" option for the program you
have selected, press the button until the indicator light
for the desired delay time is illuminated.
The sixth time the button is pressed, the function will
be disabled.
N.B.: once the START/PAUSE button is pressed the
"delayed start" indicator light will flash
(the time delay value may only be changed by
decreasing the time).

 Press the button again to disable the option; the
indicator light will switch off.
 If the selected option is not compatible with the
selected wash cycle, this incompatibility will be
signalled by the flashing of the indicator light; the
option will not be activated.
 If the selected option is not compatible with another
option that has been selected previously, the indicator
light corresponding to the first option selected will flash
and only the second option will be activated; the
indicator light corresponding to the button will remain
lit in a constant manner.

7. START THE PROGRAMME. Press the START/
PAUSE button. The corresponding indicator light
remains lit in a fixed manner and the porthole door
locks (the
illuminates). The icons corresponding to the wash
cycle phases will light up during the cycle to indicate
which phase is currently in progress.
To change a wash cycle once it has already started,
pause the washing machine by pressing the START/
PAUSE button; then select the desired cycle and
press the START/PAUSE button again.
To open the door during a wash cycle, press the
START/PAUSE button; if the DOOR LOCKED
indicator light is switched off you may open the door.
Press the START/PAUSE button again to restart the
wash cycle from the point at which it was interrupted.

8. THE END OF THE WASH CYCLE. This is indicated
by the illuminated text END. The porthole door may
be opened immediately. If the START/PAUSE indicator
light is flashing, press the button to end the cycle.
Open the door, unload the laundry and switch off the
machine.

 If you wish to cancel a cycle which has already begun,
press and hold the

Bag for quilts, curtains and delicate garments

The Aqualtis washing machine makes it easier for you to
wash even the most valuable and delicate garments in
complete confidence thanks to the special bag which
protects the laundry (this is supplied with the machine).
We recommend that the bag is used every time you
wash quilts and padded items with an outer layer made
using synthetic material.

Detergents and laundry

Detergent

The type and quantity of detergent required depend on
the type of fabric you are washing (cotton, wool, silk,
etc.), as well as its colour, the washing temperature, the
level of soiling and the hardness of the water in the area.
Measuring out the detergent carefully will avoid wastage
and help to protect the environment: although they are
biodegradable, detergents still contain ingredients which
alter the balance of nature.
We recommend the following:
 use powder detergents for white cotton garments and

pre-washing.

 use liquid detergents for delicate cotton garments and

for all low-temperature wash cycles.

 use gentle liquid detergents for wool and silk

garments.
The detergent should be poured into the relevant
compartment - or the dispenser placed directly inside
the drum - before the wash cycle begins. In the latter
case, it will not be possible to select the Cottons with
pre-wash cycle.
 Do not use hand washing detergents because these
create too much foam.

Preparing the laundry

 Shake out the garments before loading them into the

machine.
 Divide the laundry according fabric type (symbol on the

washing instruction label) and colour, making sure you

separate the coloured garments from the white ones;
 Empty all pockets and check the buttons;
 Do not exceed the values listed in the Table of wash

cycles, which refer to the weight of the laundry when dry.

Silk: use the special Silk
garments. We recommend the use of special detergent
which has been designed to wash delicate clothes.
Curtains: use the Silk

Wool: Ariston is the only washing machine brand to
have been awarded the prestigious Woolmark Platinum
Care endorsement (M.0508) by the Woolmark Company,
which means that all woollen garments may be washed

Washing recommendations

Shirts: use the special Shirts wash cycle to wash

shirts in different fabrics and colours to guarantee they
receive the best possible care.
Jeans: use the special Jeans
denim garments; turn inside out before washing and use
a liquid detergent.
Baby: use the special Baby

Quilts: to wash quilts with a synthetic outer layer, use

to wash laundry from all over the house; this optimises
fabric softener performance and helps you save time and
energy. We recommend the use of powder detergent.
Stubborn stains: it is wise to treat stubborn stains with
solid soap before washing, and to use the Cottons with
pre-wash cycle.

