SELLING FEATURES
SmartChill: Controls temperature, chilling process,
hold mode, and unit defrost. Air temperature and air flow is controlled by SmartChill to achieve rapid chilling without product freezing.
BUILT-IN PRINTER: Promotes HACCP record keeping. 30-day memory. Report can be printed and charted for each probe for each cycle, which will document beginning product temperature, product temperature every five minutes during the chill cycle, and ending chill cycle product temperature.
THREE SMART PROBES
on automatically when placed in the product to monitor actual food temperatures during the chill cycle. SmartChill controls the refrigeration system through the probe temperature to achieve 37°F product temperature as rapidly as possible. SmartChill will switch to the hold mode automatically at the end of the chill cycle. Probes are removable for cleaning. The desired target chill temperature can be adjusted.
THREE CHILLING MODES:
PRODUCT
1
: With SmartChill the chef or operator
can preset the parameters for a chilling cycle and store it under the products name. To chill that product the operators simply selects it by name. Seventy-five names are preset in the system
TEMPERATURE: With SmartChill the operator places the smart probe into the product and selects chill by temperature. The smart probe turns on automatically and the system chills the product to the preset chill temperature.
TIME: With SmartChill the operator places the product into the Quick Chill and inputs the chill time. When the preset time has expired the unit automatically goes into the hold mode.
MUTIPLE PRODUCT CHILLING: SmartChill allows the Chilling of multiple products simultaneously. The operator places the product into the Quick Chill inserts the smart probe and selects begin chill. He can then place a second product into unit, insert the probe, select add product, and it begins its separate chill. With the HQC90 up to three different products can be chilled simultaneously.

: Supplied with unit turn
FOOD EQUIPMENT
VARIABLE TARGET CHILL TEMPERATURE: Unit can be set to Chill product to anywhere from 33°F to 40°F. Factory set target chill temperature is 37°F.
AUDIO INDICATION WHEN CHILL CYCLE IS COMPLETE: A signal will sound for two minutes after
each probe has reached its target temperature.
AUTOMATIC DEFROST: Unit defrosts automatically in hold mode. Manual defrost is available during heavy use periods between cycles.
BUILT-IN HOT GAS CONDENSATE REMOVAL:
No floor drain or auxiliary condensate heater system is required on self-contained units. Hot gas condensate removal system reduces electrical operating costs and reduces maintenance costs.
HIGH VOLUME AIR MOVEMENT: Three fan assemblies create a high volume circular air pattern from front to back of the cabinet to assure air flow around each pan, promoting rapid chilling.
PAN TYPE FLEXIBILITY: Shelves can accommodate 12" x 20" x 24" pans or 18" x 26" sheet pans.
