Thank you for purchasing this Hendi appliance. Before using the appliance for the first time, please read this manual carefully, paying particular attention to the safety regulations outlined below.
Safety regulations
• This appliance is intended for commercial use only and must not be used for household use.
• The appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it was intended and designed. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect operation and improper use.
• Keep the appliance and electrical plug away from water and any other liquids. In the event that the appliance should fall into water, immediately remove plug from the socket and do not use until the appliance has been checked by a certified technician. Failure to follow these instructions could cause a risk to lives.
• Never attempt to open the casing of the appliance yourself.
• Do not insert any objects in the casing of the appliance.
• Do not touch the plug with wet or damp hands.
• Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. In case of malfunctions, repairs are to be conducted by qualified personnel only.
• Never use a damaged appliance! Disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet and contact the retailer if it is damaged.
• Warning! Do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids. Never hold the appliance under running water.
• Regularly check the power plug and cord for any damage. If the power plug or power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid danger or injury.
• Make sure the cord does not come in contact with sharp or hot objects and keep it away from open fire. To pull the plug out of the socket, always pull on the plug and not on the cord.

Ensure that the cord (or extension cord) is positioned so that it will not cause a trip hazard.
• Always keep an eye on the appliance when in use.
•
Warning! As long as the plug is in the socket the appliance is connected to the power source.
• Turn off the appliance before pulling the plug out of the socket.
• Never carry the appliance by the cord.
• Do not use any extra devices that are not supplied along with the appliance.
• Only connect the appliance to an electrical outlet with the voltage and frequency mentioned on the appliance label.
• Connect the power plug to an easily accessible electrical outlet so that in case of emergency the appliance can be unplugged immediately. To completely switch off the appliance pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet.
• Always turn the appliance off before disconnecting the plug.

• Never use accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer. Failure to do so could pose a safety risk to the user and could damage the appliance. Only use original parts and accessories.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.
• This appliance must not be used by children under any circumstances.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the mains if it is left unattended or is not in use, and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning.
• Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
Special Safety Regulations
• This appliance is designed for cooking a variety of food via heating the cookware. Any other use may lead to damage of the appliance or personal injury.
• Use the appliance only as described in this manual.
• This appliance should be operated by trained personnel in kitchen of the restaurant, canteens or bar staff, etc.

Caution! Danger of burns! The temperature of the heating surface and other acces-
sible surface is very high during use. Touch the control panel only.

Caution! This appliance will emit non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation.

• Do not place the appliance near objects that may be affected by a magnetic field TVs, radios, bank cards and credit cards.
• Do not place the appliance on a heating object (gas, electric, charcoal cooker, etc.) Keep the appliance away from any hot surfaces and open flames. Always operate the appliance on a level, stable, clean, heat-resistant and dry surface.
• Make sure the appliance is not placed near water vapour or greasy vapours. The fan in side of the appliance will take in these vapours and this will cause grease or moisture to accumulate in the appliance which may result in a short-circuit in the appliance.
• This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
• Metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids should not be placed on the heat ing plate since they can get hot.
• WARNING: Keep all ventilation openings in the appliance clear of obstruction.
• WARNING: If the heating surface is cracked or damaged, switch off the appliance to avoid the possibility of electric shock.
• Allow at least 20 cm spacing around the appliance for ventilation purpose during use.
• Do not use hard utensils to hit the heating plate surface. Do not use water jet, flush di rectly with water or steam cleaner as the parts will get wet and electric shock might be resulted.
• Take care when operating the appliance, as rings, watches and similar objects worn by

• Caution! Securely route the power cord if necessary in order to prevent unintentional pulling or contact with the heating surface.
• Do not wash the appliance with water. Washing can cause leakages and increase the risk of electric shock.
• Do not clean or store the appliance unless it is completely cooled down.
• Do not place empty cookware on the appliance during operation as this may damage the cookware.

