Tento návod na obsluhu obsahuje důležité informace a upozornění k manipulaci a provozu dílen- ského lisu WP 50H / WP 75H / WP 100H.

Tento návod na obsluhu je nedílnou součástí stroje a musí být u něj uchován pro případné poz- dější použití. Pokud stroj předáváte třetí osobě, vždy návod přiložte!

Před prvním použitím si pozorně přečtěte tento návod na obsluhu. To Vám usnadní práci se strojem a pomůže předcházet chybám a případným škodám. Dodržujte bezpečnostní pokyny a dbejte výstrah. Opomíjení bezpečnostních pokynů může vést k vážným škodám na zdraví apod.

5 BEZPEČNOST

5.1 Účel použití stroje

Dílenský lis může být použit pouze v bezvadném technickém stavu, pouze pro povolené účely a osobami poučenými o bezpečnosti práce se strojem! Závady, které by mohly narušit bezpečnost provozu stroje, nechte okamžitě odstranit!

Obecně se zakazuje měnit nebo odstraňovat bezpečnostní výbavu stroje!

Dílenské lisy WP50H / WP75H / WP100H jsou určeny výhradně pro lisování předmětů (kuličková ložiska, ...) a tvarování obrobků.

Za škody a zranění způsobená jiným než ke svému účelu určenému použití stroje nenese společnost HOLZMANN-MASCHINEN jakoukoliv odpovědnost nebo záruku.

5.1.1 Pracovní podmínky

Stroj se smí používat pouze v bezvadném technickém stavu, k určenému účelu a při dodržení všech bezpečnostních pokynů. Závady, které mohou ovlivnit bezpečnost stroje ihned odstraň-

te.

Je obecně zakázáno měnit nebo odstraňovat bezpečnostní prvky stroje. Stroj je určen pro práci za následujících podmínek:

Stroj není určen pro provoz venku. Stroj nesmí být provozován ve výbušném prostředí.

5.2 Nedovolené použití

 Provoz stroje mimo hranice, uvedené v tomto návodu není dovolen.  Nikdy nepřekračujte maximální kapacitu stroje.  Nikdy nepřekračujte maximální zdvih hydraulického válce, jinak může dojít k poškození

stroje.

 Před začátkem lisování zkontrolujte, že je stůl vodorovně nastaven a na všech čtyřech bo-

dech je čepy zajištěn. Provoz bez zajišťovacích čepů je zakázán!

 Svévolná změna konstrukce stroje je zakázána.  Provoz stroje, který 100% neodpovídá způsobu použití, uvedenému v tomto návodu je za-

kázán.

 Stroj nikdy nenechávejte bez dozoru, zvláště jsou–li nablízku děti!

5.3 Všeobecné bezpečnostní pokyny

Varovné štítky a/nebo samolepky, které jsou nečitelné nebo odstraněné, ihned obnovte!

Pracoviště a podlahu kolem stroje udržujte v čistotě a zbavte ji případného oleje, tuku a zbytků od zpracovávaného materiálu!

Zajistěte dostatečné osvětlení pracoviště, kde se stroj nachází!

Nepoužívejte stroj v mokrém nebo vlhkém prostředí a ve venkovních prostorech!

Stroj nepřetěžujte. Při práci dbejte na jistý postoj. Během provozu nepřibližujte ruce k lisovacímu válci Práce se strojem je při únavě, ztrátě koncentrace případně pod vlivem léků, alkoholu

nebo drog přísně zakázána!

Stoupání na stroj je zakázáno! Hrozí těžká zranění při pádu nebo při převrácení stro-

Stroj smí být obsluhován pouze kvalifikovanou obsluhou. Nepovolané osoby a zvláště pak děti se nesmí zdržovat v blízkosti pracujícího stroje!

Pro zabránění vadné funkce stroje, jeho poškození nebo škodám na zdraví dbejte VŽDY následujících pokynů:

Na stroji se nachází pouze několik prvků, které musí být udržovány. Opravy smí provádět pouze autorizovaný servis!

Příslušenství: Používejte pouze příslušenství, doporučené firmou Holzmann!

5.4 Ostatní rizika

I přes dodržování bezpečnostních předpisů a pokynů pro správné použití stroje hrozí další rizika:

 Nebezpečí poranění rukou/prstů od lisovacího nástroje při provozu stroje  Nebezpečí poškození zraku od vymrštěného obrobku nebo jeho částí i při použití ochranných

brýlí

 Nebezpečí zranění vymrštěnými částmi nebo lisovaným obrobkem

Tato rizika je možné minimalizovat při dodržování všech bezpečnostních pokynů, pokynů k údržbě a péči o stroj a při vhodném používání stroje zaškolenou obsluhou.

Přes veškeré ochranné pomůcky a bezpečnostní výbavu stroje jsou Vaše koncentrace na práci a technické předpoklady pro obsluhu stroje tím nejdůležitějším bezpečnostním faktorem!