Load balancing system

Before every spin cycle, to avoid excessive vibrations
before every spin and to distribute the load in a uniform
manner, the drum rotates continuously at a speed which
is slightly greater than the washing rotation speed. If,
after several attempts, the load is not balanced
correctly, the machine spins at a reduced spin speed. If
the load is excessively unbalanced, the washing
machine performs the distribution process instead of
spinning. To encourage improved load distribution and
balance, we recommend small and large garments are
mixed in the load.

Precautions and tips

 The machine was designed and constructed in
accordance with international safety regulations. The
following information is provided for safety reasons and
must therefore be read carefully.

General safety

 This appliance was designed for domestic use only.
 This appliance is not intended for use by persons

(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.

 Do not touch the machine when barefoot or with wet

or damp hands or feet.

 Do not pull on the power supply cable when

unplugging the appliance from the electricity socket.
Hold the plug and pull.

 Do not touch the drained water as it may reach

extremely high temperatures.

 Never force the porthole door. This could damage the

safety lock mechanism designed to prevent
accidental opening.

 If the appliance breaks down, do not under any

circumstances access the internal mechanisms in an
attempt to repair it yourself.

 Always keep children well away from the appliance

while it is operating.

For more information relating to the correct disposal of
household appliances, owners should contact their
local authorities or appliance dealer.

Opening the porthole door manually

In the event that it is not possible to open the porthole
door due to a powercut, and if you wish to remove the
laundry, proceed as follows:

1. remove the plug from the
electrical socket.

2. make sure the water level
inside the machine is lower
than the door opening; if it is
not, remove excess water
using the drain hose,
collecting it in a bucket as
indicated in the figure.

3. remove the cover panel on the lower front part of the
washing machine (see overleaf).

4. pull outwards using the
tab as indicated in the figure,
until the plastic tie-rod is
freed from its stop position;
pull downwards until you
hear a click, which
indicates that the door is
now unlocked.

 If it must be moved, proceed with the help of two or

three people and handle it with the utmost care.
Never try to do this alone, because the appliance is
very heavy.

 Before loading laundry into the washing machine,

make sure the drum is empty.

Disposal

 Disposing of the packaging materials: observe local

regulations so that the packaging may be re-used.

 The European Directive 2002/96/EC relating to Waste

Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) states
that household appliances should not be disposed of
using the normal solid urban waste cycle. Exhausted
appliances should be collected separately in order to
optimise the cost of re-using and recycling the
materials inside the machine, while preventing
potential damage to the atmosphere and to public
health. The crossed-out dustbin is marked on all
products to remind the owner of their obligations
regarding separated waste collection.

Care and maintenance

Cutting off the water and electricity
supplies

 Turn off the water tap after every wash cycle. This will

limit wear on the hydraulic system in the machine and

help to prevent leaks.

 Unplug the appliance when cleaning it and during all

maintenance work.

Cleaning the machine

The outer parts and rubber components of the appliance
can be cleaned using a soft cloth soaked in lukewarm
soapy water. Do not use solvents or abrasives.

Cleaning the detergent dispenser
drawer

To remove the drawer, press
lever (1) and pull the drawer
outwards (2) (see figure).
Wash it under running
water; this procedure should
be repeated frequently.

To access the pre-chamber:

1. take off the cover panel on the front of the machine
by first pressing it in the centre and then pushing
downwards on both sides until you can remove it (see

figures);

2. position a container so
that it will collect the water
which flows out
(approximately 1.5 l) (see
figure);

3. unscrew the lid by
rotating it in an anti­clockwise direction (see
figure);

Caring for your appliance drum

 Always leave the door ajar to prevent unpleasant

odours from forming.

Cleaning the pump

The washing machine is fitted with a self-cleaning pump
which does not require any maintenance. Sometimes,
small items (such as coins or buttons) may fall into the
protective pre-chamber at the base of the pump.

