Assembling and adjusting the backrest
The chair is delivered without the backrest assembled. To assemble it, place it gently on the post til it stops. Press the clamp for the locking mechanism A sideways and hold it while the backrest is pressed down to desired position.
Adjusting the armrest
Armrest pad can easily be pushed forward or back. The height is regulated by holding up the outer mantle and then move the armrest to desired position. The whole armrest can be folded back by pressing the plastic latch at the bottom.
Regulating the coxit flap
Only for the COXIT-models:
Open the wheels K (left or right), set the coxit-flaps in desired angle and lock the wheels again.

Intended use
Hepro Standard and coxit work chairs are designed to help peoplewith disabilities that make it difficult for them to execute an activity in an upright position, and at the same time have problem with movement during the activity. The chair has big levers with clear symbols and can be easily adjusted to fit ergonomically while simultaneously taking into accoumt the body`s movements. All the levers are placed on the right side of the seat, except the lever for seat rotation which is on the left side. The chair offers good legroom and is easy to move, but is stable when the break is activated.

Regulate the seat unit
For models with gas lift - G
Lift the lever F and regulate the seat height in
desired position.
Turn the wheel G and regulate the seat angle to
desired position.
Lift the lever H and regulate the backrest angle to
desired position.

For models with electrical lift – E
The red switch L regulate the seat height, up when turning the switch forward and
down when turning it backward.
The wheel G and the lever H has the same function as models with gas lift. To charge the ELEKTRO-models: put the charger plug in the charger socket M. It is
recommended to charge the chair once a week.
Regulate the seat rotation

Lift the lever I and the seat rotation can be regulated ti desired

position.

The rotation can be locked in 4 position ( for every 90 degrees).

For models with electrical lift, only 3 positions.

Regulate the brake handle
Loosen the two unbraco screws O to move the brake handle sideways. It can also be moved to the other side. The position is locked by turning the screws the other way. Use the 2,5 mm unbraco key delivered with the chair. (It is located on the right side of the wheelbase center).
The chair is delivered with the brake handle totaly in.

Cleaning

The fabric can be washed in water up to 60°C. All parts of the frame and chassis can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Warranty
When used in accordance with the Operating Instruction HEPRO provides a 2-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Please address warranty complains or other inquiries about the product to your supplier or importer. Always state the product`s serial number as a referance.
Safety Provisions
The chair is an aid and shall not be used as a «toy» for children. Exceeding approved
user weight (150 kg) may cause damage to both user and product.
Do not stand on the foot ring! The chair will probably overturn!
Although the fabric is flame retardant it must not be exposed to naked flame,
cigarette embers or the like.