5.5 Bezpečnostní výstrahy na stroji

 Dbejte na bezpečnostní výstrahy a pravidelně kontrolujte jejich úplnost!  Varovné štítky a/nebo samolepky, které jsou nečitelné nebo na stroji chybí, ihned

obnovte!

Použití ředidel, benzínu, agresivních chemikálií nebo abraziv vede k poškození povrchových

ploch stroje!

Proto platí: Používejte pouze jemné čistící prostředky.

Zvedání a transport stroje smí provádět pouze kvalifikovaný personál, vybavený odpovídajícím zařízením.

6 MONTÁŽ

6.1 Přípravné práce

6.1.1 Obsah dodávky

Po obdržení zásilky zkontrolujte, zda-li jsou všechny její části v pořádku (viz. kap. 4.1). Poškození nebo chybějící části okamžitě oznamte svému prodejci nebo přepravci. Viditelná poškození způso- bená přepravou musejí být neprodleně zaznamenána do dodacího listu. Na pozdější reklamace nebude brán zřetel. Zboží bude považováno za řádně dodané.

6.1.2 Pracoviště

Pro stroj zvolte odpovídající vhodné místo; Dbejte přitom na bezpečnostní požadavky z kapitoly 2. Podlaha musí být rovná, s dostatečnou únosností, odolná vůči vibracím stroje.

Je nutné zajistit dostatečný prostor kolem stroje, nejméně 0.8 m na každou stranu.

6.1.3 Transport / složení stroje

Vyzvednutí stroje z obalu a jeho umístění na pracoviště provádějte pouze zvedací technikou s dostatečnou únosností!

Dbejte na to, aby se zvedací zařízení (jeřáb, vysokozdvižný vozík, zvedací pásy atd.) nacházelo v bezvadném technickém stavu.

K transportu stroje v originálním obalu smí být použito vysokozdvižného vozíku.

6.1.4 Příprava povrchu stroje

Odstraňte konzervační materiál, sloužící jako ochrana proti korozi u nenalakovaných dílů. To pro- věďte běžnými čistícími prostředky. Nepoužívejte ředidlo nebo abrazivní prostředky a v žádném případě nepoužívejte vodu.

6.2 Montáž dílů, demontovaných kvůli transportu

Dílenský lis je dodáván v dřevěné bedně, téměř kompletně smontovaný.

Kvůli transportu je nutné, aby si zákazník sám namontoval podstavec stroje, navilák, čerpadlo s olejovým vedením a tlakoměr.

Uvedení do provozu a montáž smí provádět pouze kvalifikovaný personál! Všechna platná bezpečnostní opatření musí být dodržena!

Před použitím zkontrolujte dotažení všech šroubových spojů a v případě potřeby je dotáhněte.

6.2.1 WP 50H montáž

Upevněte úhelník (01) se 2 držáky (03) vlevo a vpravo na desku sloupku šrou- by (02), podložkami (06), pérovými podložkami (05) a matkami (04).

Upevněte naviják (11) na vnější stranu levého sloupku šrouby (02), podložkami (06), pérovými podložkami (05) a matkami (04), na příčnou desku (34) a zajistěte lanko na kladku.

6.2.2 WP 75H montáž

6.2.3 Montáž čerpadla WP 50H

Upevněte těleso čerpadla (51) na vnější stranu pravého sloupku šrouby (47) a podložkami (48), na dva držáky.

6.2.4 Montáž čerpadla WP 75H

Montáž čerpadla: upevněte těleso čerpadla (57) na desku (49) třemi šrouby (51) a pérovou podložkou (50). Montáž hadice olejového vedení (58): uvolněte zátku hadice (58). Opatrně nasaďte O kroužek (45). Sejměte zátku na lisovacím válci (37). Nasuňte olejovou hadici (58) na lisovací válec (37) a upevněte. Montáž olejového vedení (59): Nasaďte O kroužek (45) do závitu (43), pevně dotáhněte šroubení na PU hadici (AA). Upevněte rukojeť (53) do objímky čerpadla čepem (56) a pevně pootočením dotáhněte, stejně jako rukojeť 2 (54).

Poznámka: před montáží otevřete odvzdušňovací ventil (61), nacházející se na válci.

Těleso čerpadla (80) upevněte na držák sloupku šrouby M12x25 (33) a podložkami Ø12 (31). (viz obr. 1)

Sejměte zátku (93) na vedení oleje (88) tím,

že uříznete asi 10mm hadice (viz obr. 2).

6.2.5 Montáž tlakoměru WP 50 / WP 75H

Odšroubujte zátku (72) a zkontrolujte O kroužek (42). O kroužek pevně dotáhněte tlakoměrem (43.

Spojte olejovou hadici (88) s připojením 1/2 " (94) (viz obr. 3). Po připojení hadice

otevřete ventil olejové nádrže, čímž umožníte průtok oleje. Zkontrolujte těsnost.

