1 Hinweise zur Anleitung

Lesen Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig, bevor Sie Ihr Homematic IP Gerät in
Betrieb nehmen. Bewahren Sie die Anleitung zum späteren Nachschla­gen auf!

Wenn Sie das Gerät anderen Personen zur Nutzung überlassen, überge­ben Sie auch diese Anleitung.

Hier wird auf eine Gefahr hingewiesen.

Hinweis. Dieser Abschnitt enthält zusätzliche wichtige Informatio­nen.

2 Gefahrenhinweise

Önen Sie das Gerät nicht. Es enthält keine durch den Anwender zu
wartenden Teile. Lassen Sie das Gerät im Fehlerfall von einer Fach­kraft prüfen.

Aus Sicherheits- und Zulassungsgründen (CE) ist das eigenmächtige
Umbauen und/oder Verändern des Geräts nicht gestattet.

Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn es von außen erkennbare
Schäden, z. B. am Gehäuse, an Bedienelementen oder an den An­schlussbuchsen ausweist. Lassen Sie das Gerät im Zweifelsfall von
einer Fachkraft prüfen.

Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug! Erlauben Sie Kindern nicht damit zu
spielen. Lassen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial nicht achtlos liegen.
Plastikfolien/ -tüten, Styroporteile etc. können für Kinder zu einem
gefährlichen Spielzeug werden.

Betreiben Sie das Gerät an einem witterungsgeschützten Standort.
Setzen Sie es keinem Einfluss von Vibrationen, ständiger Sonnen­und anderer Wärmeeinstrahlung und keinen mechanischen Belas­tungen aus.

Das Gerät ist nur für den Einsatz in wohnungsähnlichen Umgebun­gen geeignet.

Jeder andere Einsatz, als der in dieser Bedienungsanleitung be­schriebene, ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß und führt zu Gewährleis­tungs- und Haftungsausschluss.

3 Funktion und Geräteübersicht

Mit dem Homematic IP Keypad können Sie in Kombination mit Ihrem
Homematic IP Türschlossantrieb bis zu 8 Familienmitgliedern, Freunden,
u. w. den Zutritt zu Ihrem Smart Home gewähren. Per PIN-Eingabe kann
die Tür geönet, verriegelt oder entriegelt werden. Zusätzlich lassen sich
durch weitere Homematic IP Komponenten vielseitge Coming-/Leaving­Home-Szenarien schaen (z. B. das Einschalten der Flurbeleuchtung).

Die Konfiguration sowie die aktuelle Statusanzeige der Tür, erfolgen über
die kostenlose Homematic IP App.

Dank Funkkommunikation und Batteriebetrieb können Sie den Monta­geort flexibel wählen. Ein Netzanschluss in Türnähe ist nicht erforderlich.
Für die Montage an Ihrem gewählten Wunschort können Sie die beilie­genden Schrauben und Dübel verwenden.

Zusätzlichen Komfort liefert Ihnen der integrierte Näherungssensor. So
können Sie auch bei schwacher Außenbeleuchtung jederzeit die Tasten
Ihres Keypads, dank der intergrierten Beleuchtung, erkennen.

4 Allgemeine Systeminformationen

Dieses Gerät ist Teil des Homematic IP Smart-Home-Systems und kom­muniziert über das HomematicIP Funkprotokoll. Alle Geräte des Systems
können komfortabel und individuell per Smartphone über die Home­maticIP App konfiguriert werden. Alternativ haben Sie die Möglichkeit,
HomematicIP Geräte über die Zentrale CCU3 oder in Verbindung mit
vielen Partnerlösungen zu betreiben. Welcher Funktionsumfang sich
innerhalb des Systems im Zusammenspiel mit weiteren Komponenten
ergibt, entnehmen Sie bitte dem Homematic IP Anwenderhandbuch.

5 Inbetriebnahme

5.1 Anlernen

Bitte lesen Sie diesen Abschnitt erst vollständig, bevor Sie mit dem
Anlernen beginnen.

Sie können das Gerät an den Access Point oder an die Zentrale CCU3
anlernen. Weitere Informationen zum Anlernen und zur Konfigurati­on über eine Zentrale entnehmen Sie bitte dem Homematic IP An­wenderhandbuch (zu finden im Downloadbereich unter
www.homematic-ip.com).

Richten Sie zunächst Ihren Homematic IP Access Point über die
Homematic IP App ein, um weitere Homematic IP Geräte im System
nutzen zu können. Ausführliche Informationen dazu finden Sie in
der Bedienungsanleitung des Access Points.

Damit das Homematic IP Keypad in Ihr System integriert werden und mit
anderen Homematic IP Geräten kommunizieren kann, muss es zunächst
an den Homematic IP Access Point angelernt werden.

Zum Anlernen des Keypads gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

• Önen Sie die Homematic IP App auf Ihrem Smartphone.

• Wählen Sie den Menüpunkt „Gerät anlernen“ aus.

• Entnehmen Sie das Keypad (B) aus der Wandhalterung (A), indem

Sie einen dünnen Gegenstand in das Loch auf der Unterseite der
Wandhalterung (A) einführen und damit die Verrastung (M) lösen
(s. Abbildung 3).

• Önen Sie das rückseitige Batteriefach (J) des Keypads, indem

Sie die Schraube des Batteriefachdeckels lösen (s. Abbildung 4).

• Ziehen Sie den Isolierstreifen aus dem Batteriefach des Keypads

(erste Inbetriebnahme).

Sobald der Isolierstreifen gezogen wurde, sendet das Gerät eine Sa­botagemeldung und die Geräte-LED (G) blinkt sechsmal rot auf (s.
„7.5 Fehlercodes und Blinkfolgen“ auf Seite 18).

• Der Anlernmodus ist für 3 Minuten aktiv.

Sie können den Anlernmodus manuell für weitere 3 Minuten starten,
indem Sie die Systemtaste (H) kurz drücken.

• Schließen Sie das Batteriefach (J) und ziehen Sie die Schraube

des Batteriefachdeckels wieder an.

• Das Gerät erscheint automatisch in der Homematic IP App (s. Ab-
bildung 6).

• Zur Bestätigung geben Sie in der App die letzten vier Ziern der
Gerätenummer (SGTIN) ein oder scannen den QR-Code. Die Ge­rätenummer finden Sie auf dem Aufkleber im Lieferumfang oder
direkt am Gerät.

• Warten Sie bis der Anlernvorgang abgeschlossen ist.

• Zur Bestätigung eines erfolgreichen Anlernvorgangs leuchtet die
Geräte-LED (G) grün. Das Gerät ist nun einsatzbereit (s. Abbil-
dung 6).

Leuchtet die Geräte-LED rot, versuchen Sie es erneut.

• Vergeben Sie in der App einen Namen für das Gerät und ordnen
Sie es einem Raum zu.

• Richten Sie den Zugang mit Hilfe der kostenlosen Homematic IP
App ein.

• Setzen Sie das Keypad erst nach Montage der Wandhalterung ein.

5.2 Montage

Das Gehäuse des Keypads verfügt über ein vorbereitetes Entwässe­rungsloch (K). Önen Sie es bei Bedarf mit einem flachen Werkzeug.

5.3 Montage der Wandhalterung

Achten Sie bei der Auswahl des Montageorts und beim Bohren in
der Nähe vorhandener Schalter oder Steckdosen auf den Verlauf
elektrischer Leitungen bzw. auf vorhandene Versorgungsleitungen.

Der Montageort sollte witterungsgeschützt und frei von direkter
Sonnen- und anderer Wärmestrahlung sein.

Gehen Sie wie folgt vor, um die Wandhalterung (A) zu montieren:

• Wählen Sie einen passenden Montageort aus.

• Entnehmen Sie ggf. das Keypad (B) aus der Wandhalterung (A), in
dem Sie einen dünnen Gegenstand in das Loch auf der Unterseite
der Wandhalterung einführen und damit die Verrastung (M) lösen (s.
Abbildung 3).

Sollten Sie das Gerät bereits angelernt haben, erhalten Sie eine Sa­botagemeldung innerhalb der App. Sie können diese erst nach Ab­schluss der Montage quittieren, sobald das Keypad wieder einge­setzt wurde.

• Positionieren Sie die Wandhalterung (A) mit der abgeschrägten
Fläche nach oben an geeigneter Stelle an der Wand und zeich­nen die Bohrlöcher an (s. Abbildung 7).

• Bohren Sie die vorgezeichneten Löcher mit 5 mm Durchmesser
und 35 mm Tiefe.

Bei Steinwänden verwenden Sie einen 5 mm Bohrer für die Dübel.
Bei Holzwänden können Sie einen 1,5mm Bohrer verwenden, um
das Eindrehen der Schrauben zu erleichtern.

Achten Sie bei der Auswahl des Montageorts und beim Bohren in
der Nähe vorhandener Schalter oder Steckdosen auf den Verlauf
elektrischer Leitungen bzw. auf vorhandene Versorgungsleitungen.

