quickly and take advantage of the full scope of its functions.
Your Crepes Maker KREP29 will serve you for many years if you handle it and care for it properly.
We wish you a lot of pleasure in using it!

Information on this manual

These Operating Instructions are a component of the Crepes Maker KREP29 (referred to hereafter
as the device) and provide you with important information for the initial commissioning, safety,
intended use and care of the device.
The Operating Instructions must be available at all times at the device. This Operating Manual must
be read and applied by every person who is instructed to work with the device :

- Commissioning - Operation - Troubleshooting and/or - Cleaning

Keep the Operating Manual in a safe place and pass it on to the subsequent owner along with the
device.

General Safety information

Please note

Please observe the following general safety notices with regard to the safe handling

of the device .

• Read all these instructions before using the appliance .

• Examine the device for any visible external damages prior to using it. Never put a

• damaged device into operation .

• Only qualified electricians , who have been trained by the manufacturer, may carry out any

repairs that may be needed. Improperly performed repairs can cause considerable dangers for
the user .

• Only customer service departments authorized by the manufacturer may carry out repairs on
the device during the guarantee period, as otherwise the guarantee entitlements will be null
and void in the event of any subsequent damages .

• Defective components must always be replaced with original replacement parts. Only such
parts will guarantee that the safety requirements are fulfilled .

• Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly or
if it has been damaged or dropped . If the supply cord is damaged , it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved .

• Children shall not play with the appliance .

• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision .

• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years .

• The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-

control system .

• Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning .

• Use only the accessory recommeded by the manufacturer or the device could be

• Do not immerse in water, dishwashe r or any other liquids .

• Do not touch the device with wet hands .

• Do not leave the device unsupervised during operation .

• Use exclusively heat resistant plastic or wooden flatware so that the device will not be damaged.

Do not use metal utensils, they could scratch or damage the non-stick coating of the device.

• Do not move the device during operation.

WARNING

The food prepared with the device, the device and the surfaces of the device can become very hot.
Please observe the following safety notices in order not to burn or scald yourself or others

• The outer surfaces of the device and the device can become very hot.

• The temperature of the acessible surface can become very hot when the device is operating.

• Do not touch hot surfaces of the device, use pot holders. The device is very hot after the

• end of baking process.

• Be careful ! when handling hot food.

• Let the device cool down before cleaning.

Danger of fire

WARNING

There is a risk of fire if the appliance is used incorrectly.
Adhere to the following safety instructions in order to avoid a risk of fire:

• During operation remove all inflammable items from the vicinity of the appliance.

• During operation keep distance to walls and flammable materials for example curtains.

• Never cover the device during operation to prevent overheating.

• Avoid overheating oils and fats for extended periods. Overheated oil and fat can ignite rapidly.

Dangers due to electrical power

Mortal danger exists when coming into contact with live wires or subassemblies !
Observe the following safety notices to avoid dangers due to electrical power:

• Do not open the housing on the device under any circumstances. There is a danger of an
electrical shock if live connections are touched and the electrical or mechanical structure is
altered. In addition, functional faults on the device can also occur.

• Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not work ing properly or
if it has been damaged or dropped. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

• Do not unplug by pulling the cord pull the plug.

Unpacking

Remove the device out of the carton, remove the packaging material, shovel and measuring

container.

Disposal of the packaging

The packaging protects the device against damages during transit. The packag ing materials are

selected in accordance with environmentally compatible and recycling-related points of view and
can therefore be recycled.

Returning the packaging back to the material loop saves raw materials and reduces the
quantities of accumulated waste. Take any packaging materials that are no longer
required to «Green Dot» recycling collection points for disposal.

Please note

• If possible, keep the original packaging for the device for the duration of the guarantee period

of the device, in order that the device can be re-packaged properly in the event of a guarantee
claim.

Setup location requirements

In order to ensure the safe and trouble-free operation of the device, the setup location must

fulfil the follow ing prerequisites:

• Place the device on a firm, flat, level and heat-resistant surface with sufficient loadbearing
capacity for the device and its contents.

• Choose the setup location in such a way that children cannot reach any hot surfaces on the
device.

• The device is not intended to be installed in a wall or a built-in cupboard.

• Do not set up the device in a hot, wet or extremely damp environment or near flammable

material.

• Do not place the device near a gas or electric cooker or an oven.

• The device requires an adequate flow of air in order to operate correctly. Leave a clearance of

20 cm all around the device.

• Do not cover up any openings on the device and do not block these off.

• The electrical socket must be easily accessible so that the power lead can be disconnected

easily, in the case of an emergency .

• The device and power cord should not come in contact with the hot surface. The device could
be damaged.

• The installation and assembly of this device in non-stationary setup locations must be carried
out by specialist companies/ electricians , provided they guarantee the prerequisites for the safe
use of this device.

Electrical connection

In order to ensure the safe and trouble-free operation of the device, the following instructions

must be observed for the electrical connection:

• Before connecting the device, compare the connection data (voltage and frequency) on the
rating plate with those of your electrical network. This data must agree in order that no damages
occur in the device. If in doubt, ask your qualified electrician.

• The electrical outlet must be protected by a 16A safety cut-out switch, separate ly from other
electricity consumers.

• The connection between the device and the electrical network may employ a 3 meter long
(max.) extension cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm2 . The use of multiple plugs or gangs is
prohibited because of the danger of fire that is involved with this .

• Make sure that the power cable is undamaged and has not been installed under the oven or
over hot or sharp surfaces .

• The electrical safety of the device is only guaranteed if the device is connected to a properly
installed protective conductor system. Operations using an electrical outlet without a protective
conductor are prohibited. If in doubt, have the house installation checked over by a qualified
electr ician.

The manufacturer cannot be made responsible for damages that are caused by a missing

or damaged protective conductor.

of the device .

Operating and Handing

This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device .
Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages :

WARNING

• Do not let the device unsupervised during operation to be able to react quickly in case of

dangers.

Before first use

Clean the baking surface with a damp cloth.
At first use there could be a little production of smoke. Therefore use the device without food on

highest level for 10 minutes and let it cool down after this. Wipe the device with damp cloth after
cooling down.

Use

Plug in and turn the temperature controller to desired level (for first use we recommend level 6.
Depending on the desired degree of browning , you can switch to higher or lower level) .

The control lamp will turn red and the device is heating up.
When temperature is reached the control lamp will turn green.
Place a small amount of dough on the baking surface and spread with the crepes dough
spreader in an evenly rotating motion.
Bake the crepe until the surface is not liquid any more and until the crepe can be moved
back and forth easily.
Turn the crepe with the flat turner and let it bake. The crepe should be baked thoroughly but
not too brown. Lift the crepe with the flat turner and remove it from the baking surface.
Now you can spread the crepe for example with jam and roll it. Pull the plug when you have finished

the desired amount of crepes .

Please note

• During operation the control lamp will switch between green and red. This indicates that the
device maintains the temperature .