Upevněte šroubovou spojku hadice (78, 79)

na koncovky (97,98) (viz obr. 4) Pokyn: Před montáží zkontrolujte, že těsnící

6.3 Před použitím

Před prvním použitím stroj upevněte k podlaze kotvícími šrouby. Stroj musí být upevněn k pevné podlaze a musí být zajištěno dostatečné osvětlení. Před prvním použitím naneste trochu kvalitního mazacího tuku na přípojku nožního ovládacího pedálu a stlačte pedál asi na 3 sekundy, aby se tuk dobře rozprostřel. Tím odstraníte i vzduch z hydraulického systému.

6.3.1 Ruční provoz

Otevřete odvzdušňovací ventil (50) proti směru hodinových ručiček a několikrát zapumpujte čerpadlem, abyste odstranili vzduch z hydraulického systému. Poté ventil opět dotáhněte. Provoz na stlačený vzduch: Otevřete odvzdušňovací ventil na olejové nádrži (50) otočením proti směru hodinových ručiček. Po odvzdušnění uzavřete.

6.3.2 Pneumatický provoz

Spojte pedál ovládání s přívodem stlačeného vzduchu. Nechte čerpadlo chvíli pracovat, abyste ze systému odstranili vzduch.. Zkontrolujte těsnost všech spojů. Pokud jsou nějaké díly poškozeny, nahlaste závadu ihned své-

mu prodejci.

Nebezpečí věcných škod a zranění, způsobených vyvržením obrobku při lisování!

K tomu platí:

 Obrobek vždy řádně připevněte ke stroji a dodržujte bezpečnou vzdálenost od stroje, jakož

i kvalitu obrobku!

7 OBSLUHA

Před zahájením práce zkontrolujte:

 Bezvadný technický stav stroje  Bezvadný stav bezpečnostních prvků stroje

POZOR! Ujistěte se, že jste porozumněli obsluze stroje. Pokud obsluhu stroje neznáte, obraťte se na odborníka nebo absolvujte školení, abyste se s obsluhou stroje dostatečně seznámili!

Zkontrolujte, že lisovací stůl je upevněn k rámu stroje a neleží na něm pouze volně a není držen lankem. Před lisováním musí být lanko stolu uvolněné.

7.1 WP 50H / WP 75H

Položte prizmatický V blok na stůl. Obrobek položte na prizma. Uzavřete hydraulický ventil (4), ve směru otáčení hodinových ručiček, až je pevně uzavřen.

POKYN: Prizmata používejte společně, ne samostatně! Prizmata je možné použít na obou stranách

7.1.1 Ruční provoz

Uzavřete hydraulický ventil, aby čerpadlo pracovalo. Pumpováním vysouváte hydraulický válec proti obrobku. Přisuňte válec až na obrobek.

U lisu WP 75H přisuňte válec až k obrobku rukojetí vpravo (19).

7.1.2 Pneumatický provoz

Umístěte obrobek v prozmatu do jisté a bezpečné pozice. Uzavřete hydraulický ventil. Napojte přívod stlačeného vzduchu na ovládací pedál. Stlačte ovládací pedál a stlačený vzduch přisune lisovací válec k obrobku a stlačí ho. Jakmile je válec na obrobku, můžete odstranit tlakový vzduch a ruční pákou můžete opatrně a pomalu obrobek stlačit. Poté otočením ventilu proti směru hodinových ručiček uvolníte tlak ve válci a poté můžete obrobek vyjmout.

Pokyn: Odpojte přívod tlakového vzduchu k pedálu. POZOR: Před demontáží lisu sjeďte s držákem stolu až úplně dolů.

7.1.3 Stranové posunutí lisovacího válce

4 zajišťovací šrouby desky válce uvolněte a s pomocí nástroje nastavte lisovací válec do strany na požadovanou pouici. Zajišťovací šrouby opět dotáhněte.

7.2 WP 100H

7.2.1 Stranové posunutí lisovacího válce

Ruční kliku (12) nasaďte na hřídel (M1). Klikou (12) otáčejte ve směru hodinových ruči-

ček, válec se pohybuje doleva (směr A). Pokud otáčíte klikou proti směru hodinových ručiček, posouvá se válec doprava (směr B).

7.2.2 Nastavení výšky lisovacího stolu

Kliku (12) nasaďte na naviják (W12).

Zajišťovací čep se zajišťovacím kroužkem odstraňte.

Otáčejte klikou ve směru hodinových ručiček, tím dojde ke

zvednutí stolu (směr A).

Při otáčení klikou proti směru hodinových ručiček stůl posunujete dolů. (směr B)

Nastavete lisovací stůl (19) do požadované výšky, poté zasuňte zajišťovací čepy (21do otvorů v rámu a zajistěte je zajišťovacími kroužky - závlačkami (22). (obr. 6 a 7)

V souladu s pracovními podmínkami se může ob-

sluha rozhodnout, kterou stranou položí prizmatický V blok na stůl. Položte prizmatické bloky na stůl ve stejné vzdálenosti.