• Montieren Sie die Wandhalterung durch Verwendung der mitge­lieferten Dübel und Schrauben (s. Abbildung 8).

• Setzen Sie das Keypad (B) wieder in die Wandhalterung (A) ein.
Ein Rastgeräusch zeigt Ihnen an, ob das Keypad richtig eingesetzt
wurde (s. Abbildung 8).

Sollten Sie das Gerät bereits angelernt haben, können Sie nun die
Sabotagemeldung in Ihrer App quittieren.

5.4 Bedienung

Nachdem Sie das Homematic IP Keypad an den Access Point angelernt
und über die App eingerichtet haben (s. „5.1 Anlernen“ auf Seite 12),
können Sie die Zutrittsfunktion in Kombination mit dem Homematic IP
Türschlossantrieb bequem steuern.

Wird das Batteriesymbol in der App bzw. eine leere Batterie am Gerät
angezeigt (s. „7.5 Fehlercodes und Blinkfolgen“ auf Seite 18), tauschen
Sie die beiden leeren Batterien gegen zwei neue Batterien des Typs LR03/
Micro/AAA aus. Beachten Sie dabei die Polungsrichtung der Batterien.

Um die Batterien des Keypads zu wechseln, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

• Entnehmen Sie das Keypad (B) aus der Wandhalterung (A), indem
Sie einen dünnen Gegenstand in das Loch auf der Unterseite der
Wandhalterung einführen und damit die Verrastung (M) lösen
Abbildung 3).

Sie erhalten nun in Ihrer App eine Sabotage-Meldung. Diese kann
erst quittiert werden, wenn das Keypad nach Austausch der Batteri­en wieder in die Wandhalterung eingesetzt wurde.

diese in Ihrer örtlichen Batteriesammelstelle!

7 Fehlerbehebung

7.1 Schwache Batterie

Wenn es der Spannungswert zulässt, ist das
Batteriespannung betriebsbereit. Je nach Beanspruchung kann evtl., nach
kurzer Erholungszeit der Batterie, wieder mehrfach gesendet werden.

7.2 Fehlerhafte

Wie oft ein PIN-Code falsch eingegeben werden kann, bevor das Keypad
gesperrt wird, legen Sie in der Homematic IP App fest. Sobald das Keypad
gesperrt ist, können Sie es nur noch über die App reaktivieren. Es gibt zu
dem eine werkseitig voreingestellte Sperrzeit für die Wiedereingabe des
PIN-Codes. Nach der zweiten Falscheingabe erhöht sich diese Sperrzeit
automatisch um 15 s (30 s, 60 s, 120 s).

7.3 Befehl nicht bestätigt

Bestätigt mindestens ein Empfänger einen Befehl nicht, leuchtet zum Ab­schluss der fehlerhaften Übertragung die LED (G) rot auf je nach Ursache
kann das Aufleuchten der LED bis zu 10 s verzögert auftreten. Grund für
die fehlerhafte Übertragung kann eine Funkstörung sein (s. „10 Allgemei­ne Hinweise zum Funkbetrieb“ auf Seite 21). Die fehlerhafte Übertra­gung kann folgende Ursachen haben:

• Empfänger nicht erreichbar,

• Empfänger kann Befehl nicht ausführen (Lastausfall, mechani­sche Blockade etc.) oder

• Empfänger defekt.

7.4 Duty Cycle

Der Duty Cycle beschreibt eine gesetzlich geregelte Begrenzung der
Sendezeit von Geräten im 868 MHz-Bereich. Das Ziel dieser Regelung
ist es, die Funktion aller im 868 MHz-Bereich arbeitenden Geräte zu ge­währleisten.

Fehlerbehebung

In dem von uns genutzten Frequenzbereich 868 MHz beträgt die maxi­male Sendezeit eines jeden Geräts 1 % einer Stunde (also 36 Sekunden in
einer Stunde). Die Geräte dürfen bei Erreichen des 1 %-Limits nicht mehr
senden, bis diese zeitliche Begrenzung vorüber ist. Gemäß dieser Richt­linie, werden Homematic IP Geräte zu 100 % normenkonform entwickelt
und produziert.

Im normalen Betrieb wird der Duty Cycle in der Regel nicht erreicht. Dies
kann jedoch in Einzelfällen bei der Inbetriebnahme oder Erstinstallation
eines Systems durch vermehrte und funkintensive Anlernprozesse der
Fall sein. Eine Überschreitung des Duty Cycle-Limits wird durch ein lan­ges rotes Leuchten der LED (G) angezeigt und kann sich durch temporär
fehlende Funktion des Geräts äußern. Nach kurzer Zeit (max. 1 Stunde) ist
die Funktion des Geräts wiederhergestellt.

8 Wiederherstellung der Werkseinstellungen

Die Werkseinstellungen des Geräts können wiederhergestellt wer­den. Dabei gehen alle Einstellungen verloren.

Um die Werkseinstellungen des Keypads wiederherzustellen, gehen Sie
wie folgt vor:

• Entnehmen Sie das Keypad (B) aus der Wandhalterung (A), indem
Sie einen dünnen Gegenstand in das Loch auf der Unterseite der
Wandhalterung einführen und damit die Verrastung (M) lösen
Abbildung 3).

• Önen Sie das rückseitige Batteriefach (J) des Keypads, indem Sie
die Schraube des Batteriefachdeckels lösen (s. Abbildung 4).

• Entnehmen Sie eine Batterie.

• Legen Sie die Batterie entsprechend der Polungsrichtung wieder
ein und halten Sie gleichzeitig die Systemtaste (H) für 4 s ge­drückt, bis die Geräte-LED (G) schnell orange zu blinken beginnt
(s. Abbildung 9).

• Lassen Sie die Systemtaste wieder los.

• Drücken Sie die Systemtaste erneut für 4 s, bis die LED grün auf­leuchtet (s. Abbildung 10).

• Lassen Sie die Systemtaste wieder los, um das Wiederherstellen
der Werkseinstellungen abzuschließen.

9 Wartung und Reinigung

Das Gerät ist für Sie bis auf einen eventuell erforderlichen Batterie­wechsel wartungsfrei. Überlassen Sie die Reparatur einer Fachkraft.

Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, sauberen, trockenen und fus­selfreien Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine lösemittelhaltigen Reinigungsmittel,
das Kunststogehäuse und die Beschriftung können dadurch angegrien
werden.

10 Allgemeine Hinweise zum Funkbetrieb

Die Funk-Übertragung wird auf einem nicht exklusiven Übertragungsweg
realisiert, weshalb Störungen nicht ausgeschlossen werden können. Wei­tere Störeinflüsse können hervorgerufen werden durch Schaltvorgänge,
Elektromotoren oder defekte Elektrogeräte.

1 Information about this manual

Please read this manual carefully before beginning operation with your
Homematic IP device. Keep the manual so you can refer to it at a later
date if you need to.

If you hand over the device to other persons for use, please hand over
this manual as well.

Do not open the device. It does not contain any parts that can be
maintained by the user. If you have any doubts, have the device

Function and device overview

The device must only be operated in locations where it is protected
from the eects of weather. The device must be protected from the
eects of vibrations, solar or other methods of heat radiation, and
mechanical loads.

The device may only be operated within residential buildings.

Using the device for any purpose other than that described in this
operating manual does not fall within the scope of intended use and
will invalidate any warranty or liability.

3 Function and device overview

With the Homematic IP Keypad, combined with your Homematic IP door
lock actuator, you can give up to eight family members, friends, etc. ac­cess to your smart home. The door can be opened, locked or unlocked
by entering a PIN. In addition, other Homematic IP components can be
used to create versatile coming/leaving home scenarios (e.g. switching
on the hallway lighting).

You can configure the door and display its current status via the free
Homematic IP app.

Wireless communication and battery operation mean the keypad can be
installed anywhere. A mains connection near the door is not necessary.
You can use the enclosed screws and wall plugs for installation at your
chosen location.

The integrated proximity sensor gives you additional convenience. Thanks
to the integrated illumination, you can always make out the keys on your
keypad even in dim outdoor lighting.

4 General system information

This device is part of the Homematic IP smart home system and works
with the Homematic IP protocol. All devices of the system can be con­figured comfortably and individually with the user interface of the Central
Control Unit CCU3 or flexibly via the Homematic IP smartphone app in
connection with the Homematic IP cloud. All available functions provided
by the system in combination with other components are described in the
Homematic IP Wired Installation Guide. All current technical documents
and updates are provided at www.homematic-ip.com.

5 Operation

5.1 Pairing

Please read this entire section before starting the pairing proce­dure.

You can connect the device either to the Access Point or to the
Homematic Central Control Unit CCU3. For detailed information
about pairing or configuration via a control unit, please refer to the
Homematic IP User Guide, available for download in the download
area of www.homematic-ip.com.

Operation

First set up your Homematic IP Access Point via the Homematic IP
app to enable operation of other Homematic IP devices within your
system. For further information, please refer to the operating manu­al of the Access Point.

