Thank you for choosing H.Koenig Blender. In order to let the product better working for
you, please read the instruction before using it. Please put away well the instruction after
reading for consulting in lat er days.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
- Read all the instructions before using the appliance. Keep these instructions for
future reference.
- Misuse or improper handling may cause problems in the appliance and cause
injury to the user.
- The unit shall only be used for the purpose for which it has been designed. No
liability shall be accepted for damages arising from misuse or improper handling.
- Before plugging in the appliance to the mains, check whether the supply and
voltage corresponds to those indicated on the bottom of the appliance.
- Do not put the appliance or the power plug in water or any other liquids. In the
event of the appliance falling in water, disconnect immediately from the mains
supply and take it to an authorised service agent for repair before reusing. Electric
shock hazard exists.
- Do not attempt to open the blender motor casing. Do not insert any type o f object in
the blender motor casing.
- Do not use the appliance with wet hands, on a wet floor or in a damp environment.
- Do not hold the power plug with wet or damp hands.
- Regularly check whether the plug or Power cord is damaged. If damaged, contact
the manufacturer or an authorised service agent to have the power cord and the
plug replaced in order to prevent hazards.
- Do not use the appliance, if the power cord or the plug is damaged or if the unit
falls on the floor or if it has been damaged in any other way. In such cases, return
the unit to the technical service centre to check and repair if necessary.
- Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. Electric shock hazard exists.
- Do not leave the power cord hanging from sharp edges and keep away from hot
objects and flames.
- Place the unit on firm, level, heat resistant surface, keeping it away from open
flames (like a gas oven) and keep out of the reach of children.
- This appliance is not suitable for commercial use or for outdoor use.
- Unplug the appliance when not in use and also unplug before cleaning.
- Caution: the appliance is in stand-by mode while it remains connected to the mains
supply. Keep out of reach of children or persons requiring supervision.
- Switch off the unit before disconnecting the power plug.
- Use only the manufacturer’s spare parts.
- Never move the unit by pulling the power cord.
- Do not remove individual components from the blender motor casing.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an
authorised service agent or by a qualified technician, to prevent hazards.
- Unless supervised by an adult, children or other persons whose physical, sensory
or mental condition prevents them from using the appliance safely are not
permitted to use this product. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not
play with the product.
- Always use the blender with the lid securely in place.
- Caution: blades are very sharp, care must be taken when use the unit or clean it.
- This device is not intended for use by persons with reduced capacity on the
physical, mental or sensory or lack of experience and knowledge (including
children), unless he has them was asked to monitor or if they hav e had i nstructions
on the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children
should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the device.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with an after-sales service to
avoid any danger.