• Do not use the device for cooking or defrosting of frozen food .

• Use only thawed food .

• Moisture the crepes dough spreader a little bit so that the dough will not stick so easy .

• Reduce the temperature if the crepes are too brown .

• For mini pan-cakes place a little amount of dough on the baking surface and bake it until the

pan cake can easily be released . Then you can turn the mini pan cakes and bake them until they
have the desired browning.

Basic Recipe

Ingredients (for 20 portions):
250 g flour, 3 eggs , 500 ml milk, 1 pinch of salt.
Mix all ingrients in a bowl to form the dough. Let the dough steep for 1 hour.
As lower the viscosity of the dough is as thinner the crepes will be.

device . Please observe the notices to prevent damages due to cleaning the device

incorrectly and to ensure trouble-free operation.

• The device must be cleaned and food residues must be removed at regular intervals. If the
device is not maintained in a clean condition , this will have a detrimental effect on the service
life of the device and can also result in a dangerous condition in the device as well as in the
growth of fungus and bacteria .

• Unplug the plug from the wall power outlet prior to cleaning .

• The device is hot after it is used. There is a danger of burns! Wait until the device has cooled

down .

• If dampness penetrates into the device, this can damage the electronic components.

• Please ensure that no liquid can enter the interior of the device through the ventilation slots .

• Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents .

• Do not scrape off stubborn dirt with hard items.

Cleaning

Wipe the housing with a soft cloth.
Remove dough and oil-res idues with a paper towel and carefully wipe the baking surface with a

damp cloth.
Allow the device to dry before storing it.

Les aliments préparés avec l’appareil, l’appareil lui-même et ses surfaces peuvent atteindre des
températures élevées et être très chaudes.

• Les surfaces de l’appareil et celui-ci dans son ensemble peuvent surchauffer.

• La surface accessible de l’appareil peut être très chaude pendant son fonctionnement.

• Ne touchez pas les surfaces chaudes de l’appareil, utilisez des gants. L’appareil reste chaud

même après avoir terminé la cuisson.

• Faites attention quand vous manipulez les aliments chauds.

• Attendez que l’appareil ait refroidi avant de le nettoyer.

• Ne jamais recouvrir l’appareil pendant son fonctionnement pour éviter une surchauffe.

• Évitez de réchauffer les huiles et les graisses. En effet, si on les surchauffe, elles peuvent
s’enflammer facilement.

Risque d’origine électrique

DANGER

Risque mortel d’électrocution!

Un contact avec un câble électrique ou des éléments de circuit électrique peut provoquer la mort !
Suivez les instructions de sécurité suivantes pour éviter tout risque d’électrocution :

• Ne jamais ouvrir le boitier de l’appareil, quelqu’en soit la raison. Vous prenez le risque de
recevoir une secousse électrique en touchant les câbles ou si vous modifiez le circuit électrique
ou la structure de l’appareil. De plus, cela peut provoquer des pannes de l’appareil.

• N’utilisez pas cet appareil si son câble d’alimentation ou sa prise est abimée, s’il ne fonctionne
pas correctement, s’il est tombé ou s’il se trouve en mauvais état. Si le câble d’alimentation est
détérioré, il devra être remplacé, soit par le fabricant et son personnel technique, soit par un
spécialiste équivalent afin d’éviter tout risque ultérieur.

• Ne pas débrancher l’appareil en tirant sur le câble d’alimentation.

Informations de sécurité

Déballage

Retirez l’appareil de la boite ainsi que tout le matériel d’emballage, la palette et le doseur.

Elimination du matériel d’emballage

L’emballage protège l’appareil contre les chocs durant son transport. Les matériaux qui constituent
l’emballage doivent être triés en fonction de leur réutilisation et de leur compatibilité avec
l’environnement ; il faut donc envisager de les recycler.

Il faut retourner l’emballage au cycle de

production, cette

fois-ci comme matière première ;
cela réduit l’accumulation des déchets. Pour vous débarrasser des emballages qui ne
vous sont plus utiles, apportez-les aux points de collecte sélective de votre municipalité.

Remarque

• Dans la mesure du possible, conservez l’emballage de l’appareil durant la période de garantie ;
ainsi, vous pourrez le réutiliser pour renvoyer l’appareil en cas de problème.

Caractéristiques du lieu d’installation

Pour garantir un usage dénué de risque et un bon

fonctionnement

de l’appareil, le lieu d’installation

doit respecter les caractéristiques suivantes :

• Disposez l’appareil sur une surface ferme, plane, résistante à la chaleur et qui peut supporter le
poids de l’appareil en pleine charge.

Connexion électrique

• Surveillez toujours l’appareil quand il est en fonctionnement pour pouvoir réagir rapidement
en cas d’urgence.

Avant la première utilisation

Nettoyez la plaque de cuisson avec un chiffon humide.
Lors de la première

utilisation,

il peut se dégager un peu de fumée. Dans ce cas, faites-le fonctionner
pendant dix minutes à la température maximale et sans cuire d’aliments. Ensuite, laissez-le refroidir
puis nettoyez-le de nouveau.

Modalité d’utilisation

Branchez l’appareil puis réglez le thermostat à la température désirée (lors du premier usage, nous
vous recommandons de le régler sur la position 6. En fonction de l’aspect que vous désirez donner
à votre crêpe, vous pouvez augmenter ou diminuer la température à l’aide du thermostat.)

La lampe rouge s’allumera et l’appareil commencera à chauffer.
Quand la température désirée sera atteinte, la lampe verte s’allumera.
Déposez un peu de pâte sur la plaque de cuisson puis étalez-la au moyen de la spatule en faisant

des mouvements circulaires.
Cuisez la crêpe jusqu’à ce que vous puissiez la faire glisser aisément sur la plaque.

Retournez la crêpe avec la palette en bois et continuez la cuisson. La crêpe doit être bien cuite mais
pas trop grillée. Retirez-la à l’aide de la palette.

Maintenant, vous pouvez la recouvrir de confiture par exemple, puis l’enrouler. Débranchez
l’appareil de la prise de courant une fois que vous avez fini de cuire vos crêpes.

Remarque

• Pendant le fonctionnement de l’appareil, le témoin lumineux passe du rouge au vert et

inversement. Cela indique que l’appareil maintient la température constante.

• N’utilisez pas l’appareil pour cuire ou décongeler des aliments.

• Utilisez l’appareil tout juste pour décongeler les aliments.

• Humidifiez un peu la spatule pour que la pâte ne colle pas trop.

• Réduisez la température si vous remarquez que la crêpe dore trop rapidement.

• Pour faire des mini-pancakes, déposez un peu de pâte sur la plaque de cuisson et cuisez-la

jusqu’à ce qu’elle se détache facilement. Vous pouvez alors retourner les pancakes et continuer
de les cuire jusqu’à l’aspect désiré.

