Enhanced cut resistance, comfort, ease of selection, cost
effectiveness... All in one glove. With Honeywell CoreShield™,
simplied hand protection is at your ngertips.
OUR FOCUS IS GIVING
WORKERS THE RIGHT
CUT PROTECTION
Choosing the right cut-protective gloves
is a key challenge for safety professionals
who simply can’t afford to get it wrong.
Now that new standards EN388:2016
ISO 13997 in Europe and ANSI-105
2016 in North America have simplied
classications for cut resistant levels,
knowing the protection level is better
understood. However, what has not
changed, is knowing if you are choosing
the right level of cut-protective gloves and
the need to balance cut protection with:
• Dexterity
• Comfort
• Wellbeing
• Grip
• Cost
With vast experience and comprehensive
exper tise in hand protection, Honeywell is
at the forefront of innovation in personal
protective equipment. Researching,
testing and utilizing new materials and
new technology will enable Honeywell to
develop solutions which provide optimum
cut protection – without compromising
customer needs.
CoreShield™, the complete range of cut
protective gloves from Honeywell, is
designed to simplify glove selection for
each application to be in line with the new
standards. The innovative materials,
technology and construction of the
CoreShield™ range will help you ensure
your workers are not only protected but
also comfortable and productive.
The durability of the gloves in the
CoreShield™ range will help you meet the
demands of the regulations and the needs
of your workers, all within your budget .
CUT-PROTECTIVE
RANGE
HAVING THE RIGHT GLOVES
FOR THE RIGHT APPLICATION IS
CRUCIAL TO PROVIDING YOUR
WORKERS WITH THE OPTIMUM
AVAILABLE PROTECTION.
EASY TO CHOOSE
The color-coded marking system
makes it easy for you to choose
the gloves you need for your
application, according to the new
EN/ANSI standards. Based on your
working environment and industry,
you may choose by level of cut
protection, grip, dexterity and t.
EASY TO USE
CoreShield™ gloves are one of
the lightest-weight cut-protective
gloves on the market. This enables
greater dexterity for wearers.
A specially designed microfoam elastic coating provides
outstanding oil- and dry-grip
performance.
Thanks to its high-performance ber,
the Honeywell CoreShield™ range offers
complete cut protection from Level
A/A1 to F/A9, in a choice of gauges
and coatings. The extensive range and
advanced design and manufacture
make CoreShield™ gloves:
EASY TO WEAR
The light weight of CoreShield™
gloves helps to prevent hand
fatigue for workers who need
to wear gloves all day long.
CoreShield™ coatings offer 360°
breathability through an open cell
structure – enhancing comfort,
for longer wear.
Other cut-protective gloves usually
incorporate glass ber, which can
pose a skin allergy risk for some
wearers. Honeywell CoreShield™
gloves have replaced glass ber
with softer, skin-friendly yarns that
reduce the allergy risk to wearers.
Consequently, all CoreShield™
gloves are certied STANDARD 100
by OEKO -TE X®.
COST-EFFECTIVE TO BUY
The CoreShield™ High
Performance Coating with abrasion
enhancement technology doubles
the durability of our gloves. In
addition, the washability of the
glove material means that even
after 5 washing cycles, there are no
signicant changes in performance
or size. Together, these factors
mean that CoreShield™ gloves have
a longer life, which in turn translates
into less frequent replacements
and reduced cost of ownership.
Purchasing of CoreShield™ gloves
is an investment.