To integrate the Homematic IP Keypad into your system and enable it to
communicate with other Homematic IP devices, you must first add the
device to your Homematic IP Access Point.

To add the Keypad, please proceed as follows:

• Open the Homematic IP app on your smartphone.

• Select the menu item “Add device”.

• Remove the Keypad (B) from the wall bracket (A), by inserting a
thin object into the hole on the bottom of the wall bracket (A)
and releasing the latch (M) (see figure 3).

• Open the Keypad’s rear battery compartment (J) by loosening
the screw on the battery compartment cover (see figure 4).

• Pull the insulating strip out of the battery compartment of the
Keypad (first start-up).

As soon as the insulating strip has been pulled out, the device sends
a tamper message, and the device LED (G) flashes red six times (see
„7.5 Error codes and flashing sequences“ on page 33).

• The pairing mode is active for 3 minutes.

You can start the pairing mode manually for another 3 minutes by
briefly pressing the system button (H).

• Close the battery compartment (J) and tighten the screw on the
battery compartment cover again.

• The device automatically appears in the Homematic IP app (see
figure 6).

• To confirm, enter the last four digits of the device number (SG-

TIN) in the app or scan the QR code. The device number can be
found on the sticker supplied or attached to the device.

• Please wait until pairing is completed.

• If pairing was successful, the device LED (G) lights up green. The
device is now ready for use (see figure 6).

If the device LED lights up red, please try again.

• In the app, give the device a name and allocate it to a room.

• Set up access using the free Homematic IP app.

• Only insert the Keypad into the wall bracket after installation.

5.2 Installation

The Keypad housing has a drainage hole (K). Open it with a sharp
tool if necessary.

Please read this entire section before starting the installation.

5.3 Installing the wall bracket

When selecting a mounting location and drilling in the vicinity of
switches or socket outlets, check for electrical wires and power
supply cables.

The mounting location should be protected from the weather and
not exposed to direct sunlight or other sources of heat radiation.

To install the wall bracket (A), proceed as follows:

• Choose a suitable site for installation.

• Remove the keypad (B) from the wall bracket (A), by inserting a
thin object into the hole on the bottom of the wall bracket and
releasing the latch (M) (see figure 3).

If you have already paired the unit, you will receive a tamper mes­sage within the app. You can only acknowledge this after the instal­lation has been completed and the Keypad has been reinserted.

• Position the wall bracket (A) with the bevelled surface facing up-

wards at a suitable place on the wall and mark the drill holes (see
figure 7).

• Drill the pre-marked holes with a diameter of 5 mm and a depth
of 35 mm.

If you are working with a stone wall, use a 5 mm drill bit for the wall
plugs supplied. If you are working with wooden walls, you can use a

1.5 mm drill bit to make it easier to screw in the screws.

When selecting a mounting location and drilling in the vicinity of
switches or socket outlets, check for electrical wires and power
supply cables.

• Mount the wall bracket using the wall plugs and screws provided
(see figure 8).

• Insert the Keypad (B) back in the wall bracket (A). A latching
sound indicates whether the keypad has been inserted correctly
(see figure 8).

If you have already paired the device, you can now acknowledge the
tamper message in your app.

5.4 Operation

After you have paired the Homematic IP Keypad to the Access Point and
set it up via the app (see „5.1 Pairing“ on page 27), you can conveniently
control the access function in combination with the Homematic IP door
lock drive.

To do this, enter your PIN on the Keypad (C) and select the desired action by
pressing the “Lock” (D) or “Unlock” (E). Depending on the selected function,
the Homematic IP Door lock drive reacts and locks or unlocks the front door.

If the battery symbol is displayed via the app or an empty battery is in­dicated on the device (see „7.5 Error codes and flashing sequences“ on
page 33), replace the two used batteries with two new LR03/Micro/
AAA batteries. Take care to observe the correct battery polarity.

To replace the Keypad batteries, please proceed as follows:

• Remove the Keypad (B) from the wall bracket (A), by inserting a
thin object into the hole on the bottom of the wall bracket and
releasing the latch (M)

You will now receive a tamper message in your app. This can only be
acknowledged when the Keypad has been reinserted in the wall
bracket after replacing the batteries.

Troubleshooting

Used batteries should not be disposed of with regular domestic
waste! Instead, take them to your local battery disposal point.

Caution! There is a risk of explosion if the batteries are not replaced
correctly. Replace only with the same or equivalent type. Never re­charge non-rechargeable batteries. Do not throw the batteries into
a fire. Do not expose batteries to excessive heat. Do not short-cir­cuit batteries. Doing so will present a risk of explosion.

7 Troubleshooting

7.1 Low battery

Provided that the voltage value permits it, the
operation even if the battery voltage is low. Depending on the load, it may
be possible to transmit several times again once the batteries have been
allowed a brief recovery period.

If the battery voltage is too low, this will be displayed in the Homematic
IP app and directly on the device via the LED
used batteries with new ones (see „6 Changing the batteries“ on page

31).

7.4 Duty cycle

The duty cycle is a legally regulated limit of the transmission time of de­vices in the 868 MHz range. The aim of this regulation is to safeguard the
operation of all devices working in the 868 MHz range.

In the 868 MHz frequency range we use, the maximum transmission time
of any device is 1% of an hour (i.e. 36 seconds in an hour). Devices must
cease transmission when they reach the 1% limit until this time restriction
comes to an end. Homematic IP devices are designed and produced with
100% conformity to this regulation.

During normal operation, the duty cycle is not usually reached. How­ever, repeated and radio-intensive pairing processes mean that it may
be reached in isolated instances during start-up or initial installation of a
system. If the duty cycle limit is exceeded, this is indicated by the LED (G)
emitting a long red flash, and the device may temporarily not function.
The device will start working correctly again after a short period (max. 1
hour).

8 Restoring factory settings

The device’s factory settings can be restored. If you do this, you will
lose all your settings.

To restore the Keypad’s factory settings, proceed as follows:

• Remove the Keypad (B) from the wall bracket (A), by inserting a

thin object into the hole on the bottom of the wall bracket and
releasing the latch (M)

• Open the Keypad’s rear battery compartment (J) by loosening

the screw on the battery compartment cover (see figure 4).

• Remove one battery.

• Insert the battery with the correct polarity and press and simulta-

neously hold down the system button (H) for 4 seconds, until the
LED (G) starts rapidly flashing orange (see figure 9).

• Release the system button.

• Press and hold down the system button again for 4 seconds, until

the LED lights up green (see figure 10).

• Release the system button again to conclude the procedure.

The device will perform a restart.

9 Maintenance and cleaning

The device does not require you to carry out any maintenance oth­er than replacing the battery when necessary. Enlist the help of an
expert to carry out any repairs.

Clean the device using a soft, lint-free cloth that is clean and dry. Do not
use any detergents containing solvents, as they could corrode the plastic
housing and label.

10 General information about radio operation

Radio transmission is performed on a non-exclusive transmission path,
which means that there is a possibility of interference occurring. Inter­ference can also be caused by switching operations, electrical motors or
defective electrical devices.

The transmission range within buildings can dier greatly from that
available in the open air. Besides the transmitting power and the re­ception characteristics of the receiver, environmental factors such
as humidity in the vicinity have an important role to play, as do on­site structural/screening conditions.

3 Fonction et aperçu de l‘appareil

Allié au Mécanisme de serrure Homematic IP, le Keypad Homematic IP
vous permet d’accorder l’accès à votre Smart Home à jusqu’à 8 membres
de votre famille, amis, etc. La saisie d’un code PIN ouvre, verrouille ou dé­verrouille la porte. De plus, les éléments Homematic IP complémentaires
contribuent à créer des scénarios variés pour le retour ou le départ de la
maison (par ex. l’activation de l’éclairage du couloir).

La configuration ainsi que l’achage de l’état actuel de la porte sont réa­lisés au moyen de l’application gratuite HomematicIP.

Grâce à la communication radio et au fonctionnement sur pile, le lieu de
montage peut être déterminé librement. Aucun raccordement au réseau
n’est nécessaire à proximité de la porte. Le montage à l’emplacement
choisi peut être réalisé au moyen des vis et chevilles fournies.

5 Mise en service

5.1 Apprentissage

Merci de lire attentivement cette section avant de procéder à l’ap­prentissage.

Vous pouvez programmer l’appareil sur l’Access Point ou sur la cen­trale CCU3. De plus amples informations sur l’apprentissage et la
configuration via une centrale figurent dans le manuel d’utilisateur
Homematic IP (disponible dans l’espace téléchargement sur
www.homematic-ip.com).

Commencez par configurer l’Access Point HomematicIP à l’aide de
l’application Homematic IP, afin de pouvoir utiliser d’autres appareils
Homematic IP avec votre système. Vous trouverez des informations
détaillées à ce sujet dans le mode d’emploi de l’Access Point.

Afin que le Keypad Homematic IP puisse être intégré à votre système et
communiquer avec d’autres appareils Homematic IP, il doit d’abord être
enregistré dans l’Access Point Homematic IP.