Pokyn: K zamezení sklouznutí prizmatických bloků ze stolu, upevněte je 4 dodanými šrouby (B1) do připravených otvorů (Obr. 8)

7.2.3 Ruční provoz

Pro rukojeť čerpadla (50) jsou připraveny dvě ob- jímky. Jedna na horní a druhá na spodní straně

čerpadla.

Horní slouží pro vysoký tlak a pomalý posuv.

Spodní je pro nízký tlak a rychlý posuv.

Rukojeť se používá pro obě polohy.

A): Při použití vysokotlakého čerpadla zasuňte ru- kojeť (50) do objímky (31) nahoře.

B): při provozu nízkotlakého čerpadla zasuňte rukojeť (50) do spodní objímky (43). Dbejte na obr. 9.

7.2.4 Nastavení volící páky

Pootočte volící pákou (99) do polohy 2.

7.2.5 Vysunutí a zasunutí válce WP 100H

Vysunutí válce

K vysunutí může dojít buď ručně nebo stlačeným vzduchem.

Provoz se stlačeným vzduchem

Připojte stlačený vzduch na ovládací pedál (P52). (Obr.

11)

chovým válcem (P35) rychle ven. Pokud je válec pod tlakem, dojde k zastavení vzduchového válce (P35). Lisovací válec (P23) pokračuje dále pomalu.

Ruční provoz

Rukojeť (50) nasaďte do nízkotlaké objímky, jako v bodu 8.2.3 (B). Poté pumpujte k rychlému vysunutí lisovacího válce.

Poté nasaďte rukojeť (50) do vysokotlaké objímky, jako v bodu 8.2.3 (A). poté pumpujte pro po- malé vysunutí lisovacího válce s vysokým tlakem.

Obsluha může použít buď stlačený vzduch, nebo ruční ovládání.

Pokud pracujete se stlačeným vzduchem, NIKDY nepracujte současně s nízkým tlakem ručního ovládání.

Zasunutí lisovacího válce

Můžete provést buď stlačeným vzduchem nebo ručně.

Provoz se stlačeným vzduchem

Připojte stlačený vzduch (P52) na ovládací pedál. (Obr. 11) Nastavte volící páku(99) do polohy 1. (Obr. 10) Stlačte pedál (54), vzduchový válec začne pracovat (P35) a lisovací válec (P23) se posune rychle zpět.

Ruční ovládání

Rukojeť (50) zasuňte do nízkotlaké objímky, jako v bodu 8.2.3 (B). Pumpujte rukojetí a lisovací válec se rychle zasune zpět. Rukojeť (50) zasuňte do vysokotlaké objímky 8.2.3 (A). Pumpujte rukojetí a lisovací válec se pomalu zasouvá zpět.

Obsluha může lisovací válec zasunout buď ručně nebo stlačeným vzduchem.

Pokud pracujete se stlačeným vzduchem, NIKDY nepracujte současně s nízkým tlakem ručního ovládání.

Při nenadálém uvedení stroje do provozu může dojít k věcným škodám a zraněním!

8 ÚDRŽBA

Stroj je nenáročný na údržbu a pouze několik málo dílů vyžaduje z hlediska údržby pozornost

obsluhy.

Poruchy nebo závady, které mohou ovlivnit bezpečnost, nechte okamžitě odstranit. Opravy smí provádět pouze kvalifikovaný personál.

Lis čistěte vždy jemnými neabrasivními čistícími prostředky a po vyčištění lis řádně vysušte. Řád- né a pravidelné čištění stroje zaručuje jeho dlouhou životnost a je předpokladem pro bezpečný provoz. Nikdy nepoužívejte k čištění prostředky jako benzin, petrolej, sodu apod.

Pravidelně kontrolujte bezvadný a čitelný stav výstražných a bezpečnostních štítků stroje. Před každým použitím stroje zkontrolujte jeho bezvadný stav. Uskladnění stroje je možné pouze v suchém prostředí a musí být zajištěn proti vlivu počasí. Zajis-

těte, aby byl píst ve zpětné poloze a v hydraulickém systému nebyl žádný vzduch. Při pozici pístu ve zpětné poloze otevřete zpětný ventil a několikrát stiskněte páčku čerpadla.

Všechny pohyblivé části stroje naolejujte v pravidelných intervalech (po 100 hodinách). Pokud se snižuje lisovací síla, odvzdušněte hydraulický systém.

Kontrola hydraulického oleje: Vyšroubujte zátku na horní straně olejové nádržky a pokud výška oleje není dostatečná, doplňte hydraulickým olejem (ISO6743) Poté šroub opět dotáhněte a systém odvzdušněte několikanásobným zapumpováním.

Závady nechte opravit odborným technikem Opravy smí provádět pouze vyškolený personál!

8.1 Denní údržba

Váš dílenský lis nevyhazujte po skončení jeho životnosti do běžného odpadu. Pro informace k likvidaci stroje kontaktujte příslušný místní úřad.

V případě, že u svého prodejce zakoupíte nový stroj, je tento povinen zajistit li- kvidaci starého stroje.