ASSEMBLY AND USE
1. Make sure the unit is switched o f f and do not plug in before assembling.
2. Then fix the glass jar on to the motor base and make sure it is securely fixed to the
base.
3. Fill the glass jar with the food you w ish to b lend an d make sur e the j ar does not overflow
with liquid. The maximum capac ity of liquid should not exceed 1500 ml.
4. Never use the unit with out putting food in the jar.
5. Place the lid securely on t he gla ss jar.
6. Insert the measuring cup in the opening of t he lid and tur n counter-clockwise to lock it in
position.
HOW TO OPERATE THE BLENDER
1.
Before using the blender, you must clean the glass jar with hot water as
follows:
a) Turn the speed selector switch to position “OFF” in order to make sure the unit is turned
off.
b) Remove the lid with measuring cup
c) Fill 700-1000ML hot water into the g las s jar and then switch o n the appliance for abo ut
20 seconds, switch off the and then empty the glass jar before unplug the unit.
d) Clean the measuring cup and lid with a soft damp cloth.
2. Make sure the speed selector switch is turned to the “OFF” position and then plug the
blender into mains supply.
3. Place the f ood you wish to blend in the gl ass jar. P le a se note the unit is equipped with two
safety devices and the blender d oes n ot op erate if th e glass jar is not fixed securely to the
motor base.
4. Place the lid on the glass jar and close tightly. Insert the measuring cup in the hole of the lid
and carefully turn counter-clockwise to lock it in position.
5. Fix the glass jar on to the motor housing. Turn the Speed Selector switch to the ‘ON’
position. The blue light around the speed selector switch or speed adjustment panel
indicates that the appl iance is connected to the mains suppl y. The blender may now be
used as normal.
6. If you use the grinder, place the coff ee beans and similar foods such as dry soy-bean, dry
corn etc in the grinder glass container. The quantity of coffee beans must be less than 60%
of the total capacit y of the grinder glas s container. Plac e the grinder blade as sembly and
the grinder rubb er sea l o n the grinder base and f irmly fix to the grinder glass container. Fix
the grinder on to the top of the motor housing. Coffee beans may now be grinded as
normal.
7. Please note t here are three func tion buttons, which i s “ SMOOTHIE”,”ICE”,” PULSE”. To
use these function buttons, you must turn t he speed selector switch to “ON” pos ition and
press one of the function buttons. The button will light up ind icating that the function is
working.
8. To select speed, turn the speed selector s witch be t ween the “ MIN” (low p ower s peed) a n d
“MAX” (high power speed) positions in order to achieve the required speed.
9. Use the appliance for a max imum of 1 minute continuous ly and wa it for 3 minutes before
using again. For the grinder, you must working the appliance for not more than 40 seconds
and rest at least for 1 minute before the next working.
FUNCTION BUTTONS
1. SMOOTHIE
The blade turns at high speed, suitable for smooth blending. You can use this function
buttons if there is much food or hard food in glass jar.
2. ICE
The blade turns at high speed; it operates for 1 second and shuts off for 0.5 seconds,
perfect for crushing ice. You can use this function button to crush ice.
3. PULSE
The unit operates onl y when the p ulse button is pr ess ed and it s huts off once the butto n is
released. The blade turns at high s peed. You can use this f unction butto n at t he begi nning
of the continuous blending.
4. MIN
The blade turns at low speed. You c an use this func tion button to blend soft food or less
food.
5. MAX
The blade turns at high speed. You can use this function button to blend hard food or much
food.
6. ON
The unit is switched on and the “SMOOTHIE”, “ICE” and “PULSE” functions can be used.
7. OFF
The unit is switched off.
SPEED SETTINGS
Low: For low-power use with liqu ids.
High: For a more solid consistency for blending liquids and solid foods.
Pulse: For soften ice-cream; short, powerful pu lse movements. Use this setting you must
hold the speed selector switch in “ON” position and then press ‘’PULSE’ button.
(Caution: Maximum capacity of the glass jar is 1.5L).
USEFUL TIPS
For the best results when blending solid ingredients, place small portions of the
ingredients in the glass jar a little at a time instead of putting a large quantity all at
once. For example, if you want to blend carrots, you should add some water into the
glass jar at the same time. And the ratio of quantity of carrot and water is2:3. That i s
to say, if you want to blend the maximal capacity of mixtu re of carr ots and water, the
carrots are not more than 600g, and the water is about 900g (0.9L).
- If you are blending solid ingredients, cut them first into small portions (1.5-2cm).
- When blending solid ingredients, start by adding a small quantity of liquid.
Gradually add further quantities of liquid through the lid opening.
- Always hold the blender top steady with your hand whi le the appliance is operating.
- Proceed carefully when blending thick liquids.
- To blend solid ingredients or very thick liquids we recommend you use the “Pulse”
setting to prevent the blades from sticking.
- If you want to crush ice, the quantity of ice in glass jar is not more than 12pcs, and
size of the ice is not more than 20*20*20mm.
CAUTION
If the glass jar is filled too much ingredient, the blades may not spin freely thus
preventing the blending cycles from operating correctly. If this happens, switch off the
unit and unplug from the socket. Empty some of the contents and then switch on
again.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Warning: Switch off the unit and then unplug the power cord before cleaning to prevent electric
shocks and other hazards.
1. In addition to this, you should read the “Safety prec autions” section at the beginning of
these instructions.
2. Do not clean the motor housing, the power cord or the plug with water.
3. Clean the motor housing with a soft, damp cloth and wash with a mild detergent.
4. Half-f ill the g lass jar with hot wat er and a sm all am ount of washing liqu id. Leav e the unit t o
operate at maximum speed until the glass jar is clean (maximum 1 minute).
5. You know the jar base can be separate d from the glas s jar, you can turn the jar base in a
counter-clockwise d irection and rem ove the bla de assem bly togeth er with the rub ber seal.
Then you can clean the bl ade base and rubber seal with a soft, damp cloth or wash with
mild detergent. CAUTION: The blades are very sharp. Care must be taken when
cleaning.
6. Clean the grinder by half-filling the grinder glass container with hot water and a little
washing liquid; fix the gr inder on to the top of the m otor base. Lea ve the unit t o operate at
maximum speed until cleaned (Maximum 30 seconds). Then use the water to clean all
grinder components.
7. Dry all components well before using again.
8. Never use abrasive detergents.
Never use aggress iv e cleaning agents.
Warning:
Do not to touch the sharp blade. When clean, please wipe by dishcloth, to
avoid accidentally in jure.

