HoMedics, Inc., garantiza este producto contra defectos en material y

•To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove

this manual. DO NOT use attachments not recommended by
HoMedics.

• DO NOT attempt to stand on or in your HoMedics foot bath.
Use only while seated.

• Ensure that your hands are dry when operating the switch
or removing the plug.

Grounding Instructions

This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or
breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for
the electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This
product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-ground­ing conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be
plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed
and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordi­nances.

DANGER

Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can
result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or
serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly
grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product - if it
will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified
electrician.

This product is for use on a nominal 120-volt circuit, and has a ground­ing plug that looks like the plug illustrated in Figure A. A temporary
adapter that looks like the adapter illustrated in Figure B may be used
to connect this plug to a 2-pole receptacle as shown in Figure D if a
properly grounded outlet is not available. The temporary adapter should
be used only until a properly grounded outlet Figure C can be installed
by a qualified electrician. The green-colored tab extending from the
adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as a properly
grounded outlet box cover. Whenever the adapter is used, it must be
held in place by a metal screw. (See Figures D and E).

water.

• Use appliance on a sturdy or level surface.

• If you have any concerns regarding your health, consult
your doctor before using your HoMedics foot bath.

• Individuals with pacemakers should consult a physician
before using this product.

• In case of pregnancy, diabetes or illness, consult your doc­tor before using massager.

•We recommend using this unit for no longer than 20 min­utes at a time. Extensive use could cause the product to
overheat. Should this occur, discontinue use and allow the
until to cool before operating.

• If you experience pain in a muscle or joint for a prolonged
period of time, discontinue use and consult you doctor.
Persistent pain could be a symptom of a more serious
condition.

• NEVER use any massager on open wounds, discolored
areas, or any area of the body that is swollen, burned,
inflamed or where skin eruptions or sores are present.

• Massage should be pleasant and comfortable. Should pain
or discomfort result, discontinue use and consult your
physician.