Grounding installation
This appliance is classified as protection class I appliance and must be connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric

Preparations before using for the first time
• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
• Check to make sure the appliance is undamaged. In case of incomplete delivery and damages. Please contact supplier (See == > Warranty).
• Clean the appliance before use (See == > Clean­ing and Maintenance).
• Make sure the appliance is completely dry.
• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resist surface that is safe against water splashes.

Operation
• Place a suitable cookware at the centre of the heating surface of the appliance. (See --> Suita­ble cooking equipment).
Note: Do not place empty cookware as this may
damage the cookware.
• Connect the internal wires of the power cord to a suitable electrical supply outlet. (See --> power supply line connection)
• Switch on the electrical supply system and On/ Standby indicator (1) will light up. The appliance now in Standby mode.
• Then, switch On the appliance by pressing On/ Standby button (1) and “ - - - -“ will flash on the display (3).
• Next, press increase setting (2) once. “3000” will be displayed and this is the default power.
• Now, the appliance starts operating and you can program in either power or temperature mode.
Setting Power level
• During operation, press the power / temperature button (6) to activate. The indicator light (6) of the power will light up.
• Press the increase setting (2) or decrease setting button (5) to increase or decrease the power level (Range: 100W ~ 5,000W). Default power is 3,000W. Higher power level is suitable for steaming.
Setting Temperature level
• During operation, press the power / temperature button (6) to activate. The indicator light (6) of the temperature will light up.
• Press the increase setting (2) or decrease setting button (5) to increase or decrease the tempera­ture level (Range: 35°C ~ 240°C). Default temper­ature is 100°C. Higher temperature level is suita­ble for roasting, grilling or frying.
Setting Timer
• After power or temperature setting for cooking, you can opt for timer setting. Press the timer button (4) to activate. The indicator light (4) with light up.
• Press the increase setting (2) or decrease setting button (5) to increase or decrease the operation time (Range: 0 min ~ 180 mins). Default setting is 0 min.
• When the timer is set, it will be stored automat­ically within 5 seconds. The appliance will then start operation. It will display the remaining time and the power setting / temperature setting al­ternately on the display (4).
• The appliance will go into Standby mode when the set time is elapsed.
• If the set time is reduced to “0 min” manually, the appliance will go into Standby mode instantly.

Note:
1. Press and hold the increase setting button (2) or decrease setting button (5) for fast adjustment.
2. Every time, you press any button on the panel, a short beep sound will be heard to alert the user.
3. After an extended period of operation, it is nor­mal for the cooling fan inside to continue run­ning in Standby mode for some time. Before unplug the appliance, wait until the cooling fan stops running.
4. The appliance’s surface is still hot after switch to Standby mode. Wait completely cool down before touching.
5. If no any button on the control panel is pressed during operation for 2 hours, the appliance will then switch to Standby mode automatically.