Recyklovatelné materiály mohou být po vytřídění a v čistém stavu zrecyklovány.

Dear Customer!

This manual contains Information and important instructions for the installation and correct use of the shop press WP 50H / WP 75H / WP 100H. This manual is part of the machine and shall not be stored separately from the machine. Save it for later reference and if you let other persons use the machine, add this instruction manual to the machine.

Please read and obey the security instructions!

Before first use read this manual carefully. It eases the correct use of the machine and prevents misunderstanding and damages of machine and the user’s health.

12 SAFETY

12.1 Intended use

The workshop press may only be used in technically perfect condition and intended purpose, and danger! Disorders, which may affect the safety, be immediately resolved! It is generally forbidden to modify safety equipment of the machine or to make ineffective!

The Workshop Press WP 50H / WP 75H / WP 100H are exclusively for press in articles (ball bearings, ...) and deformation of materials provided. For a different or additional use and resulting damage or injury takes HOLZMANN MACHINES no responsibility or warranty.

12.1.1 Ambient conditons

The machine may be operated:

The machine shall not be operated outdoors or in wet or damp areas. The machine shall not be operated in areas exposed to increased fire or explosion haz-

ard.

12.2 Prohibited use

 The operation of the machine under conditions outside of this manual on given lim-

its is not allowed.

 Never exceed the maximum capacity of the press.  Never exceed the maximum stroke of the hydraulic cylinder, otherwise the unit

may be damaged or parts thereof.

 Before starting the pressing process ensures that the press table was aligned hori-

zontally and secured to the frame bolts on all 4 mounting points. Use without bolts is prohibited!

 Any changes in the design of the machine is not permitted.  The operation of the machine in a manner or for purposes which are not equivalent

to the instructions of this manual to 100%, is prohibited.

 Never leave the machine never, especially not when children are around!

12.3 Security Instructions

Missing or non-readable security stickers have to be replaced immediately! To avoid malfunction, machine defects and injuries, read the following security instructions!

Keep your work area dry an tidy! An untidy work area may cause accidents. Avoid slippery floor.

Make sure the work area is lighted sufficiently

Do not use the machine outdoors! Avoid abnormal working postures! Make sure you stand squarely and keep balance

at all times. Always stay focused when working. Reduce distortion sources in your work-ing environment. The operation of the machine when being tired, as well as under the influence of alcohol, drugs or concentration influencing medicaments is forbidden.

Do not climb onto the machine!

The shop press shall be operated by respectively trained persons only. Do not allow other persons, particularly children, to touch the machine. Keep them

away from your work area. Make your workshop childproof.

Wear suitable work clothes! Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery as they might get caught in moving parts and cause severe accidents! Wear a hair net if you have long hair.

When working on the machine with the workpiece is a protective gear

The machine does not require extensive maintenance. Repairing shall be performed by trained professionals only.

12.4 Residual risk factors

Even if the machine is used as required it is still impossible to eliminate certain residual risk factors totally. The following hazards may arise in connection with the machine´s construction and design:

 Risk of injury to the hands / fingers through the press during operation.  Risk of injury to the eye by flying debris, even with goggles.  Injury from catapulted workpieces or parts of workpieces.

This risk factors can be minimized through obeying all security and operation instructions, proper machine maintenance, proficient and appropriate operation by persons with technical knowledge and experience.

Do not use solvents based on nitrite, aggressive solvents like break cleaners or scrubbing agents!

These damage the machine surface.

The transport and the lifting of the machine shall be performed by qualified and respectively trained persons only.

13 ASSEMBLY

13.1 Initial activities

13.1.1 Delivery content

Please check the product contents immediately after receiving for any eventual transport damage or missing parts. Claims from transport damage or missing parts must be placed immediately after initial machine receipt and unpacking before putting the machine into operation. Please understand that later claims cannot be accepted anymore.

13.1.2 Workplace requirements

The workplace has to fulfill the requirements stated in section 13. The ground has to be even, in level and hard. It must be suitable at least to weight it with double

weight per square meter than the machines net weight. The chosen workplace must have access to a suitable electric supply net hat complies with the

machines requirements. The machine must be placed in a way that at least 0.8m room free space around the machine. For longer workpieces sufficient additional place before and behind the machine should be calcu-

lated.

13.1.3 Transport

The machine can be transported in package with a forklift. The machine is very heavy. The machine shall be lifted from crate with a suitable lifting device

only that is certified to be able to carry the machines load.

13.1.4 Preparation of the surfaces

Uncoated metal machine parts have been insulated with a greasy layer to inhibit corrosion. This layer has to be removed. You can use standard solvents that do not damage the machine sur-

face.

13.2 Mounting the transport dismantled parts

The workshop press is basically delivered fully assembled. The workshop press comes in a wooden box wrapped in principle assembled. For transport reasons, the mounting base, the winch, the pump construction group with oil pipes, the pressure gauge will be fitted by the customer.

