1 Introduction of Device Function interface
When the device is activated, the time interface is displayed by default, you can tap
the Home key to switch between the different function interfaces.

3 Activation and Connection
Launch the APP to menu interface, click on the activation portal, select Cling Aura,
then follow the APP instructions and discover Cling Aura devices. Select Cling Aura
with the ID shown on the screen and activate it. Until you reach 100% , Binding
Complete.
☆ Note: the "pairing" prompt of the IOS phone pops up, be sure to allow pairing, Android
phone choose to cancel pairing.
4 Connection Considerations
A. Make sure the Bluetooth on your phone is turned on;
B. Make sure the device is fully charged, turn on or charge before use .
C. Make sure the device is within 50cm of the phone when paired.
D. If Cling Aura shows a search failure under the Android system, please check the
phone preference settings to allow Cling to use the phone's Bluetooth. Android
system 6.0 or higher is required to operate GPS.
E. The Cling Aura waterproof rating is IP68, making it safe for use while swimming.
☆ Note: Due to expansion and contraction do not wear the Aura during hot showers,
baths, sauna etc.
3.Advanced Function Introduction
☆ Note: Tap the Cling Aura 5 times from the Time screen to navigate to the Advanced
menu page. Touch and hold the Home Key for 3 seconds to get to further function
screens. Touch the screen briefly to switch between screens.
A. Blood Pressure Manual / Automatic
① Manual Detection
Before using the Blood Pressure Fluctuation detection feature it is essential that the
wearer calibrates the Cling App using a Sphygmomanometer. Enter the
Sphygmomanometer reading into the Cling App as your baseline. The Cling App
will go directly to the "Measuring" mode and calibrate itself. The screen display is a
_/_ . Once the calibration is completed the Blood Pressure reading will be shown on
the Aura screen until the next detection. Hold the Start key for approximately 20
seconds to complete a manual Blood Pressure Fluctuation reading.

☆ Method: The wearer is asked in order to achieve the best possible reading to keep their
body relaxed and still during the Blood Pressure fluctuation test while holding the Aura
higher than their heart.

② Automatic detection
Cling Aura automatically detects Blood Pressure fluctuation 3 times per day. The
default detection times are 8:00 AM, 14:00 PM and 20:00 PM.
Auto-detection only happens under quiet human behavior. This means that before
detection is enacted the number of steps made by the Aura wearer must be zero for
30 minutes before the detection will be actuated
☆ Note: This product is not a medical device and its accompanying data should only
be used as a guide. Only an medically acceptable device (like a Sphygmomanometer)
should be used for exacting Blood Pressure readings.

B. Outdoor Running / Cycling
Cling Aura supports the following two types of outdoor sports motion trajectory:
outdoor running and outdoor cycling. In order to track these two workouts, activate
the Aura screen, from the Advanced Page touch and hold the Home Key button for
3 seconds to go to the menu page. Switch to outdoors by clicking the Home Key for
Running or Outdoor Cycling.

When both Bluetooth and GPS show as successfully connected, touch the “Got
it” button to place the Aura into running/cycling mode. When both Bluetooth and
GPS show as failing to connect, the wearer can also touch the screen “Got it”
button into running/cycling mode, however under these conditions the Cling

C.Medication Reminder
Aura alerts the wearer at dates and times that the wearer enters into the Cling App
to remind them to take the appropriate medications and detail the number of times
the wearer is required to take the medication each day. The Cling App gives the
wearer easy access to medication compliance records. The wearer enters their
various medication compliance needs and medication inventory into the Cling App.
They can add new medicines to the Cling App at any time,
and delete medications that they don't need to be taken any
longer. For medication reminders not acknowledged by
touching the Aura Confirm button at the first vibration reminder
the reminder will always be on the screen display until the next
medication reminder covers the last medication reminder. If this
occurs it requires the wearer to manually confirm
acknowledgement of the medication compliance on the Aura
screen or by manually acknowledging compliance on the Cling
App itself.
D. Gym Mode
The GYM Mode includes four sports modes: Treadmill, Elliptical, Stationary
Bicycle and Aerobics. Sport screens can be switched between the following
interfaces. The wearer can enter the selected GYM Mode for 3 seconds before
selecting one of them as the wearers chosen workout.