Error codes display

• Die unsachgemäße Bedienung des Geräts kann zur schweren Beschädigung des Geräts sowie zu Verletzungen führen.
• Das vorliegende Gerät ist ausschließlich für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt und darf nicht im Haushalt verwendet werden.
• Das Gerät ist ausschließlich zu dem Zweck zu benutzen, zu dem es hergestellt wurde. Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden, die auf unsachgemäße Bedienung des Geräts zurückzuführen sind.
• Den Kontakt des Gerätes und des Steckers mit Wasser oder einer anderen Flüssigkeit vermeiden. Den Stecker unverzüglich aus dem Stecker ziehen und das Gerät von einem anerkannten Fachmann prüfen lassen, wenn das Gerät unbeabsichtigterweise ins Was ser fällt. • Bevor der Stecker aus der Netzsteckdose genommen wird, ist das Gerät auszuschalten.
• Das Gerät darf beim Tragen nicht an der Leitung gehalten werden.
• Benutzen Sie kein Zubehör, das nicht mit diesem Gerät mitgeliefert wurde.
• Das Gerät muss man ausschließlich an die Steckdose mit solch einer Spannung und Frequenz anschließen, wie auf dem Typenschild angegeben wird.
• Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose, die an einem leicht und bequem zugänglichen Ort angeordnet ist, und zwar so, dass das Gerät bei einer Störung sofort abgeschaltet werden kann. Um das Gerät vollständig auszuschalten, muss man es von der Stromquel
­le trennen. Zu diesem Zweck muss man den Stecker, der sich am Ende der vom Gerät getrennten Leitung befindet, aus der Netzsteckdose ziehen.
• Vor dem Abtrennen des Steckers ist das Gerät auszuschalten!
• Benutzen Sie kein Zubehör, das nicht vom Hersteller empfohlen wird. Die Anwendung vom nicht empfohlenen Zubehör stellt eine Gefahr für den Nutzer dar und kann zur Be
­schädigung des Gerätes führen. Benutzen Sie ausschließlich Ersatzteile und Zubehör im Original.
• Dieses Gerät eignet sich nicht für den Gebrauch durch Personen (gilt auch für Kinder) mit geringerer Motorik, Sensorik oder geistiger Fähigkeit oder mangelhafter Erfahrung und Wissen.
• Auf keinen Fall darf das Bedienen des Gerätes durch Kinder zugelassen werden.
• Das Gerät mit Stromversorgungsleitung ist außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern zu lagern.
• Ebenso muss dafür gesorgt werden, dass die Kinder das Gerät nicht zum Spielen benut

• Das Gerät ist immer dann von der Stromversorgung zu trennen, wenn es ohne Aufsicht bleiben soll bzw. auch vor der Montage, Demontage und Reinigung.
• Während der Nutzung darf das Gerät nicht ohne Aufsicht gelassen werden.
Besondere Sicherheitsvorschriften
• Das vorliegende Gerät ist zum Kochen verschiedener Speisen durch das Erwärmen des Kochgeschirrs bestimmt. Die Verwendung des Geräts für andere Zwecke kann zu seiner Beschädigung sowie zu Körperverletzungen führen.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät ausschließlich gemäß der Anleitung.
• Das Gerät ist ausschließlich durch das geschultes Personal in Küchen, Restaurants und Kantinen oder durch die Bedienpersonen an der Bar zu bedienen.
•
Achtung! Es besteht die Verbrennungsgefahr! Die Heizfläche und die anderen
zugänglichen Flächen erwärmen sich auf sehr hohe Temperaturen. Berühren Sie aus

schließlich das Steuerpanel.
•
Achtung! Das Gerät emittiert die nicht ionisierende elektromagnetische Strahlung.

Hinten am Gerät befindet sich eine Äquipotential-Steckdose, die einen Queran-

• Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Gegenständen ab, die von einem Magnet

Geldkarten oder Kreditkarten.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht auf einen wärmemittierenden Gegenstand (Gasherd, Elekt roherd, Grill, usw.). Lagern Sie es weit entfernt von heißen Flächen oder offenem Feuer. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene, stabile, saubere und trockene Fläche auf, die auch gegen die Einwirkung hoher Temperaturen beständig ist.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich das Gerät nicht in der Nähe des Entstehungsorts von Wasserdampf oder fettigen Dämpfen befindet. Der Lüfter des Geräts saugt diese Dämpfe nämlich heran, was dazu führt, dass sich im Gerät Fett oder Feuchtigkeit ansammelt und gegebenenfalls Kurzschluss entsteht.
• Das Gerät ist für die Bedienung durch eine externe Schaltuhr oder ein gesondertes Fern steuersystem nicht geeignet.
• Stellen Sie keine Metallgegenstände (z.B. Messer, Gabeln, Löffel oder Deckel) auf die Fläche der Kochplatte auf, da sie heiß werden können.
• WARNUNG: Verdecken Sie nicht die Belüftungsöffnungen im Gehäuse des Geräts.
• WARNUNG: Wenn die Kochplatte gerissen ist oder beschädigt wird, trennen Sie das Ge rät von der Stromversorgung, um so den Stromschlag zu vermeiden.
• Um eine ausreichende Belüftung des Geräts zu gewährleisten, belassen Sie einen Frei raum von mindestens 20 cm rundum das Gerät.
• Schlagen Sie nicht die Heizplatte mit harten Werkzeugen. Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht mit einem Wasserstrahl unter Druck oder einem Dampfreiniger, spülen Sie das Gerät nicht mit Wasser ab, da die Teile im Gerät feucht werden oder eingetaucht werden kön

