absolutely necessary,use at least a 16 gauge3-wire cordwhich has a 3.prong
groundingtype plug and a 3-pole receptacle that accepts the machine plug.

- Unplug deep deaner when not in use.Tum off all controls before unplugging.
* Unplug before connectingthe powered hand tool.

- Nwaysdiscormectcordfromelecldcaioulletbeforeservkingthe deepcleaner.
* Do not unplug by pulling on cord.To unplug,grasp the plug, not the cord.

* Never handle plug or appliance with wet hands.

• Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, dose door on cord or pull
cord around sharpedges or comers. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep

cord away from heated surfaces.

Do not use with damagedcord or plug.if applianceIs not workingas it should,

Close supervision isnecessary when any appliance is used by or near

Useonly commercially availablefloor cleaners intendedfor machine

application.Do not use any type of wax with deep deaner.
To assistIn reducing dryingtime, be certainthe area is well ventilated when

using detergents and other deaners with this machine.
Keep detergents and otherdeaners out of children's reach.

Do not use to pick up flammable or combustibleliquids such as gasoline or
uselnareaswheretheymaybepresent.

Do not pick up chlorinebleach, drain cleaner, gasoline or any other toxic

material with this appliance.

+ Do not pick up anythingthat is burningor smoking, such as cigarettes,

matches,or hot ashes.

: Avoid picking up hard, sharp objects with the deep cleaner.They may damage

the machine.

Keep hair, looseclothing, fingers, feet and all parts of body away from

openings and moving parts.

Do not put any object Into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked;
keepfree of dust, lint, hair, and anythingthat may reduce air flow.

To help prevent mattingand resoiiing,avoid contact with carpets until they are
dry. Keep children and Pets away from carpets until they arecompletelydry.

Store in a dry place. Do not expose machineto freezing temperatures.
