This manual was written to help you get the most performance,
comfort, enjoyment and safety when your child is riding his or her new
scooter. It is important for you to understand your child’s new scooter,
how your child should use it and what you need to do to keep your
child safe. This manual contains many “Warnings” and “Cautions”
concerning the consequences of failing to maintain or inspect your
tricycle. Because any incident can result in serious injury or even
death, we do not repeat the warning of possible serious injury or death
each time such a warning is mentioned. This manual contains important
safety, performance and maintenance information. Read the manual
before letting your child have their first ride on their new scooter, and
keep the manual handy for future reference.
A SPECIAL NOTE FOR PARENTS
Your child’s new scooter is distributed by Dynacraft BSC, Inc. and is
intended for riding on flat surfaces and easy slopes. Uses such as aggressive
off-road riding, downhill riding, jumping, tricks, stunting and other extreme
uses are not recommended and if you allow your child to do such things
with this scooter you must assume sole responsibility for any harm to your
child that may result. It is a tragic fact that riding accidents involve children.
As a parent or guardian, you bear the responsibility for the activities and
safety of your minor child. Among these responsibilities are to make sure
that your child’s new scooter which your child is riding is properly fitted to
the child; that it is in good repair and safe operating condition; that you and
your child have gone over the use, operation and safety section of this manual;
that you and your child have learned, and understand what to do and what
not to do with your child’s new scooter, and the common sense rules of gravity,
safe speed and courteous riding.

GENERAL WARNING: Riding can be a hazardous activity
even under the best of circumstances. Proper maintenance of your
child’s new scooter is your responsibility as it helps reduce the risk
of injury. This manual contains many “WARNINGS” concerning the
consequences of failure to maintain or inspect your child’s new
scooter. Many of the warnings could say, “your child may lose control
and fall.” Because any fall can result in serious injury or even death,
we do not repeat the warning of possible injury or death whenever the
risk of falling leads to a “WARNING”.
NOTE: The illustrations in this manual are used simply to provide
examples; the components of your child’s new scooter might differ. In
addition, some of the parts shown might be optional and not part of
your child’s new scooter’s standard equipment. The following manual
is only a guide to assist you.
WARNING: TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURY
1. Always wear a helmet and other protective equipment.
2. Continuous adult supervision required.

PROPER FIT AND SIZE
ADJUSTMENTS
WARNING: The age recommendation is only an estimate.
If you are too small or too large to comfortably reach the deck
or handlebars, do not ride the scooter. As a parent, you are the
best judge of whether your child can safely operate the scooter;
this includes determining whether your child is at the appropriate
developmental stage for safe use of the scooter. Any rider that is
2
unable to fit comfortably on the scooter should never attempt to ride
it. A parent’s decision to allow their child to use the scooter should
be based on the child’s maturity, skill and their ability to follow rules.
Keep the scooter away from small children and remember that it
is intended for use only by those who are, at a minimum, able to
comfortably and safely operate the scooter.
Children operating the tricycle should be supervised by an adult at
all times. Parents should ensure that children only use the scooter
safely and within their age and physical limits.
WARNING: Failing to properly adjust and tighten the screw,
bolts and clamps that affix the handlebars and rear wheels
can cause you to lose control and fall. When properly tightened,
you cannot twist the front wheel out of line with the handlebars or
move the brake out of adjustment. If you can twist or force these
components to come off by hand, re-adjust and properly retighten
the screws and bolts.
SAFETY
HELMETS. Although not every state or municipality requires
juvenile-age riders to wear a helmet, Dynacraft strongly recommends
you wear a properly approved helmet, such as ANSI or SNELL, even if
the law does not mandate the use of a helmet.
Keep feet on the pedals at all times while riding in the seated
position. Do not ride more than one person at a time. Never use
near steps or swimming pools.
WARNING: Helmets must be properly fitted and the straps
adjusted properly to be effective. Ask your dealer to help you with the
selection, fit and adjustment of your helmet.
CORRECT FITTING -
MAKE SURE YOUR HELMET
COVERS YOUR FOREHEAD.
3
INCORRECT FITTING -
FOREHEAD IS EXPOSED
AND VULNERABLE TO
SERIOUS INJURY.
WARNING: Always wear shoes when riding the scooter.
WARNING: Do not ride at night or in low-light conditions.
Do not ride at night. Dynacraft strongly recommends against riding
at night or when lighting or visibility conditions are less than optimal
(such as dawn and dusk).
WARNING: Lighting for night riding or low light conditions is
not required and is not standard equipment on the scooter. Do not
ride at night or in low light conditions.
WARNING: Do not ride in wet conditions. Wet weather impairs
traction, braking, control and visibility. The risk of accident is increased
dramatically in wet weather.
WARNING: Keep your fingers and other parts away from the
steering system, wheels and all other moving components.