• Achten Sie besonders auf Ringe, Uhren und anderen Schmuck bei der Bedienung des Geräts, da sie heiß werden können, wenn sie sich in der Nähe der Heizplatte befinden.

• Waschen Sie das Gerät nicht mit Wasser. Beim Waschen des Geräts kann Wasser in den elektrischen Teil gelangen und so zu einem Stromschlag führen.
• Reinigen und stellen Sie das Gerät nicht am Lagerort ab, bis es nicht vollständig abge kühlt ist.
• Stellen Sie kein leeres Kochgeschirr auf das Gerät auf, um dieses nicht zu beschädigen. Verwenden Sie nur das Kochgeschirr der empfohlenen Art und Größe. (Siehe - - -> Ge eignetes Küchenzubehör).

Montage der Erdung
Der Induktionskocher ist ein Gerät der I. Schutz­klasse und erfordert eine Erdung. Die Erdung verringert das Risiko eines elektrischen Strom­schlags, da über einen Leiter der elektrische

Strom abgeleitet wird. Das Gerät ist mit einem Schutzleiter mit Schutzkontaktstecker ausgerüs­tet. Der Stecker ist an eine Netzsteckdose anzu­schließen, die richtig montiert und geerdet wurde.

Bedienung
• Stellen Sie ein geeignetes Kochgeschirr auf die Mitte der Heizfläche des Geräts auf. (Siehe - - -> Geeignetes Küchenzubehör). Hinweis: Stellen Sie kein leeres Kochgeschirr auf das Gerät auf, um dieses nicht zu beschädigen.
• Schließen Sie die internen Leiter des Stromka­bels an eine entsprechende Netzsteckdose an. (Siehe ---> Stromversorgung)
• Schließen Sie das Gerät an die Versorgungs­quelle, und die EIN-/Standby-Kontrollleuchte (1) leuchtet auf. Das Gerät befindet sich im Stand­by-Modus.
• Schalten Sie dann das Gerät mit der EIN-/Stand­by-Taste (1) ein, und im Display (3) wird „- - - -” angezeigt.
• Drücken Sie einmal die Taste zur Erhöhung der Werte (2). Im Display erscheint der Wert „3000” (voreingestellte Leistung).
• Das Gerät wird in Betrieb genommen; man kann sowohl den Leistungsmodus, als auch Tempera­turmodus einstellen.
Leistungseinstellung
• Drücken Sie die Taste der Temperatur/Leistung (6) während des Betriebs des Geräts, um die Werte einzustellen. Die Leistungs-Kontrollleuch­te (6) leuchtet auf.
• Drücken Sie die Taste zur Erhöhung (2) oder Ver­ringerung (5) der Werte, um die Leistung entwe­der zu erhöhen oder zu verringern (Bereich: 100 W ~ 5.000 W). Der voreingestellte Leistungswert beträgt 3.000 W. Der höhere Leistungswert ist für das Dampfkochen geeignet.
Einstellung der Temperatur
• Drücken Sie die Taste der Temperatur/Leistung (6) während des Betriebs des Geräts, um die Werte einzustellen. Die Temperatur-Kontroll­leuchte (6) leuchtet auf.
• Drücken Sie die Taste zur Erhöhung (2) oder Ver­ringerung (5) der Werte, um die Temperatur ent­weder zu erhöhen oder zu verringern (Bereich: 35°C ~ 240°C). Die voreingestellte Temperatur beträgt 100°C. Der höhere Leistungswert ist für das Backen, Grillen oder Braten geeignet.
Timer-Einstellung
• Nach dem Einstellen der Leistung und Tempera­tur kann man den Timer einstellen. Drücken Sie die Timer-Taste (4). Die Timer-Kontrollleuchte (4) leuchtet auf.
• Drücken Sie die Taste zur Erhöhung (2) oder Ver­ringerung (5) der Werte, um die Kochzeit entwe­der zu erhöhen oder zu verringern (Bereich: 0 ~ 180 Min.). Die voreingestellte Kochzeit beträgt 0 Min.
• Nach dem Einstellen des Timers wird der Wert nach 5 Sekunden automatisch gespeichert. Das Gerät beginnt zu kochen. Das Gerät wird die ver­bleibende Zeit und die Leistungseinstellung / Temperatureinstellung anzeigen.
• Wenn die eingestellte Zeit abgelaufen ist, geht das Gerät in den Standby-Modus.
• Wenn die eingestellte Zeit manuell auf „0 Min.” verringert wird, geht das Gerät sofort in den Standby-Modus.