Recette de base

Ingrédients (pour 20 portions):
250 g de farine, 3 œufs, 500 ml de lait, 1 pincée de sel.
Mélangez tous les ingrédients dans un récipient creux afin de faire la pâte. Laissez-la reposer

pendant une heure. Moins la pâte sera visqueuse et plus les crêpes seront fines.

• Die Temperatur der erreichbaren Flächen kann sehr hoch werden, wenn das Gerät im Betrieb

• Fassen Sie die heißen Flächen des Gerätes nicht an, benutzen Sie Topflappen. Das Gerät bleibt
sehr heiß nach Ende des Backens.

• Seien Sie vorsichtig beim Halten des heißen Essens.

Beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise, um solche Gefahren zu vermeiden:

• Verpackungsmaterial kann nicht zum Spielen benutzt werden. Es besteht eine Erstickungs­gefahr.

Auspacken

Entfernen Sie das Gerät aus dem Karton, entfernen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial, den Löffel und
Messbehälter.

Entsorgung der Verpackung

Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Schäden während des Transports. Das Verpackungsmaterial
ist gemäß der umweltgerechten und recyclingbezogenen Sichtweisen gewählt worden und deshab
kann es auch recycelt werden.

Die Rückgabe der Verpackung zurück in den Materialkreislauf ermöglicht es, Rohrstoffe
zu sparen und die Anzahl der Abfälle zu reduzieren. Bringen Sie jeden Verpackungsar­tikel, den Sie nicht länger brauchen, zu eine von “Green Dot” Wertstoffsammelstellen

Installations-Standortanforderungen:

Um einen sicheren und störungsfreien Betrieb des Gerätes zu ermöglichen, der Standortaufbau
muss die folgenden Voraussetzungen erfüllen:

• Platzieren Sie das Gerät auf eine feste, flache, waagerechte und hitzebeständige Ebene mit
einer ausreichenden für das Gerät und seine Inhalte Belastbarkeit.

• Wählen Sie den Standortaufbau auf solche Weise, dass die heißen Flächen des Gerätes sich
außer Reichweite von Kindern befinden.

• Das Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, in einer Wand oder in einem Einbauschrank installiert zu
werden.

• Richten Sie das Gerät nicht in einer heißen, nassen oder extrem feuchten Umgebung oder in
der Nähe entflammbarer Materialien ein.

• Platzieren Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von einem Gas- oder Elektroherd, oder Ofen.

• Das Gerät benötigt eine ausreichende Luftströmung, um korrekt funktionieren zu können. Las-

sen Sie einen 20 cm Abstand rund um das Gerät.

• Bedecken Sie keine Öffnungen auf dem Gerät und schränken Sie diese nicht ab.

• Die Buchse muss einfach erreichbar sein, damit das Stromkabel im Notfall einfach abgeschaltet

werden kann.

• Das Gerät und das Kabel dürfen nicht mit heißen Flächen in Kontakt kommen. Das Gerät kann
beschädigt werden.

• Die Installation und Montage dieses Gerätes in nicht stationärem Standortaufbau darf nur von
Fachfirmen/Elektrofachkräften durchgeführt werden, sofern sie alle Voraussetzungen für eine
sichere Nutzung des Gerätes garantieren können.

Elektrische Verbindung

Um einen sicheren und reibungslosen Betrieb des Gerätes zu ermöglichen, beachten Sie bitte die
folgenden Anweisungen hinsichtlich der elektrischen Verbindung:

• Bevor Sie das Gerät anschließen, vergleichen Sie die Verbindungsdaten (Netzspannung und
Frequenz) auf dem Typenschild mit diesen von Ihrem elektrischen Netz. Diese Daten müssen
übereinstimmen, damit keine Schäden an dem Gerät entstehen. Im Zweifel wenden Sie sich an
Ihren Elektrofachmann.

• Die Steckdose muss von einem 16A Sicherheitsschalter geschützt werden, getrennt von an­deren Stromabnehmer.

• Die Verbindung zwischen dem Gerät und dem elektrischen Netz kann ein 3 meter langes (max)
Verlängerungskabel mit einem 1,5 mm2 Querschnitt gebrauchen. Die Nutzung des Mehrfachs­teckers ist wegen der dadurch entstehenden Brandgefahr untersagt.

• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Stromkabel nicht beschädigt ist und nicht unter dem Ofen oder
über heißen oder scharfen Flächen installiert worden ist.

• Die elektrische Sicherheit des Gerätes kann nur garantiert werden, wenn das Gerät zu einem
ordnungsgemäß installierten Schutzleitersystem angeschlossen ist. Operationen mit der Steck­dose ohne Schutzleiter sind verboten. Im Zweifel lassen Sie die Hausinstallation von einem
Elektriker überprüfen.

Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Verantwortung für die Schäden, die durch den fehlenden oder

beschädigten Schutzleiter entstanden sind.

Betrieb und handhabung

Das Kapitel bietet Ihnen wichtige Hinweise hinsichtlich des Betriebs des Gerätes.
Beachten Sie die folgenden Hinweise, um Gefahren und Schäden zu vermeiden:

WARNUNG

• Lassen Sie das Gerät während des Betriebs nicht unbeaufsichtigt, damit Sie in der Lage sind, im
Notfall schnell zu reagieren.

Vor dem ersten gebrauch

Reinigen Sie die Backfläche mit einem feuchten Tuch.

Beim ersten Gebrauch kann es zu einer leichten Geruchsentwicklung kommen. Deswegen benutzen
Sie das Gerät ohne Lebensmittel auf der höchsten Einstellung innerhalb von 10 min, danach lassen
Sie es abkühlen. Nach der Abkühlung wischen Sie das Gerät mit einem feuchten Tuch ab.

Verwendung

Schließen Sie den Stecker an eine Steckdose an und drehen Sie den Temperaturschalter auf die
gewünschte Stufe (für die erste Nutzung empfehlen wir Ihnen die Stufe 6. Je nach dem Bräunungs­grad können Sie auf eine höhere oder niedriegere Stufe schalten.)

Die Kontroll-Leuchte wird rot wenn das Gerät erhitzt wird.

Wenn die Temperatur erreicht ist, wird die Kontroll-Leuchte Grün.

Geben Sie eine kleine Menge Teig auf die Backplatte und verteilen Sie diesen mit dem Crêpe –
Teigverteiler in einer gleichmäßigen rotierenden Bewegung.

Lassen Sie den Teig so lange backen, bis die Oberfläche nicht mehr flüssig ist und sich leicht hin
und her bewegen lässt.

Wenden Sie den Crêpe mit dem Spatel und backen Sie diesen weiter. Der Crêpe soll durchbacken,
aber nicht zu braun werden.

Heben Sie den Crêpe mit dem Spatel ab und entfernen Sie diesen von der Backplatte.

Jetzt können Sie den Crêpe zum Beispiel mit Marmelade bestreichen und diesen aufrollen.
Nach dem letzten Backvorgang trennen Sie das Gerät durch Ziehen des Netzsteckers vom
Stromnetz.

