Diese Bedienungsanleitung enthält Informationen und
Hinweise zur Handhabung der Dornpresse
Bitte beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise!
Lesen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme diese Anleitung aufmerksam durch. Der sachgemäße
Umgang wird Ihnen dadurch erleichtert,
Missverständnissen und etwaigen Schäden
wird vorgebeugt.
Durch die ständige Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte
können Abbildungen und Inhalte geringfügig abweichen.

SICHERHEIT
Arbeitsbereich und Boden rund um die
Maschine sauber und frei von Öl, Fett
und Materialresten halten!
Für eine ausreichende Beleuchtung im
Arbeitsbereich der Maschine sorgen!
Die Maschine nicht im Freien verwenden!
Bei Müdigkeit, Unkonzentriertheit
bzw. unter Einfluss von Medikamenten, Alkohol oder Drogen ist das Arbeiten an der Maschine
verboten!
Die Dornpresse darf nur vom eingeschulten Fachpersonal bedient werden. Unbefugte, insbesondere Kinder,
und nicht eingeschulte Personen sind
von der laufenden Maschine fern zu
halten!
Stellen Sie die Dornpresse auf eine
ebene, stabile Fläche.
Beabsichtigen sie eine stationäre Nutzung, empfehlen wir die Dornpresse
durch die Bohrungen (2) zum Untergrund zu befestigen.
Auch bei Einhaltung aller Sicher heitsbestimmungen und
bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung sind folgende
Restrisiken zu beachten:
Quetschgefahr durch den Pressstempel.
Gefahr durch Teile, welche bei nicht stabiler Auflage des
Werkstückes durch die Druckkraft durch den Raum katapultiert werden.

BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Die HOLZMANN Dornpresse eignet sich ideal zum Einpressen von Lagern, Buchsen und anderen Fügearbeiten.
Für eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende Benutzung, für unsachgemäße Bedienung und daraus
resultierende Sachschäden oder Verletzungen
übernimmt HOLZMANN-MASCHINEN keine Haftung
oder Gewährleistung.
BEDIENHINWEISE
Legen Sie das Werkstück stets stabil auf.
Während des Pressvorganges dürfen keine Hände/Finger
in der Nähe des Pressstempels bzw. des Werkstü ckes
sein.
Achten Sie stets auf sicheren Stand der Dornpresse.
WARTUNG / LAGERUNG / ENTSORGUNG
Schützen Sie die Maschine gegen Korrosion. Schmieren
Sie alle 3 Monate die Zahnrad/Zahnstangenkombination.
Lagern Sie die Dornpresse an einem trockenen Ort.
Zur Entsorgung: Führen Sie die Dornpresse einer fach-
gerechten Entsorgung zu.
ERSATZTEILE / GARANTIE
Fordern Sie bei Bedarf Ihre HOLZMANN Ersatzteilliste
direkt beim HOLZMANN Kundendienst an.
Im Fall der Fälle wenden Sie sich bitte mit Ihrem Garantieanspruch mit Kopie des Kaufbeleges an Ihren Fachhändler. Dieser wickelt für Sie die Garantiebearbeitung
mit HOLZMANN MASCHINEN ab.

This manual contains Information and important in structions for the installation and correct use of the arbor
press.
Please read and obey the security instructions!
This manual is part of the machine and may not be
stored separately from the machine. Save it for later
reference and if you let other persons use the machine,
add this instruction to the machine.
Due to constant advancements in product design and

However, if you discover any errors, inform us please

Even when obeying all security and operation instructions there remains a risk when working with arbor
presses:
Risk of crushing injuries through the extrusion ram.
Risk of injury through not stable positioned parts that
get catapulted through the applied pressure.
OPERATION RULES
Always assure yourself that the workpiece is positioned
onto the workpiece underplate in a stable position!
Do not keep any fingers near the extru sion ram during
the pressing process! Do not hold the workpiece during
the pressure process!
Always check, that the arbor press stands solidly.

Assure that the working area is sufficiently lighted!
Don’t use the machine outside!
The use of the machine is forbidden if
you are tired, not concentrated as
well if you are under the influence of
medicaments, alcohol and other
drugs.
The DOP arbor press shall be used
only by trained personnel.
Non authorized personnel, especially
children, shall be kep t away from the
machine!
Operate your arbor press on a dry,
non-slippery, solid and level underground.
If you intend to use the arbor press
stationary in a workshop, we recommend to fix it to the underground via
the two bore holes (2).

The HOLZMANN arbor press is designed to press bearings, bushings and other adjusting wor ks requiring pressure.

Protect your machine against corrosion. Lubricate the
cogwheel cog rod combination every three months.
Store the arbor press in a dry place.
Appropriate disposal: Ask your local a uthorities regard-
ing the appropriate disposal of your arbour press.
SPARE PARTS / WARRANTY
Ask upon request for a spare parts illustration. Contact
for this our Customer Service.
In the case of a warranty claim please contact your
respective HOLZMANN reseller where you bought the
machine from with a copy of the sales receipt. He will
handle you warranty claim with HOLZMANN
MASCHINEN.