The machine must be installed only by qualified personnel and put into operation! All relevant safety regulations must be strictly adhered to

Check before commissioning all screw connections and tighten them if necessary.

13.2.1 WP 50H Assembly

Disassemble the hex bolt M12*30 (30), washer Ø12 (27), spring washer Ø12 (31), hex nut M12 (32) from part A of the press frame body. Then assemble the base to the body frame by the above parts.

Move the hand winch (11) to the outside of the post, then use bolt (02), washer (06), lock washer (05), and nut (04) which were dismantled just now to twist tight and fix to the relevant roller

13.2.3 Pump assembling WP 50H

Move the pump assy (51) to the outside of the post, use bolt (47) and washer (48) which dismantled just now to twist tight on the right connecting plate (34)

13.2.4 Pump assembling WP 75H

Pump assemble: attach the pump assy (57) to pump setting plate (49) by using three bolts (51) and lock washer (50) and twist tight.

Oil hose 1 assemble: dismantle the plug from oil hose 1 (58) then assemble the o-ring(45), also dismantle the plug from ram assy (37), connect the oil hose 1 (58) to ram assy (37) and twist tight.

Oil hose 2 assemble: attach the o-ring (45) to gauge fitting (43), then put the oil hose

13.2.5 Pressure gauge assembling WP 50 / WP 75H

Assemble the nylon ring (42) to gauge fitting (43), then put the pressure gauge (41) and twist tight. Remark: twist as tight as possible, otherwise it will be leak. Attach the gauge fitting to the suitable upper cross beam and twist bolt (60), dismantle the plug screw of Junction rod (46) after adjust and tight the gauge direction. Attach the Junction rod (46) to the gauge fitting (43) and twist tight

Fix the pump assy. (80) to the body frame by using

hex bolt M12X25(33) and spring washer Ø12 (31).

To avoid oil spillage from the oil hose (88), a plug (93) has been added in the oil hose when packing. To remove the plug, cut the oil hose with the plug about 10mm length. (refer to fig.2)

13.3 Before the commissioning

Before the first use, please fix the machine to the floor by anchor bole. It must be ensured that the standing surface of the machine site is firm and horizontal, and that sufficient lighting is provided for.

Clean the machine thoroughly Before first use of this product, pour a teaspoon of good quality, air tool lubricant into the air supply inlet of the lift control valve, connect to air supply to air supply and operate for 3 seconds to evenly distribute lubricant.

13.3.1 Purge away air from the hydraulic system

Manual operation system: open the release valve (50) by turning it counterclockwise. Pump several full stokes to eliminate any air in the system.

13.3.2 Air operating system

open the release valve (50) by turning it counterclockwise. Connect the quick coupler-male into the air supply hose quick coupler-female, then turn on the air valve(52) letting the pump work for several times to eliminate any air in the system.

Check all parts and conditions, if there is any part broken, stop using it and contact your supplier immediately

14 OPERATION

Before starting work:

 General technical condition of the machine  Safety devices in place and in order

WARNING! Make sure that you understand the basic operation of a shop press. Consult an ap-

propriate professional or visit the training if you orderly use of a shop press not know or understand!

Make sure that the entire platen rests on the frame and is not held by the winds. The winch must be loosened and the winch cable must be loose.

14.1 WP 50H / WP 75H

Place the V-prism blocks on the press table. Then, place the workpiece on the V-prism block. Connect the hydraulic valve (4) by this in a clockwise direction until it is closed permanently.

Note: The prisms blocks together and not individually use! The prismatic blocks can be used from both sides

14.1.1 Manual Operation

Connect the hydraulic valve so that the pump works. Pump through the cylinder approaching the workpiece. Pump handle with pipe directly onto the workpiece. When WP 75H contact lever right side (19) for high pressure on the workpiece.

14.1.2 Pneumatic Operation

Place the work piece in a secure safe position on the V-prism edition. Close hydraulic valve. Connect the pneumatic foot control with compressed air hose at the air port. Press the foot control and the press cylinder now burdened the workpiece. If the press cylinder on the workpiece, you can press down upon prior removal of compressed air to the handle tube slowly and carefully to the workpiece. By turning the hydraulic valve counterclockwise in small increments, you relieve the pressure cylinder.

After the cylinder has fully retracted, remove the workpiece Note: Disconnect the compressed air supply from the air.

NOTE: Lower the front of the press dismantling the entire table support all the way down

14.1.3 Press cylinder sideways

The 4 screws holding the plate pressing cylinder open and the press cylinder position it centrally over the workpiece. Following screws tighten.

Insert the handle (12) to the worm connecting shaft (M1)

Turning the handle clockwise, and the ram moves left (Direction A).

