Carefully read all instruct ions before operating your new pr oduct for the first time and keep handy for future reference.
Remove and safely discard any packaging material and promotional labels before using the product for the first time.
Before using, check that t he voltage of the wall outlet corr esponds to that shown on the rating p late.
Do not operate any appliance w it h a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is
dropped or damaged in any mann er . Ret ur n appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
Always ensure the appliance is sw itched OFF, prior to plugging into the power outlet.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replac ed by the manufacturer, an authorized service agent or a
qualified technician in order t o avoid a hazard.
To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put the motor base into water or any other liquid. To disconnect, turn the control to “Off”, then r emove plug from power outlet by grasping the plug, not the cord.
Close supervision is nece ssar y when any appliance is used by or near children.
Keep hands and utensils away from moving blades or discs w hil e processing food to reduce the risk of
severe injury to persons or dam age t o the Food Processor. A scraper or spatula may be used, but must be used only when the Food Proc essor is not running.
Avoid making contact with moving parts.
Never feed food by hand. Alway s use the food pusher.
Before removing the lid from the jar, s w itc h off the unit and wait until the bla des have come to a complete
stop.
Do not use fingers to scrape food aw ay from the disc while the appliance is operating.
Be certain the lid is securely locked into place before operati ng the appliance.

Always remove the blade assembly before pouring contents from jar.
Be sure to switch off the appliance after each use. Make sure the motor stops completely before
disassembling.
Do not put your fingers or other objects into the unit opening while it is in operating. If food becomes lodged in the opening, use the food pusher or another piece of fruit or vegetable to push it down. When this method is not possible, t ur n t he motor off and disassemble to remove the remaining food.
The metal blades and disc is extremely sharp, handle wi th care. Always hold the blade assembly by the finger grip or stem, away from the c ut ting edge, both when handling a nd cl eaning.
To reduce the risk of injury, never place processing blade or ci rcle blade assembly on drive shaft without the processing jar locked pr operly in place.
Do not leave this appliance unat t ended during use.
If this appliance falls or accidentally becomes immersed in water, unplug it immediately. Do not reach into
the water! Do not use this appliance after it has fallen into or becomes immersed in water.
To reduce the risk of injury to persons or proper t y, never use this appliance in an unstable position.
Do not use outdoors.
Unplug from outlet when n ot in use, before putting on or t ak in g off parts, and before cleaning.
CAUTION: Never immerse in water, unplug before inserting or removing p ar ts.
CAUTION: DO NOT OPEN LID UNTIL BLADES STOP.
Do not let the cord hang ov er the edge of a bench, table or to t ouch hot surfaces.
Do not operate product with dam p or w et hands.

Do not operate the appliance other t han for its intended use. This appliance is for household use only.
Do not operate the appliance by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

operation or when the machine finishes processing or when the unit is not in use, always press the “OFF” button. PULSE: Press and hold the button for short or delicate processing tasks. PULSE is used most frequently, as it gives greater control over foo d proce ssi ng and f inen ess.
LO: Low speed, it is suitable for kneading or mixing. HI: H
igh speed, it is suitable for chopping or
slicing/chipping.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before first use, carefully unpack the food processor and its attachments and remove any pack aging material, labels or stickers. Clean all parts except the motor base. Handle the “S” blade or circle blade assembly with extreme care as they are very sharp.
INSTRUCTIONS
CHOPPING:
1. First, assemble the driving shaft onto the motor base, ensuring it is clipped into posit i on.
2. Place the jar on the motor base and turn it clockwise until it locks into position. Ensure i t is assembled correctly; otherwise the appliance will not operate.
3. Insert the “S” blade into the driv ing shaft in the jar securely.
4. Place the prep ared food into the j ar. The food must be cut into small sizes. During chop ping, y ou can ad d food through the feeding f unnel with the pusher. Never use food or your fingers to push the foo d into the feeding funnel.
5. Place the lid onto the jar and turn it clockwise until the tab of the lid clicks into the slot on the jar handle. Make sure it is locked into position correctly - otherwise the appliance will not operate.
6. Connect the appliance to the power supply. Press the corresponding speed button according to your task. You can chop up to 400g of the follow ing food stuff:
• Hard foods: Cheese, dried fruits, carrots, celery etc.
• Soft foods: Onions, spinach, herbs, garlic etc.
Meat: Raw and cooked – must be boned and sliced.
CAUTION: The total operating time should not be more t han 30 seconds at a time.
7. Press the “OFF” button an d unplu g the app lianc e a ft er cho ppi ng is complete. Grasp blade by its hub and remove. Unlock jar by turning it in anti-clockwise away f rom i ts b ase , a nd l ift it o ff. Em pt y th e p ro c ess ed food.
CAUTION: The “S” blade is extremely sharp, handle with care.
CLEANING:
1. Disconnect the power supply before cleaning.
2. Empty the jar, dismantle all detachable parts and rinse them in warm soapy water. Extreme caution must
be taken when handling the blade as it is very sharp. All the accessories except motor base are dishwasher safe; however the temperature set t ing must not exceed 70 degrees. Dry thoroughly.
3. Wipe the outside of the base with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water. Dry thoroughly. Ensure the
interlock area is free of any food particles.
QUICK WASH UP:
Between processing tasks, pour in some water into the jar, press and hold the PULSE button for several seconds for quick cleaning.

SLICING/CHIPPING:
1. First, assemble the driving shaft onto the motor base, ensure it is clipped into position.
2. Place the jar on the motor base and turn it clockwise until it locks into position. Ensure it is assembled in place correctly; otherwise the appliance will not operate.
3. Insert the circle blade ass embly into the driving shaft in the jar .
Note: if you want to slice, ensure the surface with the slicing blade is upward. If you want to chip, ensure the surface with the chipping hol es face upwards.
4. Place the lid onto the jar and t ur n it clockwise until the tab of the lid clicks into the jar hand le. M ake sure it is locked in position correctly otherwise the ap pliance will not operate.
5. Press the corresponding speed button according to your task.
Note: The slicing/chipping blade can slice/chip potatoes, onions, cucumbers, beetroot, apples, carrots etc.
6. Use the pusher to feed food into the feeding funnel. The food shall be cut into a proper size suitable for the feeding funnel (the lengt h of food shall be less than 120mm). You can slice/chip up to 500g of food.
CAUTION: The total operating time should not more than 3 minutes.
7. Press the “OFF” button and unplug the unit after processing. Remove the circle blade assembly by its hub. Unlock the jar by turning it in anti-clockwis e aw ay from its base, and li f t off. Empty the processed food.
CAUTION: The circle blade assembly is extremely sharp, handle with care.
CLEANING
1. Disconnect the power supply before cleaning.
2. Empty the jar, dismantle all detachable parts and rinse them in warm soapy water. Extr eme caution must be taken when handling disks as they are very sharp. Then dry thoroughly.
3. Wipe the outside of base with clot h. Never immers e it in wat er as electr ic shock is poss ible t o occur. Then dry thoroughly. Ensure the interlock area is free of food par ticles.
NOTE: Some food may discolor t he ci rcle blad e d isc. Thi s is norm al an d wil l not h arm the pl ast ic or af fec t the flavor of the food. Rub with a cloth dipped in vegetable oil to remove any discoloration.
