The universal nature of USB connectivity makes setup and installation a snap; the RocketStor 6114V requires
only a single cable between the enclosure and host system. The integrated USB 3.1 Gen 2 technology is fully
backwards compatible with USB 3.0, and can also be used with USB Type-A connectors via the included cable
adapter. In addition, the RocketStor 6114V is the industry’s most affordable 4-Bay RAID 5 storage solution for
Thunderbolt™ 3 capable host platforms. The RocketStor 6114V is fully compatible with Thunderbolt™ 3 USB-C
connectors. Combined with our market proven Value RAID IP and 4-independent drive bays, the RocketStor
6114V is a truly viable, alternative to high-priced Thunderbolt™ 3 based storage solutions.
The RocketStor 6114V open approach to storage applications allows customers to use their choice of SATA
drive from all major drive brands including HGST, Seagate, Toshiba and WDC. The integrated Online Capacity
Expansion (OCE) and Online RAID level Migration (ORLM) features can add drives to existing RAID
configurations, and change one RAID type to another, on the fly.
The four removable hot-swap bays support any 2.5” or 3.5” SATA Hard Drive or SSD, up to 10TB in size, and up
to 40TB of total storage capacity. Enterprise/NAS class drives are recommended for the RocketStor 6114V;
customers can tailor storage configurations to meet each application’s performance and budget requirements.

The RocketStor 6114V includes a user-friendly web-based management interface available for Windows, and
Mac OSX operating systems. Novices and experts alike, can quickly and easily configure, monitor, maintain and
troubleshoot RAID configurations and individual storage devices, all from a single, unified software suite.
Advanced Management Features allow customers to configure Email notification to inform one or more users
of changing storage conditions while outside of the work environment, and manage storage remotely via a
local network connection.