Veiligheidsinstructies
• Onjuiste bediening en verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat kan ernstige schade aan het apparaat en verwonding van personen tot gevolg hebben.
• Dit apparaat mag alleen worden gebruikt voor commerciële doeleinden en mag niet wor den gebruikt voor huishoudelijk gebruik.
• Het apparaat mag alleen worden gebruikt voor het doel waarvoor het werd ontworpen. De fabrikant aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor schade als gevolg van onjuis te bediening en verkeerd gebruik.
• Zorg dat het apparaat en de stekker niet met water of een andere vloeistof in aanra king komen. • Gebruik geen hard keukengerei of gereedschap om op het oppervlak van de verwarmingsplaat te slaan. Gebruik geen waterstralen of stoomreiniger en spoel niet rechtstreeks af met water, omdat de onderdelen van het apparaat nat kunnen worden en dit kan leiden tot elektrische schokken.
• Wees voorzichtig wanneer u het apparaat gebruikt, omdat ringen, horloges en soortgelijke draag bare voorwerpen erg heet kunnen worden als ze zich in de buurt van het verwarmingsoppervlak bevinden.
• Let op! Plaats het netsnoer indien nodig op een veilige manier om te voorkomen dat het netsnoer in contact kan komen met het verwarmingsoppervlak en dat er per ongeluk aan het netsnoer kan worden getrokken.
• Was het apparaat niet met water. Wassen kan lekkages veroorzaken en het risico op elektrische schokken verhogen.
• Reinig of berg het apparaat niet op tenzij het volledig is afgekoeld.
• Plaats geen lege pannen op het apparaat tijdens gebruik, omdat dit tot schade aan de pannen kan leiden. Gebruik alleen pannen en kookgerei van het aanbevolen type en grootte. (Zie -> Geschikte pannen).

Dit apparaat is geclassificeerd als beschermings­klasse I en moet worden aangesloten op een aan­sluiting met aarde. Aarding verlaagt de kans op

Bediening
• Plaats een geschikte pan in het midden van het verwarmingsoppervlak van het apparaat. (Zie --> Geschikte pannen).
Opmerking: Plaats geen lege pan op het apparaat, omdat dit de pan kan beschadigen.
• Sluit de interne draden van het netsnoer aan op een geschikt stopcontact. (Zie --> Stroomaan­sluiting)
• Schakel het stroomvoorzieningssysteem in, het Aan/Standby-indicatielampje (1) licht op. Het ap­paraat staat nu in de Standby-modus.
• Zet het apparaat daarna Aan door op Aan/Stand­by (1) te drukken, de tekst “ - - - -“ knippert op het display (3).
• Druk daarna één keer op verhogen (2). Het cijfer “3000” wordt getoond, dit is het standaardvermo­gen.
• Het apparaat begint nu te werken en u kunt het vermogen of de temperatuur programmeren in de vermogen- of temperatuurmodus.
Het vermogensniveau instellen
• Druk tijdens gebruik op vermogen / temperatuur

