Construction:
1. Stick the 2 pieces of main wings symmetrical with 502 glue.
2. Put 2 pieces of carbon rods with 990mm length and 2mm diameter into the slot of aircraft wing's top and bottom surface.
3. Stick the two carbon rods in the top and bottom to the aircraft wing with 502 glue to enforce the aircraft wing's strength.
4. Put 2 pieces of carbon rods with the length of 780mm into the slot of fuselage's stiffener, pay attention to the right and left direction.
5. Stick the stiffener to the body of aircraft with foam glue, the fuselage should keep straight.
6.. Connect carbon rod with stiffener with 502 glue after the stiffener has been adherent to the fuselage firmly.
7. Check fuselage to make sure it is straight before the glue solidifies totally.
8. Insert the aircraft wing into body of aircraft ( as illustrated in the picture ) .
9. Before sticking the top surface to the body of aircraft please check the right and left position of the aircraft wing to see whether they are symmetrical.
10. Stick wood strips of landing gear with 502 glue, please make sure the slot for landing gear should be kept upward.
11. Stick the wood accessories of the landing gear to the fuselage with 502 glue.
12. Drop the 502 glue into the junction of lower surface of aircraft wing and the body of aircraft.
13. Put 2 pieces of long wood strip into the 330*4 slot.
14. Stick it with 502 glue.
15. Put the horizontal tail into the fuselage and stick them to make sure they are symmetrical.
16. Assemble the main aircraft wing and horizontal tail correctly, and make sure A=B as well C=D.
17. Stick one plastic servo horn to the vertical tail with 502 glue and make sure the distance between servo horn and the lower part of the vertical tail should be 92mm.
18. Cut a slot in the edge of vertical tail with craft knife, insert half-size of the 4 pieces of paper hinge into the stick, then stick them with 502 glue.
19. Cut a slot in the fuselage after insert the paper hinge, stick them with 502 glue.
20. Stick the plastic servo horn to the position illustrated in the picture.
21. Cut a servo hole in the fuselage and make sure the servo hole is at a distance of 13cm from tail angle.
22. Connect servo connecting rod carbon rod to steel wire with hot shrink tube.
23. Make sure the angel between connecting rod and servo arm should be vertical. After adjust the length of connecting rod, drop 502 glue into the seam of hot shrink tube to stick.
24. Stick the wood strips of motor mount with 502 glue.
25. Inset the head of fuselage then stick it with 502 glue. 26. Put landing gear steel wire into the hot shrink tube after it fixed with wheel, then stick the tube with 502 glue.
27. Insert the landing gear into the fuselage, then insert the wood stave into the se<am then stick with 502 glue.
28. Fix the motor to Plywood Motor Mount with self-Tapping Screws.
29. Refer to the position of receiver
30. The centre of gravity should be 120-130mm from the front edge of aircraft wing.
31. We suggest that you add 1- 2 degrees of right-thrust, which can be achieved by adding one washer or two behind the top and right side of the motor (between the motor and the motor mount). When set properly, the trim for the elevator and the rudder should be neutral. Fine-tune the down-thrust and right-thrust until this trim is achieved. When doing flight test, we suggest you should keep the flight balance according to the centre of gravity we recommend. When doing 3D flight test, you can move slightly the centre of gravity backward.
General flight: Aileron: 20 degrees, Elevator: 20 degrees, Rudder: 20 degrees. 3D flight: Aileron : 45-55 degrees, Elevator: 45-60 degrees, Rudder: 45-60 degrees.
Seek Assistance: If you are a beginner in the R/C field, we suggest you turn to an
experienced pilot for help with the first few flights.
