1. DOWNLOADING THE APPLICATIONS

IPhone / Android : Download “Homido Center” from Google Play
or the App Store.
Once you have installed Homido Center, the app will let you
access all other apps and games available for Homido.
Choose the apps you want (the app only needs to be installed
once).

2. START THE SMARTPHONE

On the smartphone :
start a film or an app.

3. INSERT THE SMARTPHONE

- Open the front panel.

- Insert the smartphone.

- Position the smartphone correctly: exactly in the middle.

4. ADJUST THE HEADSET TO FIT YOUR HEAD

- Distance between eyes (IPD) : use the left bottom wheel; to
adjust the distance between the eyes to get the clearest possible
image.

- Focal adjustment: use the top wheel to adjust the focal, turn to
“-“ for short sight users, turn to “+” for opposite.

- Use the optional strap to distribute the weight around your head.

- Remove the front panel, when you play augmented reality games.

HOW IS HOMIDO USED?

1. WATCHING MOVIES

- Watch a 3D film

The film must be in Side-By-Side (SBS) format. You can
download 3D SBS films from the Web and watch them on your
phone using your normal video player.
Or by streaming them from Youtube for example (search: “side by
side 3D”).

- Watch a standard film

Iphone: use “Homido Player”. Download from the App Store.
Android: use “Side-By-Side Video Player”. Download from
Google Play.

- Watch 360° videos

Iphone: use Homido Player.
Android: use “Kolor Eyes – 360° video player”, or “VR player”.
Download from Google Play. You can also watch your own 360°
videos or download them from the Internet.

2. PLAYING GAMES

Android/Iphone: use “Homido Center”.
Download from Google Play / App Store.
Homido Center will give you a list of all Homido-compatible
applications. It can also save all Homido apps in a single location
once they have been installed.
Homido Center will be updated every Friday.

CAUTION

This device is not a toy. Keep away from children under 13.
Prolonged use may cause fatigue. Use moderately.
This device may cause epileptic episodes in some people.
Make sure the smartphone is correctly inserted in the device.
Use the device in a safe environment. Use of the device may cause a loss of
balance, make sure that the environment is safe and secure before putting
the headset on.
Do not use while driving a vehicle.
Do not use while playing sports.
Do not expose the device to high temperatures.
Do not expose the lenses to the sun’s rays.
Anyone who has had a seizure, loss of awareness, or other symptom linked
to an epileptic condition should consult with a doctor before using Homido.
Take at least a 10 to 15 minutes break every 30 minutes.
Screen protector may lower touch screen sensitivity and accuracy.

POUR COMMENCER

1. TÉLÉCHARGER LES APPLICATIONS

Iphone / Android : Télécharger “Homido Center” sur Google Play

ou App Store.
Une fois Homido Center installé, l’appli donne accès à toutes les
applis et jeux disponibles pour Homido. Choisir les applis
souhaitées (l’appli est installée uniquement la première fois)

2. LANCER LE SMARTPHONE

Sur le smartphone :
lancer un film ou une appli.

3. INSÉRER LE SMARTPHONE

- Ouvrez le panneau avant.

- insérer le smartphone.

- positionner le smartphone à la bonne place : exactement
au milieu.

4. AJUSTER LE MASQUE SUR VOTRE TÊTE

- Distance entre les yeux (IPD) : utilisez la molette inférieure
gauche ; pour régler la distance entre les yeux afin d’obtenir
l’image la plus claire possible.

- Réglage focal : utilisez la molette supérieure pour régler la
focale, tournez-la vers « - » pour les utilisateurs myopes. Tour­nez-la vers « + » dans le cas contraire.

- Utilisez le strap optionnel si vous souhaitez mieux répartir le
poids sur votre tête.

- Retirez le panneau avant , lorsque vous jouez à des jeux de
réalité augmentée .

COMMENT UTILISER HOMIDO ?

1. REGARDER DES FILMS

- Regarder un film en 3D

Le film doit être en format Side-By-Side (SBS). Il est possible de
télécharger des films 3D SBS sur internet, et de les regarder sur
votre téléphone avec votre lecteur vidéo habituel.
Ou en streaming, par exemple sur Youtube (rechercher : “side by
side 3D”)

- Regarder un film standard

Android : avec “Side-By-Side Video Player”. Télécharger sur
Google Play.
Iphone : avec “Homido Player”. Télécharger sur Apple Store.