CONSEILS DE SÉCURITÉ:
- Lisez le mode d´emploi dans son entier avant d´utiliser l´appareil et conservez-le.
- Une utilisation inappropriée de l´appareil peut causer des blessures.
- Cet appareil ne doit pas être utilisé pour toute autre fonction que celle pour laquelle
il a été conçu. Le fabricant ne saurait être tenu pour responsable pour tout
dommage ou blessure causés par une utilisation inappropriée de l´appareil.
- Avant de brancher votre mixeur assurez-vous de sa compatibilité avec votre
installation électrique.
- Ne pas plonger l´appareil ou bien son câble d´alimentation dans de l´eau ou tout
autre liquide. Si jamais l´appareil venait à tomber dans l´eau débranchez
immédiate la prise et portez-le à réparer chez un professionnel.
- Ne jamais ouvrir l´appareil ou tenter de le réparer vous même.
- Ne pas utiliser avec les mains humides ou mouillées, sur un sol humide ou bien

le fabricant pour éviter tout dommage ou danger liés à la réparation.
- Ne jamais tenter de réparer l´appareil vous même pour éviter tout danger

- Ne jamais laisser le câble d´alimentation suspendre au dessus d´un plan de travail
ou bien trop près d´une surface chaude ou d´une source de chaleur.
- Toujours installer l´appareil sur une surface ferme, lisse et horizontale, maintenir

portée des enfants.

- Toujours débrancher l´appareil après utilisation et avant de le nettoyer.
- Attention: l´appareil reste en veille lorsqu´il est branché à la prise.
- Toujours éteindre l´appareil avant de débrancher la prise et ne tirez jamais sur le
câble mais sur la prise elle même pour la débrancher.
- Utiliser uniquement avec les accessoires du fabricant.
- Ne jamais déplacer l´appareil en tirant sut le câble.
- À moins d´être supervisés, les enfants ou toute personne soufra d´un handicap
physique ou sensoriel ne doivent pas utiliser cet appareil. Les enfants ne doivent
jamais jouer avec l´appareil