Procédez de la manière suivante pour l’apprentissage du Keypad:

• Ouvrez l’application Homematic IP sur votre smartphone.

• Sélectionnez le point de menu « Procéder à l’apprentissage de
l’appareil».

• Retirez le Keypad (B) de son support mural (A) en insérant un
objet fin dans l’orifice sur le dessous du support mural (A) pour
désenclencher le verrouillage (M) (voir la figure 3).

• Ouvrez le compartiment à piles (J) situé au dos du Keypad en dé­vissant la vis du cache du compartiment à piles (voir la figure 4).

• Retirez la bandelette isolante du compartiment à piles du Keypad
(première mise en service).

Dès que la bande d’isolement est retirée, l’appareil émet un message
de sabotage et sa LED (G) clignote six fois brièvement en rouge (v.
„7 Élimination des défauts„ à la page 48).

• Le mode d’apprentissage est actif pendant 3 minutes.

Vous pouvez lancer manuellement le mode d’apprentissage pour 3
minutes supplémentaires en appuyant brièvement sur la touche sys­tème (H).

• Fermez le compartiment à piles (J) et resserrez la vis du cache du
compartiment à piles.

• L’appareil s’ache automatiquement dans l’application Home­matic IP (voir la figure 6).

• Pour confirmer, saisissez les quatre derniers chires de l’appareil
(SGTIN) dans l’application ou scannez le code QR. Le numéro de
l’appareil se trouve sur l’autocollant contenu dans la livraison ou
directement sur l’appareil.

• Attendez la fin du processus d’apprentissage.

• La LED de l’appareil (G) s’allume en vert pour confirmer que l’ap­prentissage a été correctement eectué. L’appareil est opéra­tionnel à présent (voir la figure 6).

Si la LED de l’appareil s’allume est rouge, recommencez une nou­velle fois.

• Donnez un nom à l’appareil dans l’application et attribuez-le à
une pièce.

• Configurez l’accès à l’aide de l’application gratuite HomematicIP.

• N’insérez le Keypad qu’après le montage du support mural.

5.2 Montage

Le boîtier du Keypad est doté d’un orifice d’écoulement pour les
eaux de pluie (K) prédécoupé. Le cas échéant, ouvrez-le avec un
outil tranchant.

5.3 Montage du support mural

Lors du choix de l’emplacement de montage et du montage à proxi­mité d’interrupteurs ou de prises existants, veillez à la disposition des
câbles électriques ou des câbles d’alimentation existants.

Le lieu de montage doit être abrité des intempéries, ainsi que de la
lumière directe du soleil et d’autres sources de chaleur.

Procédez comme suit pour monter le support mural (A):

• Choisissez un lieu de montage approprié.

• Le cas échéant, retirez le

Keypad

insérant un objet fin dans l’orifice sur le dessous du support mural
pour désenclencher le verrouillage (M) (voir la figure 3).

Si l’apprentissage de l’appareil a déjà été réalisé, un message de sa­botage s’ache dans l’application. Vous ne pourrez l’acquitter
qu’après le montage, dès que vous aurez remis en place le Keypad.

• Positionnez le support mural (A) avec le côté oblique vers le haut
à un endroit approprié du mur et tracez les les trous de perçage
(voir la figure 7).

• Percez les trous tracés avec un diamètre de 5mm et sur une pro­fondeur de 35mm.

Sur les murs en maçonnerie, utilisez un foret de 5 mm pour les che­villes. Sur les murs en bois, vous pouvez utiliser un foret de 1,5mm
pour faciliter le vissage des vis.

Lors du choix de l’emplacement de montage et du montage à proxi­mité d’interrupteurs ou de prises existants, veillez à la disposition des
câbles électriques ou des câbles d’alimentation existants.

• Montez le support mural avec les chevilles et les vis fournies (voir
la figure 8).

• Installez le Keypad (B) de nouveau dans le support mural (A). Un
bruit d’encliquetage vous indique que le Keypad a été inséré cor­rectement (voir la figure 8).

Si l’apprentissage de l’appareil a déjà été réalisé, vous pouvez à pré­sent acquitter le message de sabotage dans votre application.

5.4 Utilisation

Après avoir enregistré le Keypad Homematic IP dans l’Access Point et
utilisé l’application pour le configurer (voir v. «5.1 Apprentissage« à la
page 43), vous pouvez confortablement commander la fonction d’ac­cès dès lors que vous disposez du Mécanisme de serrure Homematic IP.

de piles équivalent. Ne rechargez jamais les piles. Ne jetez pas les
piles au feu. N’exposez pas les piles à une chaleur trop importante.

7 Élimination des défauts

7.1 Pile faible

Tant que la valeur de tension le permet, le

7.2 Saisie erronée du code PIN

Vous pouvez définir dans l’application Homematic IP combien de fois un
PIN erroné peut être saisi avant que le

à toute nouvelle saisie du code PIN. Après la deuxième saisie erronée,
cette durée de verrouillage augmente automatiquement de 15 secondes

Si au moins un récepteur ne confirme pas une commande, la LED (G)

jusqu’à 10 secondes). La raison pour la transmission défectueuse peut
être un dysfonctionnement (v. «10 Remarques générales sur le fonction­nement radio« à la page 52). Une transmission défectueuse peut avoir
les causes suivantes :

• Récepteur non joignable,

• Le récepteur ne peut pas exécuter une commande (chute de
charge, blocage mécanique, etc.) ou

• récepteur défectueux.

7.4 Duty Cycle

Le Duty Cycle décrit une limitation régulée légalement du temps d’émis­sion des appareils dans une plage 868 MHz. L’objectif de ce règlement
est de garantir la fonction de tous les appareils qui travaillent dans une
plagede868MHz.

Dans la plage de fréquences que nous utilisons (868 MHz), le temps
d’émission maximum de chaque appareil s’élève à 1% d’une heure (donc
36 secondes dans une heure). Les appareils ne peuvent plus émettre
lorsque la limite de1% est atteinte jusqu’à ce que cette limite temporelle
soit dépassée. Conformément à cette directive, les appareils Homematic
IP sont développés et fabriqués à 100% conformément à la norme.

Dans un fonctionnement normal, le Duty Cycle n’est en règle générale
pas atteint. Ceci peut cependant être le cas lors de la mise en service ou
de la première installation d’un système par des processus de program­mation multipliés et intensifs. Un dépassement de la limite Duty Cycle
s’ache par un long éclairage rouge de la LED (G) et peut s’exprimer par
une fonction temporairement manquante de l’appareil. Après un court
temps (max. 1 heure), la fonction de l’appareil est rétablie.

8 Restauration des réglages d’usine

Les réglages d’usine de l’appareil peuvent être rétablis. Dans ce
cadre, tous les réglages antérieurs sont perdus.

Afin de rétablir les réglages d’usine de l’appareil, procédez comme suit:

• Retirez le Keypad (B) de son support mural (A) en insérant un

objet fin dans l’orifice sur le dessous du support mural pour dé­senclencher le verrouillage (M)

• Ouvrez le compartiment à piles (J) situé au dos du Keypad en dé-

vissant la vis du cache du compartiment à piles (voir la figure 4).

• Retirez une pile.

• Réinsérez la pile en veillant à sa polarité tout en maintenant à

touche système (H) appuyée pendant 4 secondes, jusqu’à ce que
la LED de l’appareil (G) clignote rapidement en orange (voir la
figure 9).

• Relâchez la touche système.

• Appuyez de nouveau sur la touche système pendant 4 secondes,

jusqu’à ce que la LED s’allume en vert (voir la figure 10).

• Relâchez la touche système pour terminer le rétablissement des
réglages d’usine.

9 Entretien et nettoyage

De votre point de vue, l’appareil ne requiert aucune maintenance, à
l’exception du remplacement éventuel des piles. Les réparations
doivent être eectuées par un technicien qualifié.

Nettoyez l’appareil avec un chion doux, propre, sec et non pelucheux.
N’utilisez pas de nettoyant contenant un solvant, le boîtier en plastique et
les écritures peuvent être attaqués.

La transmission radio est réalisée sur une voie de transmission non exclu­sive, c’est pourquoi des dysfonctionnements ne peuvent pas être exclus.
D’autres perturbations peuvent être provoquées par des opérations de
commutation, des électromoteurs ou des appareils électriques défectueux.

La portée dans des bâtiments peut diverger fortement de celle dans
un champ libre. Mise à part la puissance émise et les caractéristiques
de réception des récepteurs, les influences environnementales,
telles que l’humidité de l’air, en plus des particularités sur place en

3 Funciones y esquema del dispositivo

Homematic IP Keypad junto con Homematic IP Accionamiento de ce­rradura le permite autorizar el acceso a su hogar inteligente para hasta 8
miembros de la familia, amigos, etc. Puede abrir, bloquear o desbloquear
la puerta mediante la introducción de un PIN. Además, con otros com­ponentes Homematic IP se pueden crear múltiples escenarios coming/
leaving home (p. ej. el encendido de la iluminación del pasillo).