Make the press table (19) to the correct height, then insert the safety pin (21). In the holes in the frame and lock with snap rings (22) (Figs. 5 and 6)

When the handle lever (99) in position 1, the piston rod is returning

When the lever (99) in position 2, the piston rod is stopping moving

When the handle lever (99) in position 3, the piston rod is extending

On the working conditions, the operator can decide which side of the V-block is to be placed on the press table. Place the V-blocks in the same distance on the press table Note: To prevent the arrest and slipping on the press table, attach the supplied 4 Bolts (B1) in the V-prism blocks (Fig. 7)

14.2.3 Manual operation

There are 2 handle sockets, one on top and one on the bottom of the pump, the upper one is for high pressure and low speed; and the lower one is for low pressure and faster speed. One handle tube is used for both pumps.

A): When operating the high pressure pump, insert the handle tube (50) into the handle socket (31) as shown in above fig.

B): When operating the low pressure pump, please insert the handle tube (50) into the socket (43). Please refer to the fig.

14.2.5 Piston´s extension and retraction WP 100H

Extending the Ram

can be operated either manually or by air.

Operating by air:

Connecting the air hose (P52) of air foot valve to the compressor. (fig 9)

Turn the handle lever (99) of socket valve to position 3. (fig 8)

Depress the air foot valve (P54), when the piston rod is not under load, the air motor (P23) and air motor (P35) working together, then the piston rod extending quickly. When the piston rod is under load, the air motor (P35) stopping working, and only the air motor (P23) is working, then the piston rod will extend slowly.

Operating manually

Insert the handle tube (50) to the low pressure socket as process 15.2.3 (B) . then pump the handle and extend the piston rod for quicker operation of the ram.

Insert the handle tube (50) to the high pressure socket as process 15.2.3 (A). then pump the handle and extend the piston rod for slower operation of the ram.

The operator can extend the piston rod either by air according to process 16.1.1 or manually according to process

Please note that when you operate by air, NEVER operate manually according to process 16.1.2.1 (Manual Low Pressure) at the same time.

Retracting the Ram

can be operated manually or by air.

Operated by air

Connecting the air hose (P52) of air foot valve to the compressor. (fig 9) Turn the handle lever (99) of socket valve to position 1. (fig 8) Depress the air foot valve (54), then the air motor (23) and air motor (P35) work together, and

the piston rod returns quickly. Operating manually: Insert the handle tube (50) to the low pressure socket as process 15.2.3 (B) . pumping the

handle returns the piston rod quickly. Insert the handle tube (50) to the high pressure socket as process 15.2.3 (A) . pumping the

handle returns the piston rod slowly. The operator can retract the piston rod either by air according to process or manually according

to process

Please note that when you operate by air, NEVER operate manually according to process (Manual Low Pressure) at the same time.

To stop the movement of the piston rod: stop pumping the handle tube (50) or release the air foot valve (P54), the piston rod will stop moving. Then turn the handle lever (99) of selector valve to position 2. (fig 8)

15 MAINTENANCE

The machine does not require extensive maintenance. If malfunctions and defects occur, let it be serviced by trained persons only. Clean your machine regularly after every usage – it prolongs the machines lifespan and is a prerequisite for a safe working environment. Before first operation as well as later on every 100 operation hours you should lubricate all connecting parts (if required, remove beforehand with a brush all swarfs and dust). Check regularly the condition of the security stickers. Replace them if required. Check regularly the condition of the hydraulic system.

Store the machine in a closed, dry location. The machine is low maintenance and is low in parts of the maintenance operator must undergo.

Repair jobs shall be performed by respectively trained professionals only!

After each workshift:

Clean the machine entirely.

Tímto prohlašujeme, že výše uvedený typ stroje splňuje bezpečnostní a zdravotní požadavky norem EU. Toto prohlášení ztrácí svou platnost, pokud by došlo ke změnám nebo úpravám stroje, které námi nebyly

odsouhlaseny.

Hereby we declare that the above mentioned machines meet the essential safety and health requirements of the above stated EC directives. Any manipulation or change of the machine not being explicitly authorized by us in advance renders this document null and void.

20 ZÁRUČNÍ PODMÍNKY

(stav k 24.02.2014)

Záruční požadavky kupujícího vyplývající z kupní smlouvy a uplatněné u prodejce (obchodní zastoupení firmy Holzmann) stejně jako práva vyplývající z legislativy příslušné země zůstávají tímto prohlášením nedotčeny.

Pro tento stroj platí následující záruční podmínky:

A) Záruka zahrnuje bezplatné odstranění veškerých vad stroje, za předpokladu splnění podmínek dle bodů (B-G), které

omezují správnou funkci stroje a jsou způsobeny vadou materiálu nebo výrobní vadou.

B) Záruční doba je 12 měsíců, u komerčního použití 6 měsíců od dodání zboží prvnímu kupujícímu. K reklamaci předlož-

te originální doklad o dodání zboží a kupní doklad v případě vlastního odběru zboží.

C) Pro nahlášení reklamace kontaktujte obchodní zastoupení společnosti HOLZMANN, u kterého jste výrobek pořídili a

předložte následující doklady:

 Kupní doklad/nebo doklad o dodávce zboží  Vyplněný Servisní formulář s hlášením vady

Při požadavku na dodání náhradního dílu kopii výkresu náhradních dílů s vyznačením potřebného dílu.