Hinweis

• Während des Betriebs wird die Kontroll-Leuchte zwischen rot und grün umschalten. Das

signalisiert, dass das Gerät die Temperatur erhält.

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, um Tiefkühlprodukte zu kochen oderaufzutauen

• Benutzen Sie nur aufgetaute

Lebensmittel.

• Befeuchten Sie den Crêpe -Teigverteiler ein bisschen, damit der Teig nicht so klebt.

• Reduzieren Sie Temperatur, wenn der Crêpe zu braun wird.

• Für Mini-pancakes platzieren Sie eine kleine Menge Teig auf der Backplatte und backen Sie
diesen, bis die Pfannkuchen einfach abgehen. Danach drehen Sie den Pfannkuchen um und
backen diesen, bis er den gewünschten Bräunungsgrad erreicht hat.

Grundrezept

Zutaten (für 20 Portionen):

250g Mehl, 3 Eier, 500 ml Milch, 1 Prise Salz

Vermischen Sie alle Zutaten in einer Schüssel, um den Teig zu formen. Lassen Sie den Teig für eine
Stunde ziehen.

Je niedriger die Viskosität des Teiges ist, desto dünner werden die Crêpes.

Reinigung und Pflege

Dieses Kapitel bietet Ihnen wichtige Hinweise über die Reinigung und Pflege des Gerätes. Bitte
beachten Sie die Hinweise, um Schäden während der Reinigung des Gerätes zu vermeiden und
einen störungsfreien Betrieb zu ermöglichen.

VORSICHT

Bitte beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise, bevor Sie mit der Reinigung des Gerätes
anfangen.

• Das Gerät muss in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen gereinigt werden und Speisereste müssen en­tfernt werden. Wenn das Gerät nicht in einem sauberen Zustand gehalten wird, wird es eine
nachteilige Auswirkung auf die Nutzungsdauer des Gerätes haben und kann auch sowohl zu
gefährlichen Zuständen in dem Gerät als auch zu dem Wachstum von Pilzen und Bakterien
führen.

• Vor der Reinigung ziehen Sie bitte den Netzstecker.

• Das Gerät wird während des Betriebs heiß. Es besteht eine Verbrennungsgefahr. Lassen Sie das

Gerät vollständig abkühlen.

• Wenn Feuchtigkeit in das Gerät eindringt, kann es zu den Schäden von den elektronischen Bau­teilen kommen. Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, dass keine Feuchtigkeit in das Innere des Gerätes
durch die Lüftungsöffnungen eindringen kann.

• Verwenden Sie keine scharfen oder groben Reinigungsmittel oder Reinigungslösungen.

• Kratzen Sie hartnäckigen Schmutz nicht mit harten Gegenständen ab.

Reinigung

Wischen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem weichen Tuch ab.
Entfernen Sie Teig- und Ölreste mit einem Papiertuch und wischen Sie die Backplatte vorsichtig mit

einem feuchten Tuch ab.
Erlauben Sie dem Gerät zu trocknen bevor Sie dieses lagern.

het apparaat) en geeft u belangrijke informatie voor het eerste gebruik, veiligheid, beoogd gebruik
en onderhoud van het apparaat.

De Gebruikershandleiding moet altijd beschikbaar zijn bij het apparaat. Deze Gebruikershandleid­ing moet worden gelezen en worden gevolgd door iedereen die met dit apparaat werkt:

• Ingebruikname • Gebruik • Probleemoplossing en/of • Schoonmaken

Bewaar de Gebruikershandleiding op een veilige plek en geef het mee aan de volgende eigenaar
van het apparaat.

Algemene Veiligheid Instructies

TIP

Houd rekening met de volgende algemene veiligheidsinstructies met het oog op veilig gebruik
van het apparaat.

• Lees al deze instructies voor het gebruik van het apparaat.

• Controleer het apparaat op zichtbare schade aan de buitenkant voor gebruik.

Gebruik nooit een beschadigd apparaat.

• Alleen gekwalificeerde elektriciens, die een training hebben gevolgd bij de fabrikant, mogen
reparaties uitvoeren aan het elektrisch systeem. Ondeugdelijke uitgevoerde reparaties kunnen
gevaar opleveren voor de gebruiker en schade aan het apparaat.

• Alleen de klantenservice bevoegd door de fabrikant mag reparaties uitvoeren aan het apparaat
tijdens de garantieperiode, anders wordt de garantie geannuleerd in het geval dat er verdere
schades volgt.

• Defecte onderdelen moeten altijd worden vervangen door originele onderdelen. Alleen deze
onderdelen garanderen dat aan de veiligheidseisen worden voldaan.

• Gebruik dit apparaat niet als het een beschadigde kabel of stekker heeft, als het niet goed
werkt, beschadigd is of is gevallen. Als de kabel is beschadigd moet het worden vervangen door
de fabrikant, service monteur of een gelijkwaardig gekwalificeerd persoon om gevaar te
vermijden.

• Dit apparaat kan gebruikt worden door kinderen vanaf 8 jaar en personen met een beperkte
lichamelijke, zintuiglijke en geestelijke capaciteit of een gebrek van ervaring en kennis als er
toezicht is of instructies hebben gehad voor het gebruik van het apparaat op een veilige manier
en de gevaren begrijpen.

• Kinderen mogen niet met het apparaat spelen.

• Schoonmaken en gebruikersonderhoud mag niet door kinderen worden uitgevoerd zonder

toezicht.

• Houd het apparaat en de kabel weg van kinderen onder de 8 jaar.

• Het apparaat niet is gemaakt om te worden beheerd door een externe timer of een ander be-

dieningssysteem.

• Haal de stekker eruit als het apparaat niet gebruikt wordt alsook voor het schoon maken.

• Gebruik alleen accessoires aanbevolen door de fabrikant anders zou het apparaat beschadigd

kunnen worden.

• Niet onder dompelen in water of een andere vloeistof.

• Raak het apparaat niet aan met natte handen.

• Verplaats het apparaat niet tijdens gebruik.

• Na gebruik de stekker los maken.

• Niet het voedsel op het apparaat snijden.

• Gebruik uitsluitend hitte bestendig plastic of houten bestek zodat het apparaat niet beschad-

igd wordt. Gebruik geen metalen gereedschap, dit kan de niet plakkende coating bekrassen of
beschadigen.

• Verplaats het apparaat niet tijdens gebruik.

Bronnen van gevaar

Gevaar van verbranding

WAARSCHUWING

Het voedsel bereid op dit apparaat, het apparaat zelf en het oppervlak ervan, kunnen zeer heet
worden.

Volg de volgende veiligheidsinstructies om jezelf en anderen niet te verbranden

• De buitenkant van het apparaat en het apparaat zelf kan zeer heet worden.

• De temperatuur van de tastbare oppervlakken kunnen heet worden bij gebruik.

