BEFORE USING THE HERCULES ELITE BLENDER.
POLARIZED PLUG: To reduce the risk of electric shock, the appliance has a polarized plug (one prong is wider
than the other). The plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. The plug should fit into the socket without being
forced. If the plug does not fit, turn the plug until it matches the socket in size and shape. If the plug still does not fit
into the socket, please contact a licensed electrician to install the proper outlet. DO NOT MODIFY THE PLUG IN
ANY WAY!
Avoid shock! DO NOT submerge the blender or
allow the power cord to come into contact with
water or any other liquid. DO NOT PUT THE
BLENDER OR ANY OF ITS PARTS IN THE
DISHWASHER!

Children should not use the blender, and
extreme caution should be used when using the
blender around children.
DO NOT abuse the power cord. Never use the
cord to move the blender from one place to the
next. Never yank the power cord from the
socket/electrical outlet. Firmly grasp the power
cord at its base and pull to disconnect it.
When not in use, unplug the blender. Never
touch any moving parts or the blender's
blades. This could lead to severe injury, such as
the ngers or hand being chopped off. This is
NOT a toy.

If the cord is damaged, do not operate the
blender. If the blender or cord has been
damaged in any kind of way, return the
appliance to the retailer for proper assessment
and repair.
ALWAYS keep the blender cord on top of the
counter surface. NEVER allow the cord to hang
loosely where it can get caught on other items
or people. Not doing so could cause damage to
the blender or injury to other people.
Use a dry, level surface when operating the
blender.
Keep hair, hands, clothing, and all utensils out
of the blender container while the blender is in
use. A spatula can only be used when the
blender is in the OFF position.
CAUTION: The blender blades are extremely
sharp! Always handle the blades with care to
avoid injury.

NEVER allow your hand or anything other than
the food being blended to come into contact
with the blades.
DO NOT place forks, spoons, knives, or any
other metal objects inside the blender.
NEVER attempt to sharpen the blades.
DO NOT use the blender if the pitcher, the
blades, or the electrical cord are damaged.
If your blender model comes with a mixing rod,
DO NOT put it inside the blender pitcher while
the blender is in use. Only use the mixing rod
when the blender is off.
To avoid injury, never place the blade assembly
directly onto the base of the blender if it is not
attached to the pitcher.
DO NOT operate the blender on or around hot
surfaces. Keep the blender away from stoves,
electric burners, and ovens while it is in use.
DO NOT alter or tamper with the blender, its
blades, or the electrical cord. Doing so could
result in personal injury.
Use caution when blending hot liquids.
DO NOT attempt to blend raw meat or bones.
This could permanently damage your blender.

DO NOT overll the blender.
To avoid scalding and burns, use caution when
blending hot foods. Always open the pouring
spout to allow the liquid to cool before pouring it
from the blender.
DO NOT turn the blender on when it is empty.
Before cleaning the blender, allow it to cool.
If the blender becomes overheated, a thermal
switch will automatically shut the motor off. To
reset the blender, unplug it and allow it to cool
for ve minutes. Afterwards, you can plug the
blender back in and continue blending. If your
blender model comes with a thermal reset
button, you can push it to reset the blender and
then continue blending.
An extension cord can be used with the
blender; however, make sure that the extension
cord is not damaged and that it is at least 15
amperes. Make sure the extension cord and the
blender cord are both positioned in a way that
will not allow anyone, especially small children,
to accidentally trip over them.

Remove all packaging material and labels from the appliance.
Remove the pitcher from the base. Wash/rinse the lid and blender out with warm
water, and dry the bottom with a soft cloth before placing it back on the base.
The motor base can be wiped with a clean, damp cloth, but do not submerge it in
water.
**Always make sure blender is unplugged when cleaning or when assembling.

Clean blender after each use. Begin by unplugging the power cord from the
electrical outlet. Remove the pitcher from the blender's base and rinse it with
warm water. Dry the pitcher with a soft cloth, being careful to avoid touching the
sharp blades. Alternatively, the pitcher can be air-dried by placing it upside
down on a counter-top dish rack. Wipe the base of the blender with a soft, damp
cloth. Always make sure the blender is unplugged when it is not in use.

Check the safety circuit breaker switch (for over current protection, this is usually
located on the back of the blender or underneath the blender base) Push or ip the
button to activate the switch.
Make sure the blender cord is properly connected into the electrical wall socket.
Check to make sure there is not a power outage or a blown fuse in your home.
First, unplug the blender cord from the electrical wall socket. Make sure the blender
pitcher and blades are properly attached and placed on the base correctly. After you
have checked to make sure all of the parts are properly and safely attached, plug the
blender in and turn it on.