- Regarder des vidéos 360°

Iphone : avec Homido Player.
Android : avec “Kolor Eyes – 360° video player”, ou “VR player”.
Télécharger sur Google Play. Il est possible de regarder ses
propres vidéos 360° ou d’en télécharger sur internet.

2. JOUER AUX JEUX

Android/Iphone : avec “Homido Center”. Télécharger sur
Google Play / Apple Store. Homido Center vous donne une liste
de toutes les applications compatibles Homido. Il peut également
être utilisé pour garder toutes les applis Homido rangées au
même endroit une fois qu’elles sont installées.
Homido Center sera mis à jour tous les vendredis.

ATTENTION

Cet appareil n’est pas un jouet. Tenir hors de portée des enfants de moins de
13 ans.
L’utilisation prolongée peut être fatigante. Utiliser avec modération.
L’appareil peut causer des crises d’épilepsie chez certaines personnes.
S’assurer que le smartphone est bien inséré dans l’appareil.
Utiliser l’appareil dans un endroit sûr. L’utilisateur peut perdre l’équilibre,
s’assurer que l’environnement est sûr et sécurisé avant de mettre le
masque.
Ne pas utiliser pendant la conduite d’un véhicule.
Ne pas utiliser durant la pratique d’une activité sportive.
Ne pas exposer l’appareil à de hautes températures.
Ne pas exposer les lentilles aux rayons directs du soleil.
Toute personne atteinte de convulsions, de perte de conscience ou d’un
autre symptôme lié à un état épileptique doit consulter un médecin avant
d’utiliser le Homido.
Prenez au moins une pause de 10 à 15 minutes toutes les 30 minutes.
Un écran de protection peut diminuer la sensibilité de l’écran tactile et la
précision.

ERSTE SCHRITTE

1. DOWNLOAD DER ANWENDUNGEN

iPhone/Android: Laden Sie „Homido Center“ bei Google Play oder

im App Store herunter.
Nach der Installation von Homido Center bietet die App Zugang
zu allen für Homido verfügbaren Anwendungen und Spielen.
Wählen Sie die gewünschten Anwendungen aus (die Anwendung
muss nur einmal installiert werden).

2. SMARTPHONE STARTEN

Auf dem Smartphone:
Starten Sie einen Film oder eine Anwendung.

3. SMARTPHONE EINSCHIEBEN

- Öffnen Sie die Frontplatte.

- Schieben Sie das Smartphone.

- Platzieren Sie das Smartphone richtig: genau in der Mitte.

4. ANPASSUNG DES HEADSETS AM KOPF

- Abstand zwischen den Augen (IPD): Stellen Sie den Abstand
zwischen den Augen mit dem linken unteren Rad ein, um das
schärfst mögliche Bild zu erhalten.

- Fokuseinstellung: Stellen Sie den Focus mit dem oberen Rad
ein, wobei es Kurzsichtige nach „-“ und Weitsichtige nach „+“
drehen müssen.

- Verwenden Sie das optionale Halteband, wenn Sie das Gewicht
besser.

- Entfernen Sie die Frontplatte , wenn Sie Augmented-Reality­Spiele zu spielen.

VERWENDUNG VON HOMIDO

1. FILME SCHAUEN

- Einen 3D-Film schauen

Es muss sich um einen Film im Side-By-Side (SBS)-Format
handeln.
Es ist möglich, 3D-Filme über das SBS-Format im Internet
herunterzuladen und diese auf Ihrem Telefon mit Ihrem
gewohnten Video-Player zu schauen, oder per Streaming, zum
Beispiel auf YouTube. (Suchen Sie nach: „side by side 3D“.)

- Einen herkömmlichen Film schauen

Android: mit „Side-By-Side Video Player“. Kann bei Google Play
heruntergeladen werden.
iPhone: mit „Homido Player“. Kann im App Store
heruntergeladen werden.

- 360°Videos schauen

iPhone: mit Homido Player.
Android: mit „Kolor Eyes – 360° video player“ oder „VR player“.
Kann bei Google Play heruntergeladen werden. Es ist möglich,
eigene 360°-Videos anzuschauen.

2. SPIELE SPIELEN

Android/iPhone: mit „Homido Center“. Download bei Google
Play/im App Store. Homido Center liefert Ihnen eine Liste aller
mit Homido kompatiblen Anwendungen. Es kann außerdem
verwendet werden, um sämtliche Homido-Anwendungen nach
der Installation am selben Ort aufzubewahren.
Homido Center wird jeweils am Freitag aktualisiert.
