Materials Identication and Segregation:
Where possible, plastic components are marked with ASTM recycling codes. Use these codes to identify material type for recycling. Non marked components should be treated as mixed plastic.
Ferrous metals can be identied using a small magnet for recycling. Non-ferrous metals should be
separated and recycled separately.
Multipurpose Chair:
1. Invert chair on padded corner of table top.

2. Hold base and pull hard to remove caster from base.

3. Using a 7/8” dia socket, or
4. Lift the base from something equivalent, strike socket to dislodge the base from the cylinder.
pneumatic cylinder and pull off.
5. Remove cylinder from tilt by hitting bottom of tilt with mallet.

6. Pull out the cylinder from assembly.

7. Using T-20 Torx screwdriver, remove and properly dispose of set screws from yoke.
8. Pull arm out of back frame post.

14. Using head screw driver
remove the screws from seat pan.

18. Remove spring and and lift knob from tilt assembly.

19. Using T-40 torx ratchet wrench tool, remove fasteners and bearing securing yoke to carriage and dispose of properly.
20. Remove yoke from tilt.

5. Remove the back properly.
6. Using 1/8” punch and hammer, drive post fastener from push on fastener in bumper. Repeat procedure for other post fasteners.
7. Remove bumpers from bottom of frame.