 Make sure the wash cycle has finished and unplug the
appliance.

6. reposition the panel, making sure the hooks are
securely in place before you push it onto the appliance.

Checking the water inlet hose

Check the inlet hose at least once a year. If there are
any cracks, it should be replaced immediately: during
the wash cycles, water pressure is very strong and a
cracked hose could easily split open.

Trouble shooting

Your washing machine could occasionally fail to work. Before contacting the Technical Assistance Centre
(see Assistance), make sure that the problem cannot be not solved easily using the following list.

Problem:

The washing machine does not

in shops and help to prevent this inconvenience.

 The wash cycle does not include draining: Some wash cycles require the

drain phase to be started manually (see Wash cycles and options).

拆包和校平

1. 拆开包装，先检查洗衣机是否完好无损，如果有疑问，迅速与有

资格的技术人员联系。

2．机器面后面板用四个螺丝支撑固定。如图示：

水电连接

连接进水管

1． 进水软管连接到机器后面右上角有螺纹的连接口上。

2． 将密封圈 A 插入进水管的底部并用螺丝将进水软管与 3/4”

BSP 螺纹的凉水龙头连接。连接前，试验水的流动性。

3． 确认水管不要弯曲。

连接排水管

洗衣机背后有两个钩子，（右或左），排水软管固定在上面；将另一端

插在一个竖管中或放在水池的边上，防止进分管弯曲，放置高度范围

65—100cm；如果低于 65cm（从地面算起），一定要将其固定在机器

背面板上部的钩子上。

如果软管注入水池，装配上塑料导向管并固定在水龙头上。软管一端

必须固定，使之不会浸于水中。

建议：加长排水管没有好处，万一确实需要，加长管直径一定与原软

管直径一致而长度不要超过 150cm；如果居住在楼上，可能存在放泄

弯管问题，导致洗衣机连续不断地注水和排水。

为避免这类问题的出现，可在商店购买到专用的防泄弯管阀门。

开 － 关/取消

有指示灯 ，按此键可以方便的开关机器。绿灯亮表示机器开

着，要在洗涤过程中关闭机器，按住此按钮 3 秒钟即可。如果

洗涤程序键 可以任意旋转调节，合适的程序设置可参阅“程序

表”这节，洗涤过程中此按钮被锁定。

温度：按此钮调节温度或免除温度设定，显示灯可指示（参阅“开

始洗涤”一节）。

转速：调节甩干速度或免除甩干，显示灯可指示（参阅“开始洗

涤”一节）。

延迟洗涤：设置延时洗涤程序，显示灯可指示（参阅“开始洗涤”