• Raak geen hete oppervlakken van het apparaat aan, gebruik pannenlappen. Het apparaat is

heel heet op het einde van het bakproces.

• Wees voorzichtig bij het omgaan met heet voedsel.

• Laat het apparaat afkoelen voor het schoonmaken.

Gevaar voor vuur

WAARSCHUWING

Er is een risico op vuur als het apparaat niet correct wordt gebruikt.

• Hou je aan de volgende veiligheidsinstructies om een risico op vuur te vermijden.

• Verwijder alle brandbare spullen in de nabijheid van het apparaat tijdens gebruik.

• Houd afstand tot muren en brandbare materialen zoals gordijnen tijdens gebruik.

• Nooit het apparaat bedekken tijdens gebruik om overhitting tegen te gaan.

• Vermijd het overhitten van oliën en vatten voor een langere periode. Verhitte olie en vet kan

snel ontbranden.

Gevaren door elektriciteit

GEVAAR

Levensgevaarlijk door elektriciteit!
Het is levensgevaarlijk om in contact te komen met draden die onder stroom staan of de construc-

tie zelf! Voldoe aan de volgende veiligheidsinstructies om gevaren door elektriciteit te vermijden.

• Verwijder nooit de behuizing van het apparaat verwijder. Er is een kans op een elektrische
schok als draden die onder stroom staan worden aangeraakt en als de elektrische of mecha­nische structuur wordt aangepast. Verder kunnen er functionele fouten in het apparaat plaats
vinden.

• Gebruik dit apparaat niet als het een beschadigde kabel of stekker heeft, als het niet goed
werkt, beschadigd is, of is gevallen. Als de kabel is beschadigd moet het worden vervangen door
de fabrikant, service monteur of een gelijkwaardig gekwalificeerd persoon om gevaar te
vermijden.

• Verwijder de stekker niet door aan de kabel te trekken.

ngebruikname

Dit hoofdstuk geeft u belangrijke veiligheidsinstructies voor de eerste ingebruikname van uw appa­raat. Volg de volgende instructies en vermijd gevaar en schades:

Veiligheid Instructies

WAARSCHUWING

Persoonlijke en materiële schade kan worden toegebracht bij de ingebruikname van het apparaat!
Volg de volgende veiligheidsinstructies om zulke gevaren te vermijden:

• Verpakkingsmateriaal mag niet worden gebruikt om mee te spelen. Er is verstikkingsgevaar.

Uitpakken

Haal het apparaat uit het karton, verwijder het verpakkingsmateriaal, spatel en de maatbeker.

Verwijder de verpakking

De verpakking beschermt het apparaat tijdens het transport. De verpakkingsmaterialen zijn ge­kozen met het oog op de natuur en recyclebare punten en daarom kunnen deze worden gerecycled.

Door het verpakkingsmateriaal te recyclen, besparen we grondstoffen en verkleinen we de
afvalberg. Breng verpakkingsmateriaal dat niet meer nodig is naar een “Green Dot” recycle
punt voor afvoer.

Tip

• Indien mogelijk, bewaar de originele verpakking van het apparaat tijdens de garantieperiode ,
zodat het apparaat in een mogelijk geval van een garantie claim kan worden verzonden op een
juiste manier.

Plaatsing eisen

Om te verzekeren dat het apparaat veilig en probleem vrij werkt, moet de plaatsing van het appa­raat aan een aantal eisen voldoen:

• Plaats het apparaat op een stevig, vlak, horizontaal en hitte bestendig oppervlak met voldo­ende draagkracht voor het apparaat en de bijbehorende inhoud.

• Plaats dusdanig op een locatie dat kinderen niet de hete oppervlakken van het apparaat kun­nen bereiken.

• Het apparaat is niet bedoeld om in een muur of kast te worden gebouwd.

• Plaats het apparaat niet in een hete, natte of extreem vochtige omgeving of nabij brandbaar

materiaal.

• Plaats het apparaat niet bij een fornuis of oven.

• Het apparaat heeft een goede luchtstroom nodig om goed te functioneren. Laat een ruimte van

20 cm rondom het apparaat vrij.

• Bedek geen openingen van het apparaat en blokkeer ze ook niet.

• Het stopcontact moet makkelijk toegankelijk zijn, zodat de stekker makkelijk kan worden los-

gemaakt in geval van nood.

• Het apparaat en de stroomkabel mag niet in contact komen met een heet oppervlak. Het ap­paraat kan worden beschadigd.

• De installatie en assemblage van dit apparaat in een niet stilstaande locatie moet worden uit­gevoerd door speciale bedrijven / elektriciens, vooropgesteld dat zij de veiligheid garanderen
voor het gebruik van dit apparaat.

Elektrische aansluiting

Om te verzekeren dat het apparaat veilig en probleem vrij werkt, moet de plaatsing van het appa­raat aan een aantal eisen voldoen:

• Voor het aansluiten van het apparaat, vergelijk de data van de aansluiting (voltage en frequen­tie) met het type plaatje op het apparaat. Deze data moet overeenkomen zodat er geen schade
ontstaat in het apparaat. Bij twijfel, vraag een gekwalificeerde elektricien.

• Het elektrische stopcontact moet zijn beveiligd met een 16A zekering, afgezonderd van andere
elektrische verbruikers.

• De verbinding tussen het apparaat en het stopcontact mag worden verlengd met een verleng­kabel van 3 meter lang (max.) met een dikte van 1.5 mm². Het gebruik van meerdere verlengk­abels en stekkers is verboden met het risico op brand.

• Verzeker dat de stroomkabel onbeschadigd is en dat het niet wordt geplaatst onder een oven
of boven hete of scherpe oppervlakken.

• De elektrische veiligheid van dit apparaat kan alleen worden gegarandeerd als het wordt aang­esloten op de randaarde. Het gebruik van een stopcontact zonder randaarde is verboden. Bij
twijfel, laat de huis installatie controleren door een gekwalificeerde elektricien.

De fabrikant kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor schades veroorzaakt door het ontbreken
of niet functionerende randaarde.

Ontwerp en Functies

Dit hoofdstuk geeft u belangrijke veiligheid informatie over het ontwerp en functies van het appa­raat.

Typeplaatje

Het typeplaatje met de stroomverbinding en de verdere gegevens kan worden gevonden op de
onderkant van het apparaat.

Bediening en Aflevering

Dit hoofdstuk geeft u belangrijke informatie voor het gebruik van dit apparaat. Volg de volgende
instructies en vermijd gevaar en schades:

WAARSCHUWING

• Laat het apparaat tijdens gebruik niet onbeheerd achter om snel te kunnen reageren in geval
van nood.

Voor het eerste gebruik

Maak het bak oppervlak schoon met een vochtige doek.
Bij het eerste gebruik kan er een beetje rook vrijkomen. Gebruik daarom het apparaat eerst zonder

voedsel op de hoogste voor 10 minuten en laat het hierna afkoelen. Veeg het apparaat schoon met
een vochtige doek als het is afgekoeld.

