The new hurricane rated HD-Storm™ sliding door system offers the highest pounds per square foot (PSF)
rating available on the market along with the extra security of heavy duty construction and 3-point locking.
Engineered to withstand pressures up to ±80 PSF, the HD-Storm™ utilizes Horton’s rugged corner block
construction along with steel reinforced rails for the best defense against debris and powerful winds. The
HD-Storm™ 3-point locking system ensures the entrance is secure and anchored when the door is not in
operation. Specify the Horton HD-Storm™ series automatic door system for health care facilities, office
buildings, home improvement centers, grocery and retail stores constructed within 50 miles of coastal
areas and wherever superior storm protection is needed.