La configuración y la indicación del estado actual de la puerta se realizan
en la app gratuita Homematic IP.

La comunicación inalámbrica y el funcionamiento a batería permiten ele­gir con flexibilidad el lugar de montaje. No se necesita ninguna toma de
corriente cerca de la puerta. Para el montaje en el lugar elegido se pue­den utilizar los tacos y los tornillos incluidos en el volumen de suministro.

Y el sensor de proximidad incorporado aumenta aún más el confort. Así,
gracias a la iluminación integrada, puede ver las teclas de su Keypad en
todo momento, incluso cuando la iluminación exterior sea deficiente.

Puesta en servicio

En primer lugar tiene que configurar su Homematic IP Access Point
desde la app Homematic IP para poder utilizar otros dispositivos
Homematic IP en su sistema. Encontrará más información al res­pecto en las instrucciones de uso del Access Point.

Para poder integrar el Homematic IP Keypad en su sistema y para que
pueda comunicarse con otros dispositivos Homematic IP es necesario
conectarlo primero al Homematic IP Access Point.

Modo de proceder para conectar el Keypad:

• Abra la app Homematic IP en su smartphone.

• Seleccione el punto del menú »Conectar dispositivo«.

• Extraiga el Keypad (B) del soporte de pared (A), introduciendo un

objeto fino en el orificio situado en la parte inferior del soporte
(A) para soltar el enclavamiento (M) (v. figura 3).

• Abra el compartimento de las pilas (J) de la parte trasera del

• Extraiga la tira aislante del compartimento de las pilas del Keypad

(en la primera puesta en servicio).

En cuanto retire la tira de aislante, el dispositivo enviará un mensaje
de sabotaje y el LED del dispositivo (G) parpadeará seis veces en rojo
(s. „7.5 Códigos de errores y secuencias intermitentes“ en página

65).

• El modo de conexión está activo durante 3 minutos.

También se puede activar el modo de conexión durante 3 minutos
manualmente con una pulsación corta del botón del sistema (H).

• Cierre el compartimento de las pilas (J) y apriete de nuevo el

tornillo de la tapa.

• El dispositivo se muestra automáticamente en la app Homematic
IP (v. figura 6).

• Para confirmarlo tiene que introducir en la app las cuatro últimas

cifras del número de aparato (SGTIN) o escanear el código QR.
El número de aparato se encuentra en el adhesivo incluido en el
volumen de suministro o bien directamente sobre el aparato.

• Espere hasta que haya finalizado el proceso de conexión.

• Como confirmación de que el proceso de conexión se ha ejecu­tado correctamente se enciende el LED del dispositivo (G) verde.
Ahora el dispositivo ya está preparado para funcionar (v. figura 6).

Si se enciende el LED del dispositivo en rojo tiene que intentarlo de
nuevo.

• Introduzca un nombre para el dispositivo en la app y asígnele una
sala.

• Configure el acceso con ayuda de la app gratuita Homematic IP.

• Coloque el Keypad en el soporte de pared solo después de ha­berlo instalado.

5.2 Montaje

La carcasa del Keypad dispone de un orificio preparado para elimi­nar el agua (K). Abra este orificio cuando sea necesario con una he­rramienta afilada.

Por favor, lea íntegramente este capítulo antes de realizar el monta­je.

5.3 Montaje del soporte de pared

Al elegir el lugar de montaje y al taladrar cerca de interruptores o
enchufes debe prestar atención al trazado de cables eléctricos o la
existencia de otras líneas de suministro.

El lugar de montaje tiene que estar protegido contra la intemperie y
no estar expuesto a la radiación losar directa u a otras fuentes de
calor.

Modo de proceder para realizar el montaje del soporte de pared (A):

• Elija un lugar de montaje apropiado.

• Dado el caso, extraiga el Keypad (B) del soporte de pared (A) intro
duciendo un objeto fino en el orificio situado en la parte inferior
del soporte para soltar el enclavamiento (M) (v. figura 3).

Si el dispositivo ya ha sido conectado se emite un mensaje de sabo­taje en la app. Solo podrá eliminar ese mensaje tras finalizar el mon­taje, cuando el

• Sujete el soporte de pared (A) en la posición deseada de la pared,
con la parte sesgada hacia arriba y marque los orificios a taladrar
(v. figura 7).

• Taladre los orificios marcados con una broca de 5 mm y 35 mm
de profundidad.

En paredes de piedra debe utilizar una broca de 5 mm para los ta­cos. En paredes de madera puede utilizar una broca de 1,5 mm para
facilitar la entrada de los tornillos.

Al elegir el lugar de montaje y al taladrar cerca de interruptores o
enchufes debe prestar atención al trazado de cables eléctricos o la
existencia de otras líneas de suministro.

• Realice el montaje del soporte de pared utilizando los tacos y los
tornillos suministrados (v. figura 8).

Una vez conectado el Homematic IP

controlar cómodamente la función de acceso en combinación con el

Es necesario cambiar las pilas cuando se muestre el símbolo de batería en la
app o de batería vacía en el dispositivo („7.5 Códigos de errores y secuencias

pilas nuevas del tipo LR03/Micro/AAA. Al cambiar las pilas observe la co­rrecta colocación de los polos.

introducir de nuevo del código PIN. Ese tiempo de bloqueo aumenta au
tomáticamente tras introducir un código erróneo por segunda vez en 15
s (30 s, 60 s, 120 s).

7.3 Comando sin confirmar

Si alguno de los receptores no confirma un comando se enciende el LED
(G) rojo al final de la transmisión errónea (En función de la causa, la ilu­minación del LED se puede retrasar hasta 10 s). El motivo de una trans­misión errónea puede ser un fallo de funcionamiento (v.„10 Indicaciones
generales sobre el modo inalámbrico“ en página 67). Posibles causas
de errores en la transmisión:

• receptor no disponible

• receptor no puede ejecutar el comando (fallo de tensión, blo­queo mecánico, etc.)

• receptor defectuoso

7.4 Duty Cycle

Duty Cycle describe una limitación del tiempo de transmisión regulada
por ley para dispositivos en la banda de 868 MHz. El objeto de esta regu­lación es garantizar el funcionamiento de todos los aparatos que trabajan
en la banda de 868 MHz.

En la banda de frecuencia de 868 MHz utilizada por nosotros, el tiempo
de transmisión máximo de un dispositivo es de 1% de una hora (es decir,
36 segundos en una hora). Cuando se alcanza ese límite del 1% los dispo­sitivos no pueden seguir transmitiendo hasta que finaliza esa limitación
temporal. Los dispositivos Homematic IP cumplen esa directiva al 100%
en su desarrollo y fabricación.

Utilizados de un modo normal en general no se alcanza el Duty Cycle. Sí
puede ocurrir en casos aislados, por ejemplo durante la puesta en servicio
o la primera instalación de un sistema, debido a los múltiples procesos de
conexión con mayor intensidad de transmisión. Cuando se supera el lí­mite de Duty Cycle, se enciende el LED (G) rojo una vez de forma prolon-
gada y puede fallar el funcionamiento del dispositivo de forma temporal.
El funcionamiento se restablece al cabo de un tiempo (máximo 1 hora).

8 Restablecimiento de la configuración de fábrica

Se puede restablecer la configuración de fábrica del dispositivo. Al
hacerlo se pierden todos los ajustes.

Modo de proceder para restablecer la configuración de fábrica del
Keypad:

• Extraiga el Keypad (B) del soporte de pared (A) introduciendo un

objeto fino en el orificio situado en la parte inferior del soporte
para soltar el enclavamiento (M)

• Abra el compartimento de las pilas (J) de la parte trasera del

Keypad aflojando para ello el tornillo de la tapa (v. figura 4).

• Extraiga una pila.

• Coloque de nuevo la pila en su posición correcta y pulse al mis-

mo tiempo el botón del sistema (H) durante 4 seg., hasta que
empiece a parpadear rápidamente el LED (G) naranja (v. figura 9).

• Suelte de nuevo el botón del sistema.

• Pulse de nuevo el botón del sistema durante 4 seg. hasta que se

encienda el LED verde (v. figura 10).

• Suelte de nuevo el botón del sistema para finalizar el restableci­miento de la configuración de fábrica.

El dispositivo ejecuta un reinicio.

9 Mantenimiento y limpieza

Este dispositivo no requiere mantenimiento, a excepción de un
eventual cambio de pilas. En caso de fallo, encargue su reparación a
un técnico.

Limpie el dispositivo con un paño suave, limpio, seco y que no deje pe­lusa. No utilice productos de limpieza que contengan disolventes. Estas
sustancias pueden estropear la carcasa de plástico y la rotulación.

10 Indicaciones generales sobre el modo inalám-

brico

La transmisión inalámbrica se realiza por una vía de transmisión no ex­clusiva, por lo que pueden producirse fallos. También pueden ser fuentes
de errores las conmutaciones, motores eléctricos o equipos eléctricos
defectuosos.