Montage et utilisation
1. Assembler l´appareil hor s connexion, ne jamais assembler l´apparei l branché.
2. Poser le pichet sur la base moteur et bien s´assurer qu’il est bien emboité
3. Mettez les aliments dans le pichet en vous assurant de ne pas dépasser le niveau
maximum de liquide, à savoir 1500 ml.
4. Ne jamais utiliser vide.
5. Placez le couvercle de sécurité.
6. Insérez la mesure dans le couverc le est tournez dans le sens inverse de s aiguill e d´une
montre pour l´ajuster en pl ace.
Comment utiliser le mixeur
1.
Rincer le pichet à l´eau bouillante avant de l´utiliser:
a) Placer le bouton de séle ction de la vitesse sur OF F pour vous assurer qu´il n´ est pas
branché.
b) Enlevez le couvercle avec la mesure
c) Rem plissez le pichet d´eau chau de entre 700 et 1000ML et faites tourner pendant 20
secondes.
d) Essuyer le couvercle et la mesure avec un torchon sec et doux.
2. Placer le bouton de sélection de la vitesse sur OFF pour vous assurer qu´il n´est pas
branché avant de brancher la prise.
3. Placez la nourriture dans le pichet. L´appareil est équipé d´un système de sécurité
empêchant le moteur de tourner si le pichet est max fixé sur la base.
4. Placez le couvercle et f ermez-le bien.
Insérez la mesure dans le couvercle est tournez
dans le sens inverse des aiguille d´une montre pour l´ajuster en place
.
5. Placez le pichet sur la base. Positionnez la sélection de vitesse sur ‘ON’ position. Le témoin
bleu indique que l´appareil est allumé. Vous pouvez à présent utiliser la fonction Ble nd er.
6. Vous pouv ez utiliser le mixeur pour m oudre votre café, ou des céréa les pour créer vos
propres farines. Ne rem plissez pas le pichet, compte z à peu près 60% de la capacité d u
pichet. Placez le couv ercle et la mesure en place avant de pos er le pichet sur la base et
moudre vos grains.
7. Vous disposez de 3 fonctions : “ SMOOTHIE”, ”ICE” et ”PULSE”. Pour utiliser les
fonctions, placez la sélection de vitesse sur “ON” et choisissez la fonction qui vous
intéresse.
8. Pour régler la vitesse tourne z la sélection de vitesse du “MIN” (basse intensité) vers le
“MAX” (haute intensité).
9. Utilisez l´appareil pendant 1 minute maximum, et laissez reposer 3 minutes avant de
l´utiliser à nouveau.
Boutons fonction
1. SMOOTHIE
La lame tourne à haute vitesse, idéal pour des crèmes et des textures crémeuses.
2. ICE
La lame tourne à haute vitesse; par intermittence (1 seconde ON et 0.5 secondes OFF) ,
parfait pour faire de la glace pilée.
3. PULSE
L´appareil ne fonctionne que lorsque vous pressez le bouton. La lame tourne à haute
vitesse. Vous pouvez utiliser cette fonction avant la fonction SMOOTHIE.
4. MIN
La lame tourne à basse vitesse. Utilisez cette fonction pour mixer des aliments tendres.
5. MAX
La lame tourne à haute vitesse. Utilisez cette fonction pour mixer des aliments durs ou bien
une grande quantité à la fois.
6. ON
L´appareil est allumé et les fonctions “SMOOTHIE”, “ICE” et “PULSE” peutvent être
utilisées.
7. OFF
L´appareil est éteint.
Sélection de vitesse
Low: Basse intensité pour utilisation avec des liquides.
High: Pour mixer des liquides avec des aliments solides.
Pulse: Pour assouplir de la crème glacée avec des mouvements courts et intenses. Mettre la
sélection de vitesse sur “ON” et appuyez sur ‘’PULSE’.
(Attention: la capacité du pichet est de 1.5L maximum).
Conseils utiles
Pour mixer des aliments solides, coupez les en morceaux (1.5-2cm) avant de les
mettre dans le mixeur et mixez-les avec un peu de liquide pour permettre un meilleur
résultat. On conseille un rapport solide/liquide de 2:3, soit par exemple pour 600grs
de solide, ajoutez 900ml de liquide, ajouté progressivement par l´orifice dans le
couvercle. Maintenez le couvercle pendant l´utilisation.
Vous pouvez la fonction “Pulse” pour lancer le mixage avant de finir avec la
fonction “SMOOTHE”.
Pour piler de la glace, ne mettez pas pus de 12 glaçons dans le pichet. Les
glaçons ne doivent pas être plus grands que 20*20*20mm.
