保守・サ－ビス
• 本器の汚れをとるときは、柔らかい布に水か中性洗剤を少量
含ませて、軽く拭いてください。ベンジン、アルコ－ル、ア
セトン、エ－テル、ケトン、シンナ－、ガソリン系を含む洗
剤は絶対に使用しないでください。変形変色することがあり
ます。

障内容も書き添えてください。輸送中の破損については保証

電極開放間隔は、測定する試料幅と同じにします。

概要
HIOKI 9263 SMD テ
タの測定端子（UNKNOWN 端子）に直接接続して使用する SMD
部品用の直結形テストフィクスチャです。一つのツマミで試料

Open and Short Circuit Compensation
To enhance the accuracy of measurement, perform the

The method of operation depends on the tester to which the test
fixture is connected. Refer to the Instruction Manual for the tes
ter.
Open circuit compensation
Turn the knob to open the high and low clamping portions
(with no connection between the two ends of the
clamping) in width of the sample to be measured.
Short circuit compensation
Turn the knob to short the high and low clamping portions.
