Voice Dialing

Requires phone with voice-dialing feature and with voice names

already stored on phone’s contacts/address book

To activate voice dialing on the carkit, press

button

once (the phone will beep)

IMPORTANT: some phones require pressing

button again right after the beep is heard (the phone
will beep again)

Say the voice name stored in phone’s
contacts/address book

If voice match is found, the phone will announce the
name stored in address book and dial the number

If no voice match is found, the phone will beep twice
NOTE: During voice dialing, any voice prompts from

the cell phone, can only be heard directly on the
phone and not thru the carkit speakers

The volume of the incoming call on the cell phone
must be set to maximum

Volume Control

IMPORTANT: Set the cell phone volume when you

are on a phone call – otherwise it’s the ring volume
that gets adjusted

Once the phone volume is set to maximum, further
volume adjustments can be made directly from the
carkit using vol+ and vol- buttons

Pairing Multiple Bluetooth Devices

The carkit can store pairing information of up to 4
bluetooth devices.

IMPORATANT: Only one bluetooth device can be

used at a time with the carkit
