Fits Everyone. Goes Everywhere.
The way people work is changing. Less time is spent in isolation, while more
time is spent working together. We understand that collaboration can happen
anywhere, anytime, and can last for minutes or hours. As a result, companies
need a seating solution that’s ready for anything and anyone. Say hello to
Purpose. With only a single adjustment for seat height, Purpose’s innovative
YouFit™ technology is designed to intuitively respond to each user’s body. No
complex manual adjustments to master, just advanced engineering. The result
is comfort and support the moment you take your seat.
1 - BACK SUPPORT
The first flex zone
responds to user
movement to deliver
constant back and
lumbar support.
2 - BACK RECLINE
The second zone facilitates
back recline.
YOUFIT TECHNOLOGY
Purpose features an independent
seat and back design that delivers a
personal fit and continuous support
with three distinct flex zones.

people in shared, teaming, conference and large
group environments. With Purpose, everyone can