4.APP Important Reminder Settings
E. Caller Rejection
The Aura wearer can set up the Call Rejection feature from the Cling App menu.
The wearer has the option upon receiving a phone call to answer the call. The
wearer can set the App under unanswered call settings to handle call reminder
settings. When the wearer receives a phone call the Aura ring vibration screen is
displayed with the incoming call number / contact. If the wearer chooses to use
the "refuse to answer the phone" they can short touch the screen button to stop
the Aura vibration or touch for a longer 3 seconds to refuse to receive calls.
☆ Note: more than 8 of the phones in Android system are still in development.
F. Heart rate alarm, step and calorie reminder
From the Cling App Home page navigate to - Device Details - Heart Rate and
Activity. Open the Maximum Heart Rate Alarm alert, and set the hear t rate alarm
upper limit. When the Aura monitors the heart rate to be equal to or higher than the
value entered into the App, the Aura will vibrate giving the wearer as early warning,
reminding users to pay attention to their health safety. Aura also integrates the ten
thousand step challenge and calorie attainment plan. When the wearer reaches the
preset number of steps and calories, the Aura will prompt the wearer to meet the
target, stimulating your challenge enthusiasm.

G. Intelligent Reminder
When there is new information, the Aura will vibrate to remind the wearer and
display the Envelope icon The wearer can then touch the button to view the
message content.
☆ Note: Please open the corresponding Smart Reminder in App.
5.Frequently Asked Questions:
Q1: How to activate Aura？
A: Upon receiving the Aura it needs to be activated first. Place the Aura in the USB charger
when it is not activated. When the screen lights up, the 4-bit Bluetooth code is then displayed
on the Aura screen. To download the Cling App activation device, follow the instructions.
(Note: Select the same model connection as the product type during activation)
Q2：If the Aura activation is unable to search for equipment?
A: Please make sure that your phone Bluetooth is turned on. Verify that the access device
you entered is in line with your device type.
1.If your Aura is currently dark screen, you can use a key or charge it to light up the screen
to wake up the Aura.
2. If your Aura is displayed on-screen and doesn't have a Bluetooth connection symbol, you
can place the device in the charging seat.
3. Bluetooth is occupied.
A. Android phones, please cancel the manual pairing in the list of Bluetooth paired devices.
Open Bluetooth, open the Cling App and activate it step by step
B. Excluding whether other mobile phones are paired or linked, you need to disconnect the
connection and give up the Bluetooth of the device before the Cling App can search for the
Aura device.
Q3. Data can not be synchronized and has not been connected.
A: If the Cling App keeps showing no connection, it may be caused by the Bluetooth
protocol of the mobile phone not cleaning up the Bluetooth state saved before after many
connection/disconnection sessions.
At this point, you need to exit the login status of Cling App, according to the particular
mobile phone system and the following corresponding operation:
1.IOS: Find your Aura Bluetooth number in the App Bluetooth screen, ignore the device,
remove the Bluetooth connection between the Aura and the phone, switch the flight mode
of the phone on and off, then reopen the Cling App
2.Android: Switch on the Bluetooth on the phone, then reopen the Cling App.
Q4. App is too slow.
A. It is suggested to synchronize the data of the Aura once a day to speed up the
synchronization process because the data stored in the Aura is too large.
Q5. How to deal with a firmware upgrade failure?
A. If the first upgrade fails, please confirm whether the Aura and Cling App are connected.
Please synchronize the Aura data before upgrading.
Q6. How to manage the application permissions of Cling App?
1. Android Phone-Settings-Privilege Management-Cling Applications-Select Related
Privileges.
2. IOS mobile phone-set-cling-to select the relevant permissions(to receive notification from
the notification center).
Q7. How does Android mobile set Cling App running in the background?
1. Setting up permission management - Cling App- to set up trust in this software. If you
install a security management class or a cleanup accelerator class application, set the Cling
App to a White List (trust list).
2. In the privilege management program of the mobile phone system, please set "Cling" as
a trusted application. Caller display and other functions need to obtain this privilege to
achieve the function.

Important Notice:

Warranty and after service
1. Warranty period：1 year free warranty service: Core device and charging base. 1 year warranty service: Device
package, user guide, USB cable and strap.
2. 7 days refund：Consumer can get a refund (invoice amount), replacement or maintenance according to
government warranty policy within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please provide receipt and location of
purchase.Fees to ship the device back to us is the responsibility of the consumer.
3. 8 to 15 days replacement or maintenance. Consumer can choose replacement or maintenance within 8-15
days by providing the after service testing report. The after service testing report must come from an authorized
maintenance center and must indicate that it is not man-made damage.
4. Consumer can have paid service when he/she meets the below criteria:
(1) Product exceeds the warranty period；
(2) Unable to provide warranty card or invoice except he/she can approve it is in warranty period;