D) Průběh řešení reklamace a místo plnění určuje společnost HOLZMANN GmbH.

Snadno odstranitelné vady budou odstraněny obchodním zastoupením, u rozsáhlejších vad si vyhrazujeme právo na odborné posouzení na adrese sidla firmy č. 4707 Haslach, Österreich. Pokud není v servisní smlouvě explicitně uvedeno jinak, platí, že místem pro vyřízení reklamace je sídlo společnosti HOLZMANN-MASCHINEN na adrese 4707 Haslach, Österreich. Tato záruka výrobce nekryje případné náklady na přepravu zboží do sídla firmy.

E) Výluky ze záruky:

 Na díly, které vykazují známky opotřebení a při vadách stroje, které jsou následkem běžného opotřebení.  Při nevhodné nebo nedbalé montáži stroje, chybného uvedení do provozu příp. nevhodného připojení k elektrické

síti.

 Při nedodržení pokynů pro obsluhu stroje, nevhodném použití, nestandardních podmínkách prostředí,

nevhodných podmínkách pro provoz, nedostatečné údržbě a péči o stroj atd.

 Při použití a/nebo zamontování neoriginálních dílů a příslušenství nebo při dodatečných úpravách, které nejsou

schváleny společností HOZMANN.

 U zanedbatelných odchylek výrobku od jeho popisu, přičemž tyto nemají vliv na hodnotu nebo použití stroje pro

dané účely.

- Při překročení zátěže stroje. Zejména při vadách způsobených přetížením stroje z důvodu jeho vytížení pro ko-

merční účely, pro které tento stroj nebyl zkonstruován.

F) V rámci této záruky jsou další nároky kupujícího nad rámec plnění uvedeného v tomto dokumentu vyloučeny.

Tyto záruční podmínky přijímá kupující ze svobodné vůle. Tato záruka vylučuje případné prodloužení záruční doby, a

to i na náhradní díly

SERVIS

Po uplynutí záruční doby mohou být opravy realizovány i u neautorizovaných servisních firem.

K dispozici je Vám samozřejmě i nadále servis společnosti HOLZMANN-Maschinen GmbH. V takovém případě uplatněte Vaše nezávazné poptávky/reklamace s údaji dle bodu C) na náš zákaznický servis nebo nám

pošlete vyplněný přiložený servisní formulář.

21 GUARANTEE TERMS

(applicable from 21.03.2013)

Please consult our troubleshooting section for initial problem solving. Feel free to contact your HOLZMANN reseller or us for Customer Support!

Warranty claims based on your sales contract with your HOLZMANN retailer, including your statutory rights, shall not be affected by this guarantee declaration. HOLZMANN-MASCHINEN grants guarantee according to following conditions: A) The guarantee covers the correction of deficiencies to the tool/machine, at no charge, if it can be verified adequately

that the deficiencies were caused by a material or manufacturing fault.

B) The guarantee period lasts 12 months, and is reduced to 6 months for tools in commercial use. The guarantee peri-

od begins from the time the new tool is purchased from the first end user. The starting date is the date on the original delivery receipt, or the sales receipt in the case of pickup by the customer.

C) Please lodge your guarantee claims to your HOLZMANN reseller you acquired the claimed tool from with following

information: >> Original Sales receipt and/or delivery receipt >> Service form (see next page) filed, with a sufficient deficiency report >> for spare part claims: a copy of the respective exploded drawing with the required spare parts being marked clear

and unmistakable. D) The Guarantee handling procedure and place of fulfillment is determined according to HOLZMANNs sole discretion in

accordance with the HOLZMANN retail partner. If there is no additional Service contract made including on-site ser-

vice, the place of fulfillment is principally the HOLZMANN Service Center in Haslach, Austria. Transport charges for sendings to and from our Service Center are not covered in this guarantee. E) The Guarantee does not cover:

- Wear and tear parts like belts, provided tools etc., except to initial damage which has to be claimed immediately

after receipt and initial check of the machine.

- Defects in the tool caused by non-compliance with the operating instructions, improper assembly, insufficient

power supply, improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, inappropriate operating conditions, overload or insufficient servicing or maintenance.

- Damages being the causal effect of performed manipulations, changes, additions made to the machine.

- Defects caused by using accessories, components or spare parts other than original HOLZMANN spare parts.

- Slight deviations from the specified quality or slight appearance changes that do not affect functionality or value

of the tool.

- Defects resulting from a commercial use of tools that - based on their construction and power output - are not

designed and built to be used within the frame of industrial/commercial continuous load.

F) Claims other than the right to correction of faults in the tool named in these guarantee conditions are not covered by

our guarantee. G) This guarantee is voluntary. Therefore Services provided under guarantee do not lengthen or renew the guarantee period for the tool or the replaced part.

SERVICE

After Guarantee and warranty expiration specialist repair shops can perform maintenance and repair jobs. But we are still at your service as well with spare parts and/or machine service.