El alcance en edificios puede diferir mucho del alcance en campo
libre. Aparte de la capacidad de transmisión y de las propiedades de
recepción de los receptores también desempeñan un papel impor­tante los efectos ambientales, como la humedad del aire, o las cons­trucciones en el lugar.

3 Funzioni e vista d'insieme dell'apparecchio

Il dispositivo Homematic IP Keypad abbinato a un apparecchio Home­matic IP Attuatore per serratura consente di fornire a familiari, amici e al­tre persone (max. 8) l’autorizzazione per l’accesso nella casa con sistema
Smart Home. Digitando un PIN, infatti, si potrà aprire, chiudere a chiave o
sbloccare la porta. Inoltre, installando altri componenti Homematic IP si
possono configurare diversi scenari per quando si rientra/si esce di casa
(ad es. l’accensione delle luci nel corridoio).

L’apparecchio viene configurato e visualizza lo stato aggiornato della
porta dall’app gratuita Homematic IP.

Grazie al funzionamento a batteria e alla comunicazione radio, la scelta
del luogo di installazione può essere flessibile. Non è necessario l’allaccio
alla rete elettrica nei pressi della porta. Per l’installazione nel punto pre­scelto si possono utilizzare le viti e i tasselli forniti.

Questo apparecchio fa parte del sistema Homematic IP Smart-Home e
comunica tramite il protocollo radio Homematic IP. Tutti gli apparecchi
del sistema possono essere configurati comodamente e singolarmen­te dallo smartphone tramite l’app Homematic IP. In alternativa gli appa­recchi Homematic IP possono essere gestiti tramite la centralina CCU3
oppure tramite un collegamento con numerosi sistemi di fornitori terzi.

5 Messa in funzione

5.1 Inizializzazione

Leggere interamente questo paragrafo prima di cominciare l’ini­zializzazione.

Questo dispositivo può essere inizializzato dall’Access Point o dalla
centralina CCU3. Ulteriori informazioni sull’inizializzazione e sulla
configurazione tramite centralina sono fornite nel Manuale dell’u­tente di Homematic IP (disponibile nella sezione Download all’indi­rizzo www.homematic-ip.com).

Per prima cosa configurare l’Homematic IP Access Point tramite
l’app Homematic IP in modo da poter utilizzare nel sistema altri di­spositivi Homematic IP. Informazioni dettagliate sono riportate nelle
istruzioni per l’uso dell’Access Point.

Eseguire prima l’inizializzazione del dispositivo Homematic IP Keypad
nell’Homematic IP Access Point per poterlo integrare nel sistema e con­sentirgli di comunicare con altri apparecchi Homematic IP.

Per l’inizializzazione del Keypad procedere nel modo seguente:

• Aprire l’app Homematic IP sullo smartphone.

• Nel menu selezionare la voce “Inizializzazione dell’apparec-
chio”.

• Togliere il Keypad (B) dal supporto a parete (A) inserendo un og­getto sottile nel foro situato nella parte inferiore dello stesso sup­porto (A) e staccare il sistema di aggancio (M) (v. figura 3).

• Aprire il vano batterie (J) sul retro del tastierino allentando la vite
del coperchio di questo vano (v. figura 4).

• Estrarre la linguetta isolante dal vano batterie del Keypad (prima
messa in funzione).

Non appena viene estratta la linguetta isolante l’apparecchio invia
una notifica di sabotaggio e il LED del dispositivo (G) lampeggia sei
volte con luce rossa ( „7.5 Codici di errore e sequenze di spie lam­peggianti“ a pag. 80).

• La modalità di apprendimento è attiva per tre minuti.

La modalità Inizializzazione può essere avviata per altri 3 minuti pre­mendo brevemente il tasto di sistema (H).

• Chiudere il vano batterie (J) e stringere di nuovo la vite del coper­chio sul vano batterie.

• L’apparecchio compare automaticamente nell’app Homematic
IP (v. figura 6).

• Per confermare, digitare nell’app le ultime quattro cifre del nume­ro dell’apparecchio (SGTIN) oppure eseguire una scansione del
codice QR. Il numero dell’apparecchio è riportato nell’etichetta
adesiva inclusa nella fornitura o direttamente sull’apparecchio.

• Attendere che la procedura di inizializzazione sia conclusa.

• Per confermare l’avvenuta inizializzazione, il LED dell’apparec­chio (G) si accende con luce verde. L’apparecchio è quindi pron­to per l’uso (v. figura 6).

Se il LED dell’apparecchio si accende con luce rossa riprovare la
procedura.

5.2 Montaggio

La scatola esterna del Keypad è predisposta con un foro di drenag­gio (K). Se necessario, aprirla con un attrezzo appuntito.

Leggere interamente questo paragrafo prima di iniziare il montaggio
dell’apparecchio.

5.3 Montaggio del supporto a parete

Nella scelta del luogo di installazione e se si eseguono fori nelle vi­cinanze di interruttori o prese già montati fare attenzione alla posi­zione degli impianti elettrici o alla presenza di condotte di alimenta­zione.

Il luogo prescelto per il montaggio deve essere al riparo dalle intem­perie, da raggi solari e altre radiazioni di calore dirette.

Per montare il supporto a parete (A) procedere nel modo seguente:

• Scegliere un punto adatto per il montaggio.

• Se necessario togliere il Keypad (B) dal supporto a parete (A) inse
rendo un oggetto sottile nel foro situato nella parte inferiore dello
stesso supporto e staccare il sistema di aggancio (M) (v. figura 3).

Se l’apparecchio è stato già inizializzato, nell’app si visualizza una
notifica di sabotaggio che potrà essere confermata solo dopo aver
completato il montaggio, quando il Keypad viene inserito di nuovo
nel supporto.

• Posizionare il supporto a parete (A) con la parte smussata rivolta
verso l’alto scegliendo un punto adatto sulla parete e segnare i
punti da forare (v. figura 7).

• Eseguire i fori precedentemente segnati sulla parete, con diame­tro 5 mm e profondità 35 mm.

Nelle pareti in pietra utilizzare una punta da 5 mm per i tasselli. Nel­le pareti di legno si può utilizzare una punta da 1,5mm per avvitare
le viti più facilmente.

Nella scelta del luogo di installazione e se si eseguono fori nelle vi­cinanze di interruttori o prese già montati fare attenzione alla posi­zione degli impianti elettrici o alla presenza di condotte di alimenta­zione.

• Montare il supporto a parete adoperando i tasselli e le viti fornite
(v. figura 8).

• Inserire di nuovo il Keypad (B) nel supporto a parete (A). Un ru­more di aggancio segnala se il Keypad è stato inserito corretta­mente (v. figura 8).

Se l’apparecchio è stato già inizializzato, a questo punto si può con­fermare la notifica di sabotaggio.

5.4 Uso

Dopo aver inizializzato il dispositivo Homematic IP Keypad nell’Access
Point e dopo averlo configurato tramite l’app (“5.1 Inizializzazione“ a pag.

74), abbinando il sistema Homematic IP Attuatore per serratura si può
comandare comodamente la funzione Accesso.

Quando nell’app compare l’icona della batteria o quando sull’apparecchio
compare una batteria scarica (“7.5 Codici di errore e sequenze di spie lam­peggianti“ a pag. 80), sostituire le batterie scariche con due nuove bat­terie LR03/micro/AAA. Fare attenzione a posizionare i poli nel senso giusto.

Per sostituire le batterie del tastierino procedere nel modo seguente:

• Togliere il Keypad (B) dal supporto a parete (A) inserendo un og­getto sottile nel foro situato nella parte inferiore dello stesso sup­porto e staccare il sistema di aggancio (M)

Il sistema invia nell’app una notifica di sabotaggio. Questa notifica
può essere confermata solo quando il Keypad viene inserito di nuo­vo nel supporto a parete dopo la sostituzione delle batterie.

• Aprire il vano batterie
del coperchio di questo vano (v. figura 4).

• Togliere le batterie scariche.

• Inserire due nuove batterie LR03/micro/AAA da 1,5 V posizionando

Non smaltire le batterie scariche nei rifiuti domestici! Consegnarle ai
centri di raccolta autorizzati!

Attenzione! Rischio di esplosione se non si sostituiscono le batterie

stesso tipo o equivalenti. Le batterie non devono mai essere ricari­cate. Non buttare le batterie nel fuoco! Non esporre le batterie a un
calore eccessivo. Non mettere in cortocircuito le batterie. Rischio di
esplosione!

7 Risoluzione dei guasti

7.1 Batteria scarica

Se il valore della tensione lo consente, il Keypad è operativo anche se la
tensione delle batterie è ridotta. In base all’uso al quale viene sottoposto,
il tastierino potrebbe inviare ripetutamente segnali dopo un breve tempo
di recupero della batteria.

La tensione ridotta delle batterie viene segnalata nell’app Homematic IP e
sull’apparecchio tramite il LED (G) . In tal caso sostituire le batterie scari­che con altre nuove(“6 Sostituzione delle batterie“ a pag. 78).

