The Vizia-RF Wireless Home Control System provides scalable,

the interference and less-than-consistent performance of
previous home control systems.

Vizia-RF 1-Scene Controller/Matching Switch Remote — RZCS1-1L
APPLICATION
The Vizia-RF 1-Scene Controller/Matching Switch Remote is
ideal for remote ON/OFF control of a single scene of Vizia-RF
devices. The device also can act as a Matching Switch Remote,
providing virtual 3-Way and multi-location remote ON/OFF
control of a selected RF Switch without the need for traditional
3-Way wiring or a dedicated traveler wire. The Controller fits in
a standard wallbox and utilizes existing 120V AC 60Hz wiring
to replace a regular switch (when a neutral wire is present) for
easy ”no-new-wires” installation. The Controller uses Z-Wave
RF protocol transmissions to control other Leviton Vizia-RF
devices as well as Z-Wave compliant devices from other
manufacturers. These devices include, but are not necessarily
limited to, in-wall dimmers
dimmer and appliance modules. The push pad features an
ON/OFF return-to-neutral design.

INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
A Z-Wave enabled device must be within 75 feet of another ZWave enabled device to participate in a Z-Wave wireless mesh
network. The Controller only can be associated with a maximum
of 32 Z-Wave nodes (devices) in an area. Controller can control
no more than one RF Switch in a 3-Way application.
