Mountinghardpointsinclude10-32and-20threadedinserts(seebacksideof monitorphoto).Coolingisnotrequired,butsomeairflowaroundthecasewillallow thesmallamountofheattobedissipated. Powerisrequiredfromaregulatedsupply(provided)orother12voltsDC,10% DCsource.Thenoiseonthesupplyneedstobebelow100mVpp.
Notethatmanyportablebatterysystemsandallautomobilesthathave a12voltnominalsupplywilloftenbefoundtohavehighvoltagespikesandbeas highas18voltswhenchargingorfullycharged.