Fonctionnement
• Placez un récipient approprié au milieu de la sur­face chauffante de l’appareil. (Voir -> Equipement de cuisine approprié). Attention: Ne placez pas des récipients vides sur l’appareil fonctionnant pour éviter de les endommager.
• Branchez les fils internes du câble d’alimenta­tion à une prise électrique appropriée (Voir ---> Connexion de l’alimentation)
• Branchez l’appareil à une source d’alimentation et le voyant indiquant le démarrage / la veille (1) s’allume. A ce stade l’appareil est en mode veille.
• Ensuite allumez l’appareil en utilisant le bouton démarrage / veille (1), sur l’afficheur (3) „- - -
-”apparaît.
• Appuyez le bouton de l’augmentation de la valeur (2). L’afficheur affiche la valeur „3000” (la valeur de puissance par défaut).
• L’appareil commence à fonctionner : vous pou­vez régler le mode de puissance et le mode de température.
Réglage du niveau de puissance
• Pendant le fonctionnement de l’appareil appuyez

Réglage de la température
• Pendant le fonctionnement de l’appareil appuyez le bouton de puissance / température (6), pour activer le réglage de la valeur. Le voyant indiquant la température (6) s’allume.
• Appuyez le bouton de l’augmentation (2) ou de la réduction (5) de la valeur pour augmenter ou ré­duire la température (Plage : 35°C ~ 240°C). La température par défaut est de 100°C. LA tempé­rature plus élevée est idéale pour cuire, griller ou frire.
Réglage de la minuterie
• Après avoir réglé la puissance et la température, vous pouvez régler la minuterie (4). Le voyant de la minuterie (4) s’allume.
• Appuyez le bouton de l’augmentation (2) ou de la réduction (5) de la valeur pour augmenter ou ré­duire le temps de cuisson (Plage : 0 ~ 180 min). Le temps de cuisson par défaut est de 0 min.
• Après avoir réglé la minuterie, la valeur est en­registrée automatiquement après 5 secondes. L’appareil commence la cuisson. L’appareil af­fiche alternativement le temps restant, le niveau de la puissance et la valeur de la température.
• Après le temps réglé, l’appareil passe en mode de veille.
• Si le temps réglé est réduit manuellement à la valeur „0 min” l’appareil passe immédiatement en mode de veille.
Attention :
1) Appuyez et maintenez le bouton de l’augmenta­tion (2) ou de la réduction (5) de la valeur pour régler les valeurs souhaitées plus rapidement.
2) Chaque fois que vous appuyez sur le bouton du panneau de commande déclenche un signal so­nore.
3) Après une longue période du fonctionnement, le ventilateur à l’intérieur de l’appareil continue son fonctionnement ce qui est tout à fait nor­mal. Avant de débrancher l’appareil de la source d’alimentation, attendez jusqu’à ce que le venti­lateur s’arrête.

