COMPACT SPACE SAVING DESIGN: 13.1 cubic
foot capacity in a cabinet that fits into a space 48"
wide x 30" deep x 35

CUS48 - 12 pan, CUS48 - 10 pan, and CUS48 - 8

ATTRACTIVE DURABLE FINISH: 22 gauge #430
stainless steel top, front and sides. DuraFinish
interior.
REAR MOUNTED CONDENSING UNIT: Provides
maximum storage capacity inside unit. Condensing
unit is serviceable from the back of the unit.
HOT GAS CONDENSATE REMOVAL: Eliminates
the requirement for a floor drain, and eliminates the
requirements for an electric condensate heater.
ZERO CLEARANCE: Zero clearance acceptable on
top, back, and sides of unit. Units require only space
underneath and to the front of the unit to breathe,
saving expensive and critical floor space.

need for door heaters on the CU48 refrigerator and
CUS48 sandwich prep table and reduces electrical
operating costs and maintenance usually required
on door heaters.
