General Description
The HMC128 chip is a miniature doublebalanced mixer which can be used as an
upconverter or downconverter. The chip is
especially suitable for Telecom and EW /
ECM applications because of its small size
consistent IC performance and zero DC bias
requirement. This part performance well as
a Bi-Phase modulator or demodulator. See
the HMC135 data sheet in section 5.
