THE ULTIMATE SECURE KVM SOLUTION
Many high security organizations are using network isolation as an essential part of their security
policy. Once their critical network and information was separated from public\not classied
networks the only possible bridge between the networks is the KVM switch.
KVM switches are commonly used by users in secure
organizations to reduce desktop clutter and increase
productivity by allowing the user to share his
peripherals (keyboard, mouse and monitor) between
different computers. Users with two segregated
networks were at a lost as they could not find a cost
eective solution that will allow the peripheral sharing.
HSL K202B and K202D are the first low cost high
security solution to this problem. The K202B\D Secure
KVM designed to meet the requirements
of organizations that are challenged by
the need to provide secret or top-secret
network access together with unclassied
or internet access.
The K20x series KVM uses uni-directional
optical data-diodes to prevent any potential
leakage between the highly-isolated
peripheral channels. This KVM can also be

used to securely lter and lock USB ports preventing
data export / import through mass-storage devices
by hardware. The K202 is oered in two models – the
K202D that supports DVI-D video and the K202B that
supports DVI-I (and VGA) legacy video.
Patented DDC emulation technology enables safe
operation with display Plug and Play support. Product
passed extensive security evaluation through all forms
of known KVM attacks.