7.2 Inserimento di

Nell’app Homematic IP definire quante volte si potrà digitare un PIN erra­to prima del blocco del Keypad. Una volta bloccato, il Keypad può essere
riattivato soltanto dall’app. Il sistema prevede anche un tempo di bloc
co predefinito in fabbrica per un successivo inserimento del codice PIN.
Dopo il secondo tentativo di inserimento del PIN errato, questo tempo
aumenta automaticamente di 15 s (30 s, 60 s, 120 s).

7.3 Comando non confermato

Se un comando non viene confermato da almeno un ricevitore, al termi­ne della trasmissione difettosa si accende la luce rossa del LED (G) (i LED
potrebbero accendersi anche con 10 secondi di ritardo in funzione della
rispettiva causa). Il motivo della trasmissione difettosa potrebbe essere un
disturbo radio (v. “10 Informazioni generali sul funzionamento via radio“ a
pag. 83). La trasmissione difettosa può essere dovuta a:

• ricevitore non raggiungibile,

• ricevitore che non può eseguire un comando (interruzione di ca­rico, blocco meccanico, ecc.) oppure

• ricevitore difettoso.

7.4 Duty Cycle

Il Duty Cycle indica un limite disciplinato dalla legge e applicato al tem­po di trasmissione degli apparecchi nella gamma 868 MHz. Lo scopo di
questa disciplina è garantire il funzionamento di tutti gli apparecchi nella
gamma 868 MHz.

Nella gamma di frequenza 868 MHz da noi utilizzata, il tempo massimo
di trasmissione di ogni apparecchio è pari all’1% di un’ora (quindi 36 se­condi in un’ora). Quando raggiungono il limite dell’1% gli apparecchi non
possono più trasmettere finché non sarà scaduto questo limite di tempo.
Conformemente a questa direttiva gli apparecchi Homematic IP vengono
sviluppati e prodotti nell’assoluto rispetto delle norme.

Nel normale funzionamento di solito non si raggiunge il duty cycle. Tut­tavia, questo potrebbe accadere in casi singoli alla messa in esercizio o
alla prima installazione di un sistema a causa di processi di inizializzazio­ne ripetuti o ad alta intensità radio. Il superamento del limite di duty cycle
viene segnalato dalla spia rossa a LED (G) che resta accesa a lungo e può
manifestarsi con l’assenza temporanea di funzionamento dell’apparec­chio. Trascorso un tempo breve (max. 1 ora) si ripristina il funzionamento
dell’apparecchio.

8 Ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica

L’utente può ripristinare le impostazioni di fabbrica dell’apparecchio.
In questo caso tutte le impostazioni andranno perdute.

Per ripristinare le impostazioni di fabbrica del Keypad procedere nel
modo seguente:

• Togliere il Keypad (B) dal supporto a parete (A) inserendo un og­getto sottile nel foro situato nella parte inferiore dello stesso sup­porto e staccare il sistema di aggancio (M)

• Aprire il vano batterie (J)sul retro del Kepyad allentando la vite del
coperchio di questo vano (v. figura 4).

• Togliere una batteria.

• Inserire di nuovo le batterie secondo la posizione dei poli e te­nere contemporaneamente premuto il tasto di sistema (H) per 4
s finché il LED dell’apparecchio (G) non inizia lampeggiare con
luce arancione (v. figura 9).

• Rilasciare quindi il tasto.

• Premere di nuovo il tasto di sistema per 4 s finché il LED non si
accende con luce verde (v. figura 10).

• Rilasciare di nuovo il tasto di sistema per concludere il ripristino
delle impostazioni di fabbrica.

(v. figura 3).

L’apparecchio esegue un riavvio.

9 Manutenzione e pulizia

Fatta eccezione per un’eventuale sostituzione delle batterie, questo
apparecchio non richiede manutenzione. Per le riparazioni rivolger­si a un tecnico specializzato.

Informazioni generali sul funzionamento via radio

Pulire l'apparecchio con un panno morbido, pulito, asciutto e privo di
pelucchi. Non utilizzare detergenti a base di solventi poiché potrebbero
danneggiare la scatola esterna di plastica e le iscrizioni sull’apparecchio.

radio

La trasmissione radio viene attuata su un canale di trasmissione non
esclusivo, pertanto non è possibile escludere interferenze. Altre interfe­renze possono essere causate da processi di commutazione, da motori
elettrici o da apparecchi elettrici difettosi.

La portata del segnale all'interno degli edifici può essere molto di­versa da quella all'aria aperta. Oltre alla potenza di trasmissione e
alle proprietà di ricezione del ricevitore, anche alcuni fattori climati­ci come l'umidità dell’aria o le condizioni della struttura sul posto
sono importanti per il segnale.

Lees deze handleiding zorgvuldig door voordat u uw Homematic IP ap­paraat in gebruik neemt. Bewaar de handleiding, om ze ook later nog te
kunnen raadplegen!

Als u het apparaat door andere personen laat gebruiken, geef dan ook
deze handleiding mee.

2 Gevarenaanduidingen

Open het apparaat niet. Het bevat geen onderdelen die door de ge­bruiker moeten worden onderhouden. Laat het apparaat in geval
van een storing door een specialist controleren.

Om redenen van veiligheid en markering (CE) is het eigenmachtig
verbouwen en/of veranderen van het apparaat niet toegestaan.

Gebruik het apparaat niet, indien het uiterlijk zichtbare schade, bijv.
aan de kast, aan bedieningselementen of aan de aansluitbussen,
vertoont. Laat het apparaat in geval van twijfel door een specialist
controleren.

Het apparaat is geen speelgoed! Laat kinderen er niet mee spelen.
Laat verpakkingsmateriaal niet rondslingeren. Plastic folies en zak­ken, vormstukken van styropor enz. kunnen door kinderen als ge­vaarlijk speelgoed worden gebruikt.

niet-naleving van de gevarenaanduidingen veroorzaakt is, stellen wij

Gebruik het apparaat op een tegen weer en wind beschermde plaats.
Niet blootstellen aan de invloed van trillingen, langdurig zonlicht of
andere warmtebronnen en mechanische belastingen.

Het apparaat is uitsluitend geschikt voor gebruik in woonruimten en
soortgelijke omgevingen.

Elk ander gebruik dan wat in deze handleiding beschreven wordt, is

3 Werking en overzicht van het apparaat

Met de Homematic IP Keypad kunt u in combinatie met uw Homematic
IP Deurslotaandrijving tot max. 8 familieleden, vrienden e.a. toegang ver­lenen tot uw smarthome. Per pin-invoer kan de deur geopend, vergren­deld of ontgrendeld worden. Bovendien kunnen met verdere Homematic
IP componenten veelzijdige Coming-/Leaving-Home-scenario’s worden
aangelegd (bijv. het inschakelen van de vloerverlichting).

De configuratie en de actuele statusweergave van de deur geschieden via
de gratis Homematic IP app.

Dankzij de draadloze communicatie en de batterijvoeding kunt u de
montageplaats flexibel kiezen. Er is geen netaansluiting dicht bij de deur
vereist. Voor de montage op de door u gewenste plaats kunt u de bijge­leverde schroeven en pluggen gebruiken.

De geïntegreerde naderingssensor biedt u extra comfort. Zo kunt u de
toetsen van uw Keypad ook bij een matige buitenverlichting te allen tijde
herkennen dankzij de geïntegreerde verlichting.

4 Algemene systeeminformatie

Dit apparaat is een onderdeel van het Homematic IP Smart Home Sys­teem en communiceert via het Homematic IP zendprotocol. Alle ap­paraten van het systeem kunnen comfortabel en individueel via een
smartphone met de Homematic IP App worden geconfigureerd. U
hebt ook de mogelijkheid om de Homematic IP apparaten via de cen­trale CCU3 of in combinatie met vele partneroplossingen te gebruiken.
Welke functies binnen het systeem in combinatie met andere compo­nenten mogelijk zijn, vindt u in het Homematic IP gebruikershandboek.
Alle technische documenten en updates vindt u in de actuele versie op

5 Inbedrijfstelling

5.1 Aanleren

Lees dit hoofdstuk volledig door, voordat u met het aanleren be­gint.

U kunt het apparaat op het Access Point of op de centrale CCU3
aanleren. Voor meer informatie over het aanleren en de configuratie
via een centrale verwijzen wij naar het Homematic IP gebrui­kershandboek (te vinden in het downloadgedeelte op
www.homematic-ip.com).

Configureer eerst uw Homematic IP Access Point via de Homematic
IP app om nog andere Homematic IP apparaten in het systeem te
kunnen gebruiken. Uitgebreide informatie hierover vindt u in de
handleiding van het Access Point.

Om de Homematic IP Keypad in uw systeem te integreren en met ande­re Homematic IP apparaten te laten communiceren, moet u deze eerst
aanleren aan het Homematic IP Access Point.