Het gebruik

Steek de stekker in het stopcontact en stel de temperatuur hendel in de gewenste stand (voor het
eerste gebruik raden wij stand 6. Afhankelijk van het gewenste bruin niveau, kunt u de stand hoger
of lager zetten). De controle lamp zal rood gaan branden als het apparaat opwarmt.

Als de temperatuur is bereikt zal de controle lamp groen branden.
Plaats een kleine hoeveelheid deeg op het bak oppervlak en verdeel het met de verspreider in een

gelijke ronde beweging.
Bak de pannenkoek totdat het oppervlak niet meer vloeibaar is en totdat de pannenkoek gemak-

kelijk heen en weer kan worden bewogen.
Draai de pannenkoek om met de spatel en laat het bakken. De pannenkoek moet goed worden

doorbakken, maar niet te bruin. Til de pannenkoek op met de spatel en haal het van het bak op­pervlak.

Nu kunt u er jam over doen en het oprollen. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact als u voldoende
pannenkoeken heeft gebakken.

TIP

• Tijdens gebruik zal het controle lampje omschakelen tussen groen en rood. Dit geeft aan dat
het apparaat de temperatuur vast houd.

• Gebruik het apparaat niet voor het bakken of ontdooien van bevroren voedsel. Gebruik alleen
ontdooid voedsel.

• Maak de verspreider een beetje nat zodat het deeg niet zo makkelijk blijft plakken.

• Om poffertjes te maken, plaats een kleine hoeveelheid deeg op het bak oppervlak en bak het

totdat de poffertjes makkelijk los komen. Dan kunt u de poffertjes omdraaien en ze bakken
totdat ze de gewenste bruine kleur hebben.

Basis Recept

Ingrediënten (voor 20 porties):
250 g bloem, 3 eieren, 500 ml melk, 1 vleugje zout.
Meng alle ingrediënten in een schaal om de deeg te mengen. Laat het deeg rijzen voor 1 uur. Hoe

lager de viscositeit van de deeg is, hoe dunner de pannenkoeken zullen zijn.

Schoonmaken en onderhoud

Dit hoofdstuk geeft u belangrijke informatie voor het schoonmaken en onderhoud van dit appa­raat. Volg deze aanwijzingen op om schade te voorkomen door verkeerd schoon te maken en een
goede werking te garanderen.

Veiligheid informatie

VORSICHT

Volg de volgende veiligheidsinstructies op, voordat u het apparaat gaat schoonmaken.

• Het apparaat moet regelmatig worden schoongemaakt en voedselresten moeten worden ver­wijderd. Als het apparaat niet in een schone staat wordt gehouden, zal dit een negatief effect
hebben op de levensduur van het apparaat en kan het ook zorgen voor de groei van schimmels
en bacteriën.

• Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voor het schoonmaken.

• Het apparaat is heet na gebruik Er is een gevaar van verbranding! Wacht totdat het apparaat is

afgekoeld.

• Als er waterdamp in het apparaat komt, kan dat schade toebrengen aan de elektronisch com­ponenten. Verzeker dat er geen vloeistoffen naar binnen kunnen stromen door de ventilatie
openingen.

¡Durante la instalación del aparato pueden producirse daños personales y materiales!
Siga las siguientes instrucciones de seguridad para evitar tales riesgos:

• Los materiales de embalaje no deben utilizarse para jugar. Peligro de asfixia.

Desempaque

Saque el aparato de la caja, retire todo el material de embalaje, la paleta y el envase dosificador.

Eliminacion del material de embalaje

El embalaje protege al aparato contra daños durante su transportación. Los materiales de embalaje
se seleccionan teniendo en cuenta su posible reutilización y su compatibilidad con el medio ambi­ente y por lo tanto, pueden reciclarse.

Devolver el embalaje al ciclo de producción ahorra materias primas y reduce la acumu­lación de desechos. Para deshacerse de cualquier material de embalaje que ya no le sea
útil, llévelo a los puntos de recolección “Green Dot” para el reciclaje.

OBSERVACION

• Si es posible, conserve el embalaje original del aparato durante la vigencia de su garantía, de
esta forma podrá reutilizarlo para empacar el aparato cuando necesite disponer de la garantía.

Requisitos del local de instalación

Para garantizar el uso seguro y el buen funcionamiento del aparato, el local de instalación debe
cumplir los siguientes prerrequisitos:

• Coloque el aparato sobre una superficie firme, plana, nivelada, resistente al calor y que sea
capaz de soportar el peso del aparato junto con su contenido.

• Escoja el lugar de instalación de tal forma que las superficies calientes del aparato queden fuera
del alcance de los niños.

• El aparato no debe ser colocado contra la pared ni en un closet o armario empotrado.

• El aparato no debe ser colocado sobre superficies calientes, mojadas o demasiado húmedas, ni

cerca de cualquier material inflamable.

• El aparato no debe ser colocado cerca de cocinas de gas o eléctricas, ni cerca de hornos.

• El aparato requiere un flujo de aire adecuado para que funcione correctamente. Deje un espa-

cio libre de al menos 20 cm alrededor del aparato.

• No cubra ni obstruya ninguna de las aberturas del aparato.

• El tomacorriente donde conecta el cable de alimentación del aparato debe estar a su alcance

para que pueda tirar del enchufe fácilmente en caso de emergencia.

• El aparato y su cable de alimentación no deben hacer contacto con superficies calientes. Esto
podría causarle daños al aparato.

• La instalación y el montaje de este aparato en locales no estacionarios deben ser realizados por
empresas especializadas o electricistas calificados, siempre que garanticen los prerrequisitos
para el uso seguro de este aparato.

Conexión eléctrica

Para garantizar el uso seguro y el buen funcionamiento del aparato, siga las siguientes instruc­ciones relacionadas con la conexión eléctrica :

• Antes de enchufar el aparato, verifique que los datos de conexión (tensión y frecuencia) en la
placa de características del aparato sean compatibles con su red eléctrica. Estos datos deben
coincidir para que no se produzcan daños en el aparato. En caso de dudas, consulte a un elec­tricista.

• El tomacorriente debe estar protegido por un disyuntor automático de 16 A y separado de
otros artefactos consumidores de corriente pata evitar sobrecargas.

• Puede valerse de una extensión de 3 metros de longitud (máximo) con 1,5 mm

de sección
transversal para alargar la conexión entre el aparato y la red eléctrica. El uso de tomacorrientes
múltiples o bandas está prohibido debido al peligro de incendio que esto conlleva.

• Compruebe que el cable de alimentación no esté dañado y que no pase por debajo del horno
ni sobre superficies calientes o bordes agudos.

