HoMedics, Inc., garantiza este producto contra defectos en material y mano de obra durante el período de un año a partir de la fecha original de compra con las excepciones que se detallan a continuación.

Una vez recibido, HoMedics reparará o reemplazará su producto, según lo que sea apropiado y se lo enviará con el franqueo pagado. Si es apropiado reemplazar su producto, HoMedics lo reemplazará con uno igual o comparable, a opción de Homedics. La garantía es válida únicamente a través del Centro de servicio HoMedics. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING DANGERTO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTROCUTION:
•ALWAYS unplug this product immediately after using.
•DO NOT handle the plug with wet hands.
•DO NOT place or store the unit where it can fall or be pulled into a tub, sink or toilet.
•DO NOT reach for a unit that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately.
•DO NOT use while bathing.
•DO NOT place in or drop into water or any other liquid.
WARNING - TO REDUCE THE RISK OF BURNS, ELECTROCUTION, FIRE OR INJURY TO PERSONS:
•A product should never be left unattended when plugged in.
•DO NOT excessively bend or pull the cord. Unplug the cord by grasping the plug—not the cord.
•Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
•Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO NOT use the product for any other purpose.
•DO NOT use attachments not recommended by HoMedics.
PowerDent Oral Irrigator is perfect for cleaning around braces, crowns or bridgework.
This unit can be used with water or your favorite brand of mouthwash.
•DO NOT use outdoors or operate where aerosol products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
•NEVER insert irrigator-tip into or remove it from the universal handle while the product is on.
•NEVER operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if the charging base has been dropped or damaged, or if it has been immersed in water. Return the product to HoMedics service center for examination and repair.
•This product should never be used by any individual suffering from any physical ailment that would limit the user’s capacity to operate the controls.
•This unit should not be used by children or invalids without close supervision.
•NEVER block the air openings of the product or place it on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch, where the air openings may be blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
•NEVER use while sleeping or drowsy.
•NEVER drop or insert any object into any opening or hose.
•Not recommended for children under 3.
•For household use only.
•Fill reservoir with water only unless otherwise specified by manufacturer.

HOW TO USE POWERDENT ORAL IRRIGATOR
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not change the plug in anyway.
1.Plug the cord into any standard electrical outlet. If a wall switch controls the outlet, be sure it is turned on.
2.Remove the reservoir. When removing reservoir use
one hand to firmly hold the base of the unit in place, and with the other hand, lift the reservoir straight up. Fill with lukewarm water. Reinstall the reservoir onto the unit.
Note: Prior to initial use, rinse the unit by letting a full reservoir of water pass through it. If the unit is used with a mouthwash solution, it should be rinsed with clean water after each use to remove any traces of mouthwash. If the unit has not been used for an extended period of time, to maintain hygiene it is recommended that you follow the directions for initial use, letting a full reservoir of water pass through.
3. Select an irrigator tip for your personal use (tips are color-coded for multiple users). Lift the irrigator handle out of the base and attach the irrigator tip to the handle so that the colored tip is facing the same direction as the water stop switch (Figure 1).
4.Adjust the pressure control on the base unit to minimum pressure (turn clockwise) for first-time use. Gradually increase the pressure over time until you find the setting most comfortable to you.