Ga als volgt te werk om de Keypad aan te leren:

• Open de Homematic IP app op uw smartphone.

• Selecteer het menu-item ‘Apparaat aanleren’.

• Neem de Keypad (B) uit de wandhouder (A) door met een dun

voorwerp in het gaatje aan de onderzijde van de wandhouder

(A) te steken en daardoor de vergrendeling (M) los te halen (zie
afbeelding 3).

• Open het batterijvakje aan de achterkant (J) van de Keypad door

de schroef van het batterijvakje los te draaien (zie afbeelding 4).

• Trek de isolatiestrip uit het batterijvakje van de Keypad (eerste in-

bedrijfstelling).

Zodra de isolatiestrip eruit wordt getrokken, stuurt het apparaat een
sabotagemelding en de apparaatled (G) knippert zes keer rood (zie

7.5 Foutcodes en knipperreeksen‘ op pagina 96).

• De aanleermodus is 3 minuten actief.

U kunt de aanleermodus voor nog eens 3 minuten handmatig star­ten door kort op de systeemtoets (H) te drukken.

• Sluit het batterijvakje (J) en draai de schroef van het batterijvakje

weer vast.

• Het apparaat verschijnt automatisch in de Homematic IP app (zie
afbeelding 6).

• Ter bevestiging dient u in de app de laatste vier cijfers van het ap­paraatnummer (SGTIN) in te voeren of de QR-code te scannen.
Het apparaatnummer vindt u op de bijgeleverde sticker of op het
apparaat zelf.

• Wacht tot het aanleerproces voltooid is.

• Ter bevestiging van een succesvol aanleerproces brandt de ap­paraatled (G) groen. Het apparaat is nu klaar voor gebruik (zie
afbeelding 6).

Indien de apparaatled rood brandt, dient u het opnieuw te proberen.

• Geef het apparaat in de app een naam en deel het bij een ruimte
in.

• Richt de toegang in met behulp van de gratis Homematic IP app.

• Plaats de Keypad pas na de montage van de wandhouder.

5.2 Montage

De behuizing van de Keypad beschikt over een voorbereide opening
voor de waterafvoer (K). Open deze zo nodig met een scherp ge­reedschap.

Lees dit hoofdstuk volledig door, voordat u met de montage begint.

De montageplaats dient tegen weer en wind beschermd en vrij van
directe zonne- en andere warmtestraling te zijn.

Ga als volgt te werk om de wandhouder (A) te monteren:

• Kies een passende montageplaats.

• Neem de Keypad (B) uit de wandhouder (A) door met een dun
voorwerp in het gaatje aan de onderzijde van de wandhouder te
steken en daardoor de vergrendeling (M) los te halen (zie afbeel
ding 3).

Indien u het apparaat al hebt aangeleerd, ontvangt u via de app een
sabotagemelding. U kunt deze pas na afloop van de montage be­vestigen, zodra de Keypad weer werd geplaatst.

• Positioneer de wandhouder (A) met het schuine vlak naar boven
op een geschikte plaats aan de wand en teken de boorgaten aan
(zie afbeelding 7).

• Boor de aangetekende gaten met een diameter van 5 mm en een
diepte van 35 mm.

Bij stenen wanden gebruikt u een 5mm-boor voor de pluggen. Bij
houten wanden kunt u een 1,5mm-boor gebruiken, om het indraai­en van de schroeven te vergemakkelijken.

Houd bij de keuze van de montageplaats en het boren in de buurt
van voorhanden schakelaars of contactdozen rekening met het ver­loop van elektrische kabels, water-, gas- en eventuele andere leidin­gen.

• Monteer de wandhouder met behulp van de bijgeleverde plug­gen en schroeven (zie afbeelding 8).

• Plaats de Keypad (B) weer terug in de wandhouder (A). Een klik­geluid geeft aan dat de Keypad correct is geplaatst (zie afbeelding

8).

Indien u het apparaat al hebt aangeleerd, kunt u de sabotagemel­ding in uw app nu bevestigen.

5.4 Bediening

Nadat u de Homematic IP Keypad op het Access Point hebt aangeleerd
en via de app hebt ingericht (‘5.1 Aanleren’ op pagina 90), kunt u de
toegangsfunctie in combinatie met de Homematic IP Deurslotaandrijving
gemakkelijk besturen.

verschijnt (‘7.5 Foutcodes en knipperreeksen’ op pagina 96), dient u de
beide lege batterijen door twee nieuwe batterijen van het type LR03/Mi­cro/AAA te vervangen. Let daarbij op de juiste polariteit van de batterijen.

type. Normale batterijen mogen nooit worden opgeladen. Batterijen

7.1 Zwakke batterij

Als de spanningswaarde dit toestaat, kan de

7.2 Verkeerd

In de Homematic IP app kunt u vastleggen, hoe vaak de pincode verkeerd
mag worden ingevoerd voordat de Keypad wordt geblokkeerd. Zodra de
Keypad is geblokkeerd, kunt u hem alleen nog via de app reactiveren. Bo
vendien is er een af fabriek ingestelde blokkeringstijd voor de hernieuwde
invoer van de pincode. Na de twee verkeerde invoer wordt deze blokke
ringstijd automatisch met 15 sec. verlengd (30 sec., 60 sec., 120 sec.).

7.3 Commando niet bevestigd

Indien ten minste één ontvanger een commando niet bevestigt, licht de
led bij het afsluiten van de mislukte overdracht (G) rood op (al naarge­lang de oorzaak kan het oplichten van de led tot 10 seconden vertraagt
optreden). De reden voor deze mislukte overdracht kan een communica­tiestoring zijn (zie ‘10 Algemene instructies voor het draadloze bedrijf’ op
pagina 99). De mislukte overdracht kan de volgende oorzaken hebben:

• de ontvanger is niet bereikbaar,

• de ontvanger kan het commando niet uitvoeren (lastuitval, me­chanische blokkering enz.) of

• de ontvanger is defect.

7.4 Duty cycle

De duty cycle beschrijft een wettelijk geregelde begrenzing van de zend­tijd van apparaten in het 868MHz-bereik. Het doel van deze regeling is
om de werking van alle in het 868MHz-bereik werkende apparaten te
garanderen.

In het door ons gebruikte frequentiebereik van 868 MHz bedraagt de
maximale zendtijd van een apparaat 1% van een uur (dus 36 seconden
per uur). De apparaten mogen bij het bereiken van de 1%-limiet niet meer
zenden, tot deze tijdelijke begrenzing weer voorbij is. In overeenstem­ming met deze richtlijn worden Homematic IP apparaten 100% conform
de norm ontwikkeld en geproduceerd.

In het normale bedrijf wordt de duty cycle doorgaans niet bereikt. In af­zonderlijke situaties kan dit bij de inbedrijfstelling of eerste installatie van
een systeem wel het geval zijn, wanneer meerdere en zendintensieve
aanleerprocessen actief zijn. Een overschrijding van de duty cycle-limiet
wordt aangegeven door een lang rood oplichten van de led (G) en kan
zich uiten in een tijdelijke onderbreking van de werking van het apparaat.
Na korte tijd (max. 1 uur) werkt het apparaat weer normaal.

8 Herstellen van de fabrieksinstellingen

De fabrieksinstellingen van het apparaat kunnen worden hersteld.
Hierbij gaan alle instellingen verloren.

Ga als volgt te werk om de fabrieksinstellingen van het apparaat te her­stellen:

• Neem de Keypad (B) uit de wandhouder (A) door met een dun
voorwerp in het gaatje aan de onderzijde van de wandhouder te
steken en daardoor de vergrendeling (M) los te halen

• Open het batterijvakje (J) aan de achterkant van de Keypad door
de schroef van het batterijvakdeksel los te draaien (zie afbeelding

4).

• Verwijder een batterij.

• Plaats de batterij weer overeenkomstig de juiste polariteit en
houd tegelijkertijd de systeemtoets (H) 4 sec. ingedrukt tot de
apparaatled (G) snel oranje knippert (zie afbeelding 9).

• Laat de systeemtoets weer los.

• Druk opnieuw gedurende 4 sec. op de systeemtoets totdat de led
groen oplicht (zie afbeelding 10).

• Laat de systeemtoets weer los om het herstel van de fabrieksin­stellingen te voltooien.

9 Onderhoud en reiniging

Het apparaat is voor u, afgezien van een eventuele vervanging van
de batterij, onderhoudsvrij. Laat de reparatie over aan een vakman

De draadloze communicatie wordt via een niet-exclusief communica­tiekanaal gerealiseerd, zodat storingen niet kunnen worden uitgesloten.
Andere storende invloeden kunnen afkomstig zijn van schakelprocessen,
elektromotoren of defecte elektrische apparaten.

Het bereik in gebouwen kan sterk afwijken van het bereik in het vrije
veld. Behalve het zendvermogen en de ontvangsteigenschappen
van de ontvangers spelen ook omgevingsinvloeden zoals lucht­vochtigheid en de bouwkundige situatie ter plekke een belangrijke
rol.
