eSCAN – THE HANDY BARCODE SCANNER

User manual

The eScan 2006 mobile data collector (OPN-2006) reads
order barcodes and automatically transmits them to the
Hoffmann Group eShop.
Scan the barcode, then connect the scanner to your PC using
the USB cable supplied. The scanner appears under “Workplace”:

Double click on it to show the scanner directory:

Double click on “Hoffmann.exe” to start data transmission to
the Hoffmann Group eShop; subsequent processing then takes
place directly within the eShop.

The configuration window opens alongside the web browser:

packaging or on the product.

 Or scan from your own barcode

list (which you can create in the
Hoffmann Group eShop).

Send the order

 Quantities and articles can be

edited in the shopping basket
before being sent.

Dock the scanner into the PC by USB

 Use as a USB mass storage device.
 No software required.
 Double click the scanned articles

to transmit them to the eShop.