一节）。

选择 和指示灯：可选程序的选择，显示灯可指示（参阅“开始

洗涤”一节）。

洗涤过程阶段：洗涤过程指示（洗涤－漂洗－甩干－最后排水阶

段）

“END”意味着整个程序结束。

开始/暂停和指示灯：当绿灯闪烁时，按此钮开始洗涤。当洗涤

开始后，指示灯持续闪亮。再按此钮可暂停此程序，此时指示灯

为桔黄色并重新闪烁。如果门锁灯熄灭的话，门可以打开。再按

此钮可重新启动程序。

门锁 指示灯：灯亮为门被锁住。暂停程序可开门。

儿童锁指示灯：按住此钮 2 秒钟用此功能。当灯持续发亮时，控

制面板被锁定，可防止在洗涤过程中的意外变动，特别是有孩子

在家时。

ECO(最佳节能)指示灯：当此灯闪亮时为电量节约至少 10%(通

洗涤程序运转

注意：第一次使用时在无需预洗的情况下加入少量洗涤剂 900C

空载棉织物程序。

1 开机。按 钮，所有指示灯亮 1 秒钟，然后开/关灯持续闪亮，

开始/暂停灯将闪烁。

2 放入衣物。打开洗衣机门，放入衣物，确保不要超过最大负载。

3 加入洗涤剂。拉开洗涤剂盒在合适的小盒中加入。

4 关闭洗衣机门。

5 选择程序。选择所需程序，此时所连贯的温度和转速被设定（按

需求可略微调节）。

6 洗涤程序运转个性化设定。用相关按钮：

调节温度或转速。机器自动设定所选程序的温度和最高转速并无

7 程序开始

按开始/暂停钮，相应的指示灯会发亮然后洗衣机门锁定（门锁

灯也发亮）。洗涤过程中不同洗涤程序会提示，此时按开始/暂停

钮可暂停程序，选择好理想程序后再次按开始/暂停钮即可。在

程序运转过程中按了开始/暂停钮，如果门锁灯熄灭的话可打开

洗衣机门，再次按此钮则中断的程序可继续进行。

8 程序结束

END 字符显示意味着程序结束，门可以迅速打开。如果开始/

暂停钮闪烁的话，按此钮可中止程序，打开洗衣机门拿出衣物关

闭机器。

洗涤选择

超级洗涤

高效洗涤，由于在初始阶段用大量的水和强力程序。

！此程序和“30 分”，“丝绸”，“羊毛”，“羽绒”等程序不能一

起使用。

方便熨烫

选择此程序，洗涤和甩干有所调节因此织物不会很皱。程序结束

前甩干速度很慢，“方便熨烫”和开始/暂停指示灯闪烁。结束程

序可按开始/暂停钮或“方便熨烫”钮。

使用丝绸程序时，当织物浸入后方便熨烫”灯开始闪烁。要排水

的话可按开始/暂停或或“方便熨烫”钮。

此程序和“羊毛”，“强力甩干”，“轻甩”，“排水”等程序不能一

起使用。

额外漂洗

此程序增加了漂洗阶段的效率可去除大量的洗涤剂，为对洗涤剂

所敏感的皮肤所推荐使用。

此程序和“30 分”，“强力甩干”，“轻甩”，“排水”等程序不能

一起使用。

省时

洗涤时间将减少 30%~50%，节约洗涤时间，既节水又节电。

此程序和“30 分”，“丝绸”，“羊毛”，“超级洗涤”等其他程序

不能一起使用。

洗涤剂和衣物

洗涤剂

洗涤剂的类型和数量将根据织物的类型（棉，丝绸，羊毛等），颜 色，

洗涤温度，浸泡程度和水的硬度等等来决定。

要达到良好的洗涤效果必须正确的使用洗涤剂：过多洗涤剂不能有效

的达到洗涤效果并在洗衣机内部产生泡沫。

手洗衣物时不要加入洗涤剂不然会产生大量泡沫。

洗涤剂放入相对应的洗衣盒中。

准备衣物

将衣物分类根据：

- 织物的种类

- 颜色：白色和彩色分开

将衣袋清空。

注意重量：要想洗涤效果好，请勿超重

重量：

一条床单：400-500g

一个枕头：150-200g

一块桌布：400-500g

一条浴巾：900－1200g

一条毛巾：150-250g

牛仔 400-500g