• La seguridad eléctrica del aparato sólo está garantizada si se conecta a una red eléctrica con
cables debidamente protegidos y bien instalados. Se prohíbe el uso del aparato en tomacorri­entes con conductores desprotegidos. En caso de dudas, llame a un electricista calificado para
que verifique la instalación eléctrica del local.

El fabricante no se hace responsable de los daños causados por conductores desprotegidos o con
su protección deteriorada.

Modo de uso y manipulacion

Este capítulo le brinda instrucciones importantes relacionadas con la utilización del aparato. Siga
las siguientes instrucciones para evitar riesgos y daños:

ADVERTENCIA

• Siempre mantenga su atención en el aparato cuando esté en funcionamiento para que pueda
reaccionar rápidamente en caso de emergencias.

Antes del primer uso

Limpie la plancha de cocción con un paño húmedo.
Al usar el aparato por primera vez podría producirse una pequeña cantidad de humo. Por lo tanto,

déjelo funcionar durante 10 minutos al máximo de temperatura y sin alimentos en la plancha.
Luego apáguelo, espere a que se enfríe y límpielo con un paño húmedo.

Modo de uso

Enchufe el aparato y mueva el regulador de temperatura hasta el nivel deseado (para el primer uso
le recomendamos el nivel 6. Según la tonalidad de dorado deseada, puede aumentar o disminuir el
nivel de temperatura a través del regulador).

La luz indicadora se pondrá roja y el aparato comenzará a calentarse.
Cuando el aparato adquiera la temperatura adecuada, la luz indicadora se pondrá verde.
Coloque una pequeña cantidad de masa sobre la plancha de cocción y utilice el esparcidor para

distribuirla uniformemente sobre la superficie usando movimientos circulares.
Hornee la crepe hasta que su superficie se haya endurecido al punto que pueda deslizarla con fac-

ilidad sobre la plancha.
Voltee la crepe con ayuda de la paleta de madera y siga horneándola. La crepe debe quedar bien

cocida pero no demasiado tostada. Levante la crepe con la paleta y retírela de la plancha.

Ahora puede cubrir la crepe, por ejemplo, con mermelada y luego enrollarla. Desenchufe el aparato
del tomacorriente cuando haya terminado de hornear sus crepes.

OBSERVACION

• Con el aparato en funcionamiento, la luz indicadora cambia de verde a rojo y viceversa. Esto
indica que el aparato mantiene el nivel de temperatura ajustado.

• No utilice el aparato para cocer o descongelar alimentos congelados.

• Use el aparato apenas con alimentos descongelados.

• Humedezca un poco el esparcidor para que la masa de la crepe no se le pegue tan fácil.

• Reduzca la temperatura si nota que las crepes se están dorando demasiado.

• Para hacer mini panqueques, coloque una pequeña cantidad de masa sobre la plancha de coc-

ción y hornéela hasta que se despegue de la superficie con facilidad. Entonces puede voltear
los panqueques y seguir horneándolos hasta que se doren a su gusto.

Receta basica

Ingredientes (para 20 porciones):
250 g de harina, 3 huevos, 500 mL de leche, 1 pizca de sal.
Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un recipiente hondo para formar la masa. Deje que la masa

repose durante 1 hora. Cuanto menor sea la viscosidad de la masa, más delgadas quedarán las
crepes.

Si prega di osservare i seguenti avvisi generali di sicurezza per quanto riguarda la manipolazione
sicura del dispositivo.

• Leggere tutte le istruzioni prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio.

• Esaminare il dispositivo per eventuali danni esterni visibili prima di usarlo. Non mettere mai un

• dispositivo danneggiato in funzione.

• Solo elettricisti qualificati, formati dal produttore, possono procedere a tutte le riparazioni

che possono essere necessarie. Riparazioni impropriamente eseguite possono causare
notevolipericoli all’utente.

• Solo dipartimenti del servizio clienti autorizzati dal produttore possono eseguire riparazioni sul
dispositivo durante il periodo di garanzia, altrimenti i diritti di garanzia saranno nulli in caso di
eventuali danni.

• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio se il cavo o la spina sono danneggiati, se non funzionano

diventare molto caldi.

Si prega di osservare le seguenti indicazioni di sicurezza in modo da non bruciare o scottare se stessi

• Le superfici esterne del dispositivo e il dispositivo stesso possono diventare molto caldi.

• La temperatura della superficie acessible può diventare molto calda quando il dispositivo è in

funzione.

Pericolo di incendio

• Non coprire il dispositivo durante il funzionamento per evitare il surriscaldamento.

• Evitare il surriscaldamento di grassi per periodi prolungati. L’olio surriscaldato e il grasso

possono incendiarsi rapidamente.

Pericoli dovuti alla corrente elettrica

PERICOLO

Pericolo di morte a causa di corrente elettrica!

Esiste un reale ericolo di morte quando si entra in contatto in contatto con cavi in tensione o sim­ilari!

Rispettare le seguenti indicazioni di sicurezza per evitare pericoli a causa della corrente elettrica:

• Non aprire l’involucro del dispositivo in nessun caso. Vi è il rischio di una scossa elettrica se le
connessioni sotto n tensione e la struttura elettrica o meccanicaè alterata. Inoltre, possono
anche verificarsi anomalie di funzionamento del dispositivo.

• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio se il cavo o la spina sono danneggiati, se non funziona correttamente
o se è stato danneggiato o è caduto. Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, deve essere
sostituito dal produttore o dal suo rappresentante o da una persona qualificata al fine di evitare
rischi.

Messa in funzione

Questo capitolo fornisce importanti informazioni di sicurezza durante la prima messa in funzione
del dispositivo. Osservi le indicazioni per evitare pericoli e danni:

Danni a cose o persone possono verificarsi durante il funzionamento del dispositivo!

Rispettare le seguenti indicazioni di sicurezza per evitare tali pericoli:

• I materiali di imballaggio non possono essere utilizzati per giocare. C’è il pericolo di soffocamento.

Apertura della confezione

Rimuovere il dispositivo dal cartone, rimuovere il materiale da imballaggio, pala e misurino.

Smaltimento della confezione

La confezione protegge il dispositivo da danni durante il trasporto. I materiali di imballaggio vengono
selezionati in conformità con norme ambientali e di riciclo compatibili relative e può quindi essere
riciclato.

«Riciclare il materiale della confezione permette di risparmiare materie prime e riduce
le quantità di rifiuti accumulati. Pportare i materiali di imballaggio non più necessari ai
punti di raccolta riciclaggio per lo smaltimento.”

NOTA

• Se possibile, conservare l’imballaggio originale del dispositivo per la durata della garanzia, in
modo che il dispositivo può essere ri-imballato correttamente in caso di diritto di garanzia.

Requisiti di posizione per l’installazione:

Al fine di garantire il funzionamento sicuro e senza problemi del dispositivo, la posizione di
installazione deve rispettare i seguenti requisiti :

• Posizionare il dispositivo su una superfice piatta, dritta e resistente al calore che sopporti il dis­positivo e il suo contenuto cuscinetto.

