(“Hopefu l En erg y”) will re pair or replace f ree of charge any pa rt or parts of t he Hopef ul Energ y wind tu rbine wi nd gener ator determi ned by Hopef ul E ner gy t o be def ect ive in m aterials and/or workma nsh ip und e r nor m al au t hor i zed u s e c on s ist e nt wi t h pro d uct instr uct ions for a peri od of two yea rs from the d ate t he origi nal purch ase r ( “Customer”) recei ves th e w ind ge ner ator (“ Sta rt Date” ). This warr anty exten ds only to the original purchaser. T he Custo mer 's sol e a nd exc lus ive remedy and the en tire l iability of Hopef ul Ene rgy, its dealers and a ffilia tes under the warran ty is, at Hopeful Energy's op tion, ei ther (i) t o replace the wind gener ato r with new o r reco ndi tioned w ind g enerator, (ii) to corre ct the re ported pro blem, o r (iii) t o refun d the pur chase p ric e of the wind generat or. Re pai red o r replace d products ar e warra nte d for the remaind er of t he original war ran ty period.
Restr ict ions
Probl ems with th e wind g enerator prod uct s c an be d ue to impro per us e, mainte nan ce, non- Hopeful Energ y ad dit ions or modif ica tions or oth er pro blems not due to defects in Hopeful Energ y's wor kmanship or mate ria ls. No w arranty will app ly i f th e wind gener ator (i) has been altered or modified except b y Hopef ul Energ y, (ii) h as not been installed , operat ed, repaired, or main tai ned in a cco rdance wi th instructions su ppl ied by
Ho peful En ergy (iii), o r (i v) has be en e xpose d to winds excee din g 13 4 mph (60 m/s), o r ha s been subject ed to abnormal physi cal , th erm al o r electric al stre ss, misuse, negligence , or accid ent . If Hopeful Energy's repair facility determine s that the probl em with the wind generator is n ot due to a de fec t in Hopeful Energ y's wo rkmanship or ma ter ials, then the party requesti ng wa rranty se rvice wi ll be re spons ible for t he c osts of al l neces sar y repairs and exp ens es incurred by Ho pef ul Energy.
War ranty Claims & Re tur n Procedures
In o rde r t o b e elig ible f or service u nder this wa rranty the Custo mer MUST return the Warranty Reg istration C ard or log on w ww .ho pe f ul ene rgy. c om to c omp le t e t he w ar r an ty regis tra tion within 30 da ys of p urchasing the w ind g enerator.
Notification must include a descr ipt ion of the alleged d efect, the manne r in wh ich the wind ge nerator was used, t he s erial numbe r, and the original purchase date i n addi tio n to the n ame, addre ss, and telephone number of th e party requestin g warranty servi ce. Any win d gen erator requiring warranty repair shall be trans por ted at t he expense a nd risk of the p arty r equiring warra nty s ervice, in clu ding but not l imited to pr ope r packaging of the product. All parts that Hopeful En ergy re pla ces sha ll become Hopef ul E nergy's prop erty on the da te Hopeful En erg y ships the repai red win d gen erator or part back to the Customer. Ho pef ul Energ y w ill us e a ll rea sonable efforts within five days of recei pt

Batte ry ba nk should be put in a b uil ding where is bro ad an d venti lat ed with stable te mpe rature and dry ai r. Ac cording to the outpu t vol tage of the batte ry to d ecide the numbe r of ba ttery and choos e a way t o connect them in s eri es or in parallel , and t hen desig n the s helf to place bat ter ies, controll er an d inverter. To conne ct ba tteries in para lle l or series, acco rdi ng to the reque ste d capability an d vol tage, and greas ed al l the wire heads with bu tte r or other anti-c orr osion materia l. To avoid th e inter fer ence of electro m agn et, the lead betw een b attery and contr oll er should be less t han 3 m eters.

Frequ ent ly Asked Ques tions
1) Why do esn ’t the electric e qui pment work normall y after it is conn ect ed to the system?
Pleas e che ck the left energ y of ba tteries for the r eas on that
the equ ipm ent cannot work s moo thly if the energ y is no t enough. But if th e ene rgy is enough, ma ke su re whether the wi rin g betwe en ba tteries and inv ert er is correct.
2) Why ca nno t the batteries b e cha rged? Check w het her the blades ar e tur ning or not, beca use t he
gener ato r has no output at to o hig h or too low wind spe ed. B ut if the bla des a re running norm all y, ple ase d isconnect the c abl es of batte rie s and inverter at f irs t, then check the o utp ut of the gener ato r with a voltage me ter. I f the output is in ge ar, pl ease exami ne th e batteries are o k or no t, if the output is z ero , please check t he ca ble of the genera tor.
3) Why ca nno t the blades turn a t a nor mal wind speed or turn slowl y?
If the ou tpu t wire of the gener ato r is connected sh ort -circuit,
the bla des d on't work, plea se di sconnect the ca ble s of batteries and inv ert er, and then check t he ge nerator's cab le.
4) Whether can the using time of electro-equipment be prolonged through enhancing the capacity of the batteries?
If the su gge sted batterie s cap acity is added, i t wil l cause the
batte rie s to be a situation o f lac king energy in a lo ng ti me, which will in flu ence the life-s pan o f batteries and l ead w aste.
5 The generator cannot automatically follow the wind direction.