一件衬衣：150-200g

洗涤建议

衬衣： 用合适的程序洗涤不同织物和颜色的衬衣。

牛仔衣物：此程序适合洗涤粗斜纹布衣物，确保洗涤效果。

婴儿衣物：在确保洗涤婴儿衣物超级洗涤效果的同时可去除由于洗涤

剂而产生的任何过敏反应。此程序运用将提取添加剂中抗菌效果从而

提升了洗涤效果。程序最后，洗衣鼓会缓慢滚动，结束程序可按开始

/暂停按钮。

丝绸： 用相对应的程序洗涤丝绸衣物，建议用特殊的洗涤剂。

窗帘： 放入网袋中，用“丝绸”程序。

羊毛：用特殊洗涤剂达到良好效果，不要超过 1kg。“白金”呵护羊

毛程序，其洗涤程序可以实现对高级柔软羊毛衣物的洗涤。“羊毛公

司”实验室的实验已经证明，是唯一实现“仅可手洗”的所有羊毛衣

物进行洗涤的洗衣机。在漂洗时，也可防止磨损织物。

羽绒

可以机洗，最大容量 2kg, 可使用此特殊的“羽绒”程序。建议不要

超过筒容量的 3/4，并使用液体洗涤剂从而达到完好的洗涤效果。

棉被

放入袋中并调到“羽绒”程序。

床单和毛巾：

用此程序可增加柔软剂的效果并节约时间和电，建议使用洗衣 粉。

去污

去除泥浆，用预洗和棉织物程序。

平衡系统

每一次甩干前，为避免过度震动，洗衣鼓会以比一般洗涤速度稍快而

持续运行。如果负载依旧不能平衡的话，洗衣机将以比设置速度慢的

甩干速度来运行。

为了达到最佳的平衡效果，我们建议您将大件和小件衣物混合后放入

洗衣机。

安全

仔细阅读手册，它不仅包括一系列有用的诀窍，还包括关安全、使用

和维修的重要资料。

- 洗衣机不能安装在室外，即使有顶棚的地方也不行，暴露于雷电

风雨中非常危险；

- 仅供成人使用，要遵守手册中的有关指导；

- 因洗衣机很重，需要有二、三人一起搬运，切勿一人搬动；

- 装入要洗衣物前，确认洗衣筒内是空的；

- 光脚或手脚潮湿时，切勿触摸洗衣机；

- 切勿使用延伸导线或多功能插头；在潮湿的环境下尤其危险，电

源程序电缆不要弯曲开危险挤压；

- 洗衣机工作时，切勿打开洗涤剂盒；不要使用手洗洗涤剂，因为

大量泡沫可能损坏机内零件；

- 切勿以拉拽电源线的方式拨掉插头；这样极端危险；

- 洗衣机工作时，切勿触摸排水，因为排出水的温度可能很高；不

要让小孩接触到；切勿用力压洗衣机门，否则会损坏安全锁，此

锁在洗衣机工作时防止机门被意外打开；洗涤结束，等几分钟再

打开机门；

- 如果出现故障，先关掉水龙头，切断电源。任何情况下都不要自

已打开机器维修。

手工开门

如果暂时停电的话将不能打开洗衣机门，如此请按下述方法进

行：

1．从电源插座去除插头；

2．确认水位小于洗衣机门开处，不然将如图所示，将水通过排

水管排入水桶。

3． 用螺丝刀去除前部盖板

4．如图所示用手指推动标签将塑料带弹出，向下拉当听到疙瘩

一声时，门已开锁。

5． 打开门，如果不行的话重复此步骤。

6 重新放回塑料带，保证锁定后将机门推上。

节能和环保

用水量非常少由于使用了阿里斯顿的最新技术，就可达到完美的洗涤

效果，又十分环保。

节约洗涤剂，水，能源和时间

为了避免浪费资源，最好满载。一次满载相比于两次半载可节约 50%

的能源。

预洗程序适用于特别肮脏的衣物，避免使用此程序可节约 5-15%的能

源。

洗前先用污渍去除剂或浸于水中，预先把污渍除掉，减少使用热洗程

序的必要性，使用 60℃热洗程序节能 50%。

一定要按照所建议的用量加入洗涤剂或织物调理剂，其用量随所洗衣

物多少、水的硬度和及物脏污程度的不同而变化。经验会帮你选取最

佳用量。

延时洗涤将帮助您避开用电高峰而节约能源。