Funzionamento
• Posizionare un recipiente adatto al centro della piastra di riscaldamento. (Vedere - - -> Attrez­zatura da cucina adeguata). Nota: non mettere vasi vuoti sull’apparecchio funzionante per non danneggiarli.
• Collegare i fili interni del cavo di alimentazione ad una presa elettrica adeguata. (Vedere ---> Colle­gamento di alimentazione)
• Collegare l’apparecchio ad una fonte di alimenta­zione e la spia indicante accensione / standby (1) si accende. In questo momento l’apparecchio è in modalità standby.
• Poi accendere l’apparecchio con il pulsante di accensione / standby (1), il display (3) visualizza „- - - -”.
• Premere il pulsante per aumentare il valore (2). Il display visualizza il valore „3000” (valore di po­tenza predefinito).
• L’apparecchio comincia il funzionamento. È pos­sibile impostare sia la modalità di potenza, sia la modalità di temperatura.
Impostazione del livello della potenza
• Durante il funzionamento dell’apparecchio pre­mere il pulsante di potenza / temperatura (6), per avviare l’impostazione del valore. La spia di po­tenza (6) si accende.
• Premere il pulsante per aumentare (2) o ridurre (5) il valore o per aumentare o ridurre il livello della potenza (Intervallo: 100 W ~ 5 000 W). Il livello della potenza predefinito è di 3 000 W. Il livello della potenza superiore è adatto per la cot­tura a vapore.
Impostazione della temperatura
• Durante il funzionamento dell’apparecchio pre­mere il pulsante di potenza / temperatura (6), per avviare l’impostazione del valore. La spia di tem­peratura (6) si accende.
• Premere il pulsante per aumentare (2) o ridurre (5) il valore o per aumentare o ridurre la tempe­ratura (Intervallo: 35°C ~ 240°C). La temperatura predefinita è di 100°C. La temperatura superiore è adatta per arrostire, grigliare, o friggere.
Impostazione del timer
• Dopo aver impostato la potenza e la temperatura è possibile impostare il timer (4). La spia del ti­mer (4) si accende.
• Premere il pulsante per aumentare (2) o ridurre (5) il valore, per aumentare o ridurre il tempo di cottura (Intervallo: 0 ~ 180 min). Il tempo di cottu­ra predefinito è di 0 min.
• Dopo aver impostato il timer, il valore verrà auto­maticamente registrato dopo 5 secondi. L’appa­recchio comincia la cottura. L’apparecchio visua­lizza alternativamente il tempo residuo, il livello della potenza e il valore della temperatura.
• Dopo un tempo impostato, l’apparecchi passa alla modalità standby.
• Se il tempo impostato sarà ridotto manualmente al valore „0 min.” l’apparecchio passa immedia­tamente alla modalità standby.

Pregătirea înainte de prima utilizare

Modul de utilizare
• Amplasați un vas de gătit corespunzător în cen­trul suprafeței de încălzire a aparatului. (A se ve­dea - - -> Echipamente de gătit corespunzătoare). Notă: Nu așezați vasele goale, deoarece acestea se pot deteriora.
• Conectați firele interne ale cablului de alimentare la o priză electrică adecvată. (Vezi --> conectarea la rețeaua de alimentare)
• Porniți sistemul de alimentare electrică și indi­catorul On/Standby (pornire/așteptare) (1) se va aprinde. Aparatul este acum în Standby.
•
Porniți apoi aparatul apăsând butonul On/Standby (1) și „- - - -“ va lumina intermitent pe ecran (3).
• Apoi apăsați setarea de creștere (2) o dată. „3000” va apărea și aceasta este puterea implicită.
• Acum, aparatul începe să funcționeze și puteți programa fie în modul de putere, fie în modul de temperatură.
Setarea nivelului de putere

Setarea cronometrului
• După setarea puterii sau temperaturii pentru gătit, puteți opta pentru setarea cronometrului. Apăsați butonul de cronometru (4) pentru a activa funcția. Indicatorul luminos (4) se va aprinde.
• Apăsați butonul de creștere (2) sau reducere (5) pentru a crește sau a reduce timpul de funcțio­nare (Interval: 0 min ~ 180 min). Setarea implicită este 0 min.
• Când este setat cronometrul, acesta va fi stocat automat în memorie în 5 secunde. Aparatul va porni apoi funcționarea. Va afișa alternativ timpul rămas și setarea puterii / setarea temperaturii pe ecran (4).
• Aparatul va intra în modul Standby după ce tim­pul setat a trecut.
• Dacă timpul setat este redus manual la „0 min”, aparatul va intra imediat în modul Standby.
Notă :
1) Țineți apăsat butonul de creștere (2) sau butonul de reducere (5) pentru reglarea rapidă.