• Scegliere la posizione di installazione in modo tale che i bambini non possono raggiungere le
superfici calde del dispositivo.

• Il dispositivo non è destinato ad essere installato in una parete o un armadio integrato.

• Non installare il dispositivo in un ambiente caldo, estremamente umido o vicino ad un materiale

infiammabile.

• Non posizionare il dispositivo in prossimità di un fornello a gas, elettrico o un forno.

• Il dispositivo richiede un adeguato flusso di aria al fine di funzionare correttamente. Lasciare

undistanza di 20 cm attorno al dispositivo.

• Non coprire le aperture sul dispositivo e non bloccarle.

• La presa elettrica deve essere facilmente accessibile in modo che il cavo di alimentazione può

essere staccato facilmente, in caso di emergenza.

• Il dispositivo e il cavo di alimentazione non devono entrare in contatto con la superficie calda.
Il dispositivo potrebbe essere danneggiato.

• L’installazione e montaggio di questo dispositivo in luoghi di installazione non stazionari
devono essere effettuati da aziende specializzate / elettricisti, a condizioni che garantiscano i
prerequisiti per l’uso sicuro di questo dispositivo.

Connessione elettrica

Al fine di garantire il funzionamento sicuro e senza problemi del dispositivo, le seguenti istruzioni
devono essere osservate per il collegamento elettrico:

• Prima di collegare il dispositivo, confrontare i dati di connessione (tensione e frequenza) sulla
targhetta con quelli della rete elettrica. Questi dati devono corrispondere in modo che nessun
danno si verifichi nel dispositivo. In caso di dubbio, chiedere al proprio elettricista qualificato.

• La presa elettrica deve essere protetta da un interruttore di sicurezza 16A, separatamente da
altri dispositivi che usano energia elettrica.

• Il collegamento tra il dispositivo e la rete elettrica può impiegare una prolunga di 3 metri(Max.)
con una sezione di 1,5 mm. L’uso di più spine o bande è vietata a causa del pericolo di incendio
che potrebbe conseguirne.

• Assicurarsi che il cavo di alimentazione non sia danneggiato e non è stato installato sotto il
forno o su superfici calde o taglienti.

• La sicurezza elettrica dell’apparecchio è garantita solo se il dispositivo è collegato ad un
conduttore di protezione opportunamente installato. L’utilizzo di una presa elettrica senza
un conduttore di protezione è vietato. Nel dubbio far controllare l’impianto da un elettricista
qualificato.Il produttore non può essere ritenuto responsabile per i danni che sono causati da
conduttore di protezione danneggiato o mancante.

Utilizzo e funzionamento

In questo capitolo si riceveranno indicazioni importanti per quanto riguarda il funzionamento del
dispositivo.

Osservi le indicazioni per evitare pericoli e danni:

AVVERTIMENTO

• Non lasciare il dispositivo incustodito durante il funzionamento per essere in grado di reagire
rapidamente in caso di pericoli.

Prima del primo utilizzo

Pulire la superficie di cottura con un panno umido.
Al primo utilizzo ci potrebbe essere una piccola produzione di fumo. Quindi utilizzare il dispositivo

senza cibo al più alto livello per 10 minuti e lasciare raffreddare. Pulire il dispositivo con panno
umido dopo il raffreddamento.

Uso

Collegare e accendere il regolatore di temperatura al livello desiderato (per primo utilizzo si consiglia
di livello 6, a seconda del grado di doratura desiderato. è possibile passare a livello superiore o
inferiore).

La spia di controllo diventa rossa e il dispositivo si riscalda.
Quando viene raggiunta la temperatura la spia di controllo diventa verde.
Mettere una piccola quantità di impasto sulla superficie di cottura e spalmare con la stecca con in

un movimento rotante in maniera uniforme.
Cuocere la crepe fino a quando la superficie non è più liquida e fino a quando la crepe può essere

spostata avanti e indietro facilmente.
Girare la crepe con la spatola piatto e lasciate cuocere. La crepe deve essere cotta a fondo ma

non deve diventare troppo marrone. Sollevare la crepe con la spatola piatta e rimuoverla dalla
superficie di cottura.

Ora è possibile farcirela crepe per esempio con marmellata e arrotolarla. Staccare la spina una vol­ta terminata la cottura delle crepes.

NOTA

• Durante il funzionamento la spia di controllo passa tra il verde e il rosso. Ciò indica che il
dispositivo mantiene la temperatura.

• Non utilizzare il dispositivo per la cottura o lo scongelamento dei cibi surgelati.

• Utilizzare solo alimenti scongelati.

• Bagnare la stecca in modo che l’impasto non si attacchi.

• Ridurre la temperatura se le crepes sono troppo marroni.

• Per i mini pancake mettere una piccola quantità di pasta sulla superficie di cottura e cuocere
fino a quando la la frittella pan può essere facilmentestaccata. Quindi è possibile girarle e las­ciarle cuocere fino a che non hanno raggiunto la doratura desiderata.

Ricetta di base

Ingredienti (per 20 porzioni):
250 g farina, 3 uova, 500 ml di latte, 1 pizzico di sale.
Mescolare tutti ingrienti in una ciotola per formare l’impasto. Lasciate riposare l’ impasto per 1 ora.
Minore è la viscosità dell’impasto più sottili saranno le crepes.

Pulizia e manutenzione

In questo capitolo riceverà indicazioni importanti per quanto riguarda la pulizia e la manutenzione
del dispositivo. Si prega di seguire le istruzioni per prevenire danni dovuti alla pulizia del
dispositivo in modo non corretto e per garantire un funzionamento senza problemi.

Informazioni sulla sicurezza

ATTENZIONE

Si prega di osservare le seguenti indicazioni di sicurezza, prima di procedere con la pulizia del dis­positivo:

• Il dispositivo deve essere pulito ei residui di cibo deve essere rimossi a intervalli regolari. Se
il dispositivo non viene mantenuto pulito, questo avrà un effetto negativo sulla durata del
dispositivo e può anche provocare una condizione pericolosa nel dispositivo come la crescita
di funghi e batteri.

• Staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente a muro prima della pulizia.

• Il dispositivo risulta caldo dopo l’uso. C’è il pericolo di ustioni! Attendere che il dispositivo si sia

raffreddato.

• Se l’ umidità penetra nel dispositivo, questo può danneggiare i componenti elettronici.Assicurarsi
che nessun liquido entriall’interno del dispositivo attraverso la bocchetta di ventilazione.

• Non utilizzare detergenti o solventi aggressivi o abrasivi.

• Non raschiare lo sporco ostinato con oggetti duri.

Pulizia

Pulire la custodia con un panno morbido.
Togliere i residui di impasto e olio con un tovagliolo di carta e pulire accuratamente la superficie di

cottura con un panno umido.
Lasciare che il dispositivo si asciughi prima di riporlo.

Risoluzione dei problemi
