• The product is equipped with overheating protection circuit, if the
power is cut-off, please wait until the product is cooled down.
• DO NOT use this product before bed. The massage has a
stimulating effect and can delay sleep.
• NEVER use this product while in bed.

• This product should NEVER be used by any individual suffering from
any physical ailment that would limit the user’s capacity to operate
the controls or who has sensory deficiencies in the
lower half of their body.
• This unit should not be used by children or invalids without
adult supervision.
• This product is not for use in automobiles.
Instructions for Use
To reduce the risk of electrocution, this appliance is equipped with a
polarized plug (one blade wider than the other). This plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. It it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to
install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.
Insert the power cord into a 120 volt AC outlet. To activate the Shiatsu
massage action, slide switch up one notch. To activate vibration
massage, slide switch up a second notch (Fig. 1). To activate Shiatsu
and vibration massage combined, slide switch all the way up. To
activate soothing heat with either massage, press the heat button.
Massage heads will glow red (Figure 2). Allow a few moments for the
heating action to warm up. When finished slide the switch all the way
down and unplug the massager.
NOTE: For more intense massage, place hands in gripping section and
gently pull forward (see Figure 3).

Maintenance
To Store
Place massager in its box or in a safe, dry, cool place. Avoid contact with
sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the fabric
surface. To avoid breakage, do not wrap the power cord around the unit.
Do not hang the unit by the hand control cord.
To Clean
Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Spot clean only with
a soft, slightly damp sponge. Never allow water or any other liquids to
come into contact with the unit.
• Do not immerse in any liquid to clean.
• Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene,
glass / furniture polish or paint thinner to clean.
• Do not attempt to repair the Shiatsu & Vibration Neck Massager.
There are no user serviceable parts. For service, send the unit to
the HoMedics address listed in the warranty section.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2)
this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation.

HoMedics sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and
workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original purchase, except as noted below.
HoMedics warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers.
To obtain warranty service on your HoMedics product, mail the product and your dated sales receipt
(as proof of purchase), postpaid, to the following address:

HoMedics does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the subsequent

in any way beyond the terms set forth herein. This warranty does not cover damage caused by
misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product;
improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use of electrical/power
supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure
to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft; neglect;
vandalism; or environmental conditions; loss of use during the period the product is at a repair
facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the
control of HoMedics.
This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which
the product is purchased. A product that requires modifications or adoption to enable it to operate
in any other country than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or
authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under this warranty.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. THERE
SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY

Instrucciones de uso
Para reducir el riesgo de electrocución, este artefacto está equipado un
enchufe polarizado (una paleta es más ancha que la otra). Este enchufe
encaja de una sola forma en un tomacorriente polarizado. Si el enchufe
no encaja completamente en el tomacorriente, invierta el enchufe. Si aún
así no encaja, póngase en contacto con un electricista calificado para
que instale el tomacorriente adecuado. No cambie el enchufe en modo
alguno.
Enchufe el cordón eléctrico en un tomacorriente de 120 V de CA.
Para activar la acción de masaje Shiatsu, deslice el interruptor una
muesca hacia arriba. Para activar el masaje con vibración, deslice
el interruptor a la segunda muesca (Fig. 1). Para activar el masaje
Shiatsu y con vibración combinado, deslice el interruptor todo hacia
arriba. Para activar el calor suavizador con uno o el otro masaje,
presione el botón de calor. Las cabezas masajeadoras se encenderán
con color rojo (Fig. 2). Permita que pasen algunos minutos para que la
acción de calor se active. Cuando termine, deslice el interruptor todo
hacia abajo y desenchufe el masajeador.
ATENCIÓN: Por un masaje más intenso, coloque las manos en la
sección de agarre y hale suavemente hacia adelante (ver Figura 3).

Mantenimiento
Para guardar
Coloque el masajeador en su caja o en un lugar seguro, seco y fresco.
Evite el contacto con bordes filosos u objetos punzantes que puedan
cortar o perforar la superficie del material que lo recubre. Para evitar
roturas, NO envuelva el cable de corriente alrededor de la unidad. NO
cuelgue la unidad del cable del control manual.
Para limpiar
Desenchufe la unidad y deje que se enfríe antes de limpiarla.
Limpie únicamente por parches y con una esponja suave,
apenas humedecida. Nunca permita que el agua ni otro líquido entre en
contacto con la unidad.
• NO sumerja la unidad en ningún líquido para limpiarla.
• NUNCA utilice limpiadores abrasivos, cepillos, gasolina, querosén,
limpiador de vidrios o lustramuebles para limpiar.
• No intente reparar el Masajeador Shiatsu con Vibración para el Cuello.
No hay piezas que necesiten servicio por parte del usuario. Por
servicio, envíe la unidad a la dirección de HoMedics que se detalla en
la sección de garantía.