使用甩干程序前，选择高速甩干，降低水分含量，可节能省时。

维护和保养

关闭水电

洗衣机不用时，关闭水龙头，可保护软管，也可放漏。

在做清洁保养工作时请拔出电源插座。

洗涤剂盒清洁

定期清洁洗涤剂盒，防止干衣粉积累其中，将小盒放在自来水下冲几

分钟即可。

保养洗衣门和鼓

保持门微开可防止气味。

清洁水泵

装有一台自洁泵，无须任何清洁或维修。小的物件可能意外进入泵内：

硬币、发夹、扣子及其它小东西，为避免可能的损害，泵下端装有一

个易卸的预置小盒存放这些物件。

！检查小盒前，先确认洗衣机已经完成了其它操作程序，并已清空洗

涤物品，拨掉了插头。

用螺丝起子轻轻向下放松洗衣机底部板的上端，向前移动上端边缘，

使其提下来（见图）；

在预置小盒盖下放一个浅盘，接住少量水。逆时针转动取下盖子（图示）；

再将盖子重新装好；
将位于下部边缘上的挂钩插进槽沟中，重新装上底部板，轻轻向上移动上端边缘
使其回复原位。

进水口软管

每年至少检查一次软管，如发现上有裂纹，立即更换。洗衣机工作时，水压很大，
有裂纹的管子会爆裂。

故障排除

机器不能正常工作时，在多数情况下，不用叫专业技术人员即可解决问题，电话
寻求帮助前，先检查以下要点：

机器不能起动

1．插头是否在插座中插好
2．室内是否有电。同时使用多台电器会断路。或是区域性停电。

洗涤程序不能进行

1．洗衣机门是否关好。如果机门开、关不当，洗衣机不能工作。
2．是否按下 START/PAUSE 钮。如果按下，程序起动已经设定好。
3．上水是否打开。如果无上水，洗衣机不能开始洗涤。

洗衣机不能注水

1．软管与水龙头连接是否正确。
2．是否缺水。
3．水压是否足够。
4．水龙头过滤器是否干净。如果水中钙离子高，或水管最近动过工，水龙

头过滤器或许被颗粒或残渣堵塞。

5．橡胶管是否纽结。橡胶管要足够直，不要压偏或纽结。

洗衣机门被锁
如果选择了“婴儿衣物”和“方便熨烫” 程序，程序结束后洗衣鼓或缓

慢滚动，要结束程序按“开始/暂停”按钮或“方便熨烫”按钮。如果选择了“丝
绸”程序，衣物在浸泡过程中程序已关闭，如需排水按“开始/暂停”按钮或“方
便熨烫”按钮。

洗衣机连续注、排水

1．排水软管位置是否太低，安装高度范围为 65—100cm；
2．软管末端是否浸于水中；
3．室内排水系统是否有通气阀；

如果以上三项查完，故障依旧，关掉上水，电话求助技术人员。
如果居住在楼上，排水可能有问题，需要安装一个专用阀门解决这个问
题。

洗衣机不排水或不脱水

1．所选择程序是否与排水相符。有些程序在洗涤结束时会停止，需要选择

手动排水；

2．“方便熨烫”功能需要再按开始/暂停钮；
3．排水泵是否堵塞。关闭上水，拨掉电源插头，参考“维护”一节，或电

话通知专业技术人员；
4．排水软管是否纽结。
5．洗衣机排水导管是否堵塞；如果接长排水管，位置是否合适，是否阻塞

流水。

脱水时震动强烈

1．所有的运输螺丝在安装时是否都已拆卸掉；参见安装过程一节；
2．洗衣机是否安放水平；调整前脚，用水平仪检测；
3．洗衣机与周围物件之间是否有空间；如果不是嵌入式，甩干时有一点震

动，因此机器周围要留有一定空间。

洗衣机漏

1．软管进口处金属连接是否正确；关掉上水，拨掉插头，紧固连接附件；
2．洗涤剂盒是否阻塞；卸下来，用自来水清洗；
3．排水管连接是否合适；关掉上水，拨掉电源，紧固连接外。

泡沫太多

1．洗涤剂是否适合洗衣机；
2．用量是否正确；过量洗涤剂除产生大量泡沫外，并不会保证洗涤效果，

而且引起洗衣机内部零件划痕；

检查完后，如问题依旧，打电话通知授权的客户服务中心，同时提供下列资
料：
